Staff were very nice and the room was comfortable. There was a great Lebanese restaurant nearby. Laundry facilities were good and free

There was nothing to like except that there was a lesson learned not to deal with this property moving forward. I paid $170 plus to not stay... and no one would talk to me about my cancellation request, which I understood to be free cancellation in a period 48 hours PRIOR TO intended arrival.
The property was requested to process immediately after I contacted booking.com, days before intended arrival, and they still took days to process my request, charging me as though I had never canceled.
The lack of compassion exhibited in my circumstances by this company.
If you have read what I liked, you would understand that I can only appreciate the lesson learned in attempting to do a nice thing and including this property.

The staff were tremendous, the General Manager and Manager (Courtney) are the best, they were very welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone that they should stay here! We enjoyed our room, very clean and spacious, all the elements needed for an extended trip.

I loved the rooms and the cleanliness.. I like the shower gel..

There's an employee there that's very rude! The way he talks to the guess is unbelievable. It was the morning after my stay that I seen a gentleman at the front desk. I was just trying to turn in my keys and he was very rude.. Every time I go there he's always rude

The pool
Could not utilize the shower due to the overhead light in the shower leaking. Hazardous to mix electricity by turning the lights on in the bathroom because of the light in the ceiling in the shower due to the light position in the shower leaking. So my grandbaby and myself could not tske a shower.

I chose this hotel for a family vacation with the kids because of the heated pool. The water was freezing ☹️

we were there for a short overnight. came in late & left early so weren’t able to use facilities but from what we did experience, the room was very open w lots of room, very clean & bathroom was nice & modern.
I booked it online and prepaid for the room but when We arrived they didn’t have receipt of that payment so I was charged twice. I don’t know if it was booking.com or the hotel’s issue but it out me at an i convenience having to front that money. the fromt desk gentlman wasn’t much of a help altho I’m not sure he cld have helped much. I tried showing him my paid receipt online from
booking but he said it wasn’t showing up & didn’t seem to care. It was also late (around midnight) so not sure if he was a manager or not.

breakfast bar and all tables were disgusting nothing was cleaned up. most tables were empty and filthy. we had to take our food back to the room because there was no place clean to sit down and eat. we went down at 8am nothing was prepared.
