Place was as described. Provided a good location for our family to relax after visiting the Seattle seafair events and to explore Seattle suburbs. Quick trip to the airport as well. Plenty of room but could use more furniture in common areas for everyone to sit together. Would stay again.

We visited WA with our family and my parents and this rental was perfect for what we needed! We have 4 young kids (ages 3-9) and the room with the trundle was a good size for them. The beds were pretty comfy, linens were soft and clean, and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking! We did a good amount of hanging out at the house, and there was plenty of couch space and a lot of games in the closet to use. The backyard was also lovely! The location worked well for us, because we were visiting family in the Kent area. We did go up to Seattle a couple of times and the drive wasn’t bad (we are just used to smaller town traffic haha). The street felt safe and parking at the house was easy. Rebecca was super fast to respond whenever we sent a message. We had an issue with the shower head and it was fixed within a few hours.

We had a great stay here at the house with friends & family. Kids & adults alike all had fun & it felt like home. The house was clean & in good shape. Nice deck & back yard. Good location, a short drive to Angle Lake station where there's a free Park & Ride for the LRT into Seattle. We would happily stay here again. Thanks!

Good value, just enough of everything that we needed. Feedback: The front door automatically locks after a minute that can be annoying but I understand why they have that feature. Listing details said nothing about doing the dishes before you leave, but we've grown accustom to that it just makes it more work when we needed to leave quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house did it's job.

When we got to the property we had a very easy time getting inside the house and everything was very clean and ready to go. Great location for quick shopping and finding food on the fly. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved have a "home" base for our sightseeing trip to Seattle. Coming home to a comfy home after a long day of hiking, walking, exploring was awesome. Love being able to cook breakfasts and dinners at home. Love that there were spices available so we didnt have to buy everything! Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Overall, our stay went really well, however there were a few things that could use some attention. When my family arrived to Seattle I had to contact our host for entry. I got an immediate response which was great and got access to the home (I was told that Vrbo should have sent instructions the day before), our host Beckie was ready to contact and have a really nice place. The home was clean on the outside and located in a decent area with a fair amount of access to our daily needs. The inside was nice, clean, and spacious enough for our family of 6. It was nice that some pantry items, home and hygiene products were left there for us if we needed. To say the least it was very comfortable and a very pleasant experience. Now, for the few downsides. This was my first rental so I don't know how it work with house rules; I would like to see all the house rules listed on the booking site rather than after I have booked and arrived only to find out that there is no smoking on the property at all. I have never smoked in front of my children so it really wasn't that big of a deal but I felt a little tricked by this because I did have company over to spend time with with my who live in Washington and I feel it's totally unfair to find this out after arrival. The other house rules were reasonable, but again, they were not mentioned on the booking site and I personally didn't know of the house rules until members of my family noticed them on the 3rd night. I suggest a note on the booking site alerting guest of policies and to read the house rules upon arrival. Besides the obvious minor details of floor boards and gap around the stove etc.; I would highly suggest taking extra measures concerning the mattress covers as my family had a field day talking about this area of concern specifically. Last but not least, the home heats up really well and cold off just as well. I personally would like to have a little more consistency in the thermastat as we spent a lot of time warming the house and cooling it just as much. I imagine that making everyone happy will never happen so I must reiterate that the home was very nice and cozy and would book again. But moving forward I'll definitely be a little more particular in these little details.

A few comments: no furniture on the outside patio; very little furniture in the house except beds/couches/table; some construction issues with gaps around the cooktop, gaps/shifting wood planks in kitchen; no laundry soap; limited large cooking pans. Checkout instructions should be updated to reflect digital thermostat.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it was fine for our purposes. We were a little puzzled by the fact that the HVAC wasn’t able to be controlled by our party; the temperature was on a program we couldn’t alter and was controlled by a PIN we didn’t have access to. It was too warm/stuffy most of the time, but especially in the night and early AM. This would be an easy to solve problem to have typically, but with wildfires causing the air quality to be dangerous for all groups (it was never lower than 199 and was as high as 263 many times), opening our windows wasn’t a possibility for us. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Perfect for Relocating

Family needed a temporary place to stay while we relocated and this property was perfect. We enjoyed the kitchen and many of the amenities available including the washer and dryer. Property manager was really responsive and had a very simple check-in and out process. The backyard deck was great to enjoy some sun when it was out.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this property. We had enough kitchen supplies with some supplement from my sister’s kitchen supplies to make several dishes for Thanksgiving. The space was clean and functional, however there were some signs that renovations were happening throughout the home. Nothing big and nothing that caused it to be unsafe or uncomfortable. Overall, the home was nice and suited our needs perfectly. The hosts were incredibly helpful and communicated quickly and thoroughly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 5 visiting my brother, sister in law, and 9 month old nephew in the area. We also had other relatives who visited us during our stay. Beckie was pleasant, understanding, and very responsive throughout our trip. Check-in was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and checkout instructions were clearly outlined for us on the refrigerator door. Target is just minutes away as are restaurants and other businesses. The property was spacious, with plenty of towels and bedding. The thermostat kept us feeling comfortable throughout the day and evening. We only regret that we didn’t utilize the lovely backyard space as much given the cooler weather during the time of our stay. Everyone in my family enjoyed their time and I appreciated how much Beckie (and Matthew) made us feel welcomed in their home. My brother's family moved closer to the Tacoma area during this trip, but if we should ever need to stay in/around Kent, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beckie was a great host and very fast with reaching back out to me. The house was nice and the backyard was everything!! My family had a great time in the sun enjoying everyones company. There was enough space to play a few outdoor games. Neighbors were so sweet in congratulating my graduation. I definitely recommend this lovely home.

This property was close to anywhere in the King County area that you would like to visit. My family came from California to visit but my house was too small . Thanks to VRBO I was able to find a place that would accommodate all of us. And thank you to Beckie the property owner. She was always available for any questions .
