Location close to Erie Trail.
TV would not shut off via remote. Had to unplug in the middle of the night.
Signage is not good. Needs to be bigger and taller. Hidden by Denny’s.
Need cross walk to get to restaurants on other side of busy highway.

Bambi at the front desk was incredibly nice. The location was easy to get to and the property was clean. Very dog friendly!
The low toilets were the only downside.

Breakfast good- think fresh fruit would have been a good addition
Front lobby very hot & uncomfortable.
Very very hard to find! Hampton Inn sign very small! Cannot see from street & directions confusing
If they Just said behind Denny’s would have saved us a half hour!

staff and front desk were wonderful. funny and very helpful
freezing cold. air was on throughout the building. staff had space heaters behind the desk. our bathroom was not cleaned. called front desk and manager offered to switch our rooms. we declined as we had unpacked; she was so apologetic and had the bathroom cleaned immediately.

Both were ok. The food was good/as expected. Location was close to highway for easy on/off.
Our timing wasn’t good when checking in. We arrived with the whole US Army. They were checking at the same time. The desk was overwhelmed. The soldiers were great. They let us go 1st. The staff tried hard and in the end everything was fine.

I love the staff and the cleanliness of this location.
They did put me up on an upper floor which I prefer cuz I hear everything... they put me right next to elevators and I heard they open and close and the stairs doors and people running in hallway and crashing into the wall.

it’s clean and beds are comfortable
it’s weird driving thru another business parking lot to enter. Also our tv didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone to fix it.

Could not use the breakfast facilities because a large group of students about 30 or so was in the area understandable they have the right but when I booked the hotel we should have been told
Because of the large group I guess they closed off the pool which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel additionally the room did not have TV or Wi-Fi the first night until we were moved the second night again we should’ve been told that there was a problem with the facility

Very clean, always pleasant employees willing to help whenever needed and great breakfast.

It was ok but one morning the food was gone. No one working to replace there were no forks so we ate with our hands until someone called for help.
The room was not clean. I had to ask for someone to vacuum the stones and dirt on the floor. Also had to get my own toilet paper tissues and towels. I also emptied all of our trash. We were there for 4 nights. Never again

Close to the wedding venue, and easy to find.
Breakfast was ok, not like other Hamptons we have stayed at.

The coffee in the lobby was terrible and the entrance's location was difficult to find.

Disappointed that shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, only one chair in room
Breakfast sausage was not good, eggs were cold, orange juice was just water. Potato looked like McDonald's.
