The room was very clean and the staff were super nice! I Loved how close Hershey was, and we also visited Lancaster County to see some of the Amish country, which was only an hour away. Overall this hotel was in a great location at a great value!
The smell in the room could have been better/nicer. The water pressure and temperature in the shower needs to be fixed or adjusted.

Cleanliness and location and staff was very friendly.
Nothing to complain about.

I loved that you could have hot chocolate or hot tea or coffee anytime. Loved that there was a little fridge in the room. Loved that the floor was a laminated floor and No Carpet.Loved the big shower. Loved that shampoo, conditikner, Lotion and soap was on wall you just squeezed to get out. Close to restaurants, sheetz, dollar general.
Didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room to reheat my food and tea. Wish there was a table next to the left side of the bed and a phone charger station.

I loved how nice and friendly everyone was. When traveling with toddlers you want friendly people and they were excellent!
I loved everything!

Front lobby had a big TV and games. The price was right the hotel was new and it was extremely close to the highway. Perfect.
Not much

Easy to get to off the highway.
The checkin clerk was not especially responsive and inviting. The breakfast offered nothing for me as there was nothing gluten free.

Breakfast and location were great. No issues
Front desk clerk was less than helpful with wifi issues. Never did succeed in getting wifi. She said she would hav etch guy call us, but when I verified with her later she said he would call me at 11 PM when he came in. So glad I checked, told her no calls at 11 PM. Spoke with manager a few days later and she was GREAT.

Breakfast ok

Very clean, nice staff
Worst shower… ever. Absolutely no pressure at all. Was also charged $75 more upon arrival, than what I booked for.

Beds were comfortable
Room wasn't ready until after 6 pm when check in was supposed to be 3 pm. Pool (whole reason we chose this hotel) was closed due to maintenance. Lady at check in stated both of these issues were due to most of their staff being off with COVID. It would have been nice to be notified before hand and given the option to cancel and stay elsewhere. Have sent several messages to property with no response.

The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and in good working order. I liked that the desk could roll around to be used where you needed it and the plug for the laptop was on either side of the tv. The bathroom looked spa-like, the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers were a great touch.
The breakfast could be better. The sausage patties were a light grey color such that it didn't look very appetizing. The pancakes were bland; the coffee was not great. There's no coffee pot or microwave in the rooms. Because there's no little amenities in the rooms, I felt the room was overpriced.

Breakfast had many options. Games and coloring books/crayons for kids. Beds were comfortable.
The pool was closed during our stay, which was the main reason why we chose this hotel.
No bathtub to bathe little ones, even a detachable shower head would have been more helpful.

I did not eat breakfast there.
The pool was closed.. I was told online that there was an indoor pool. There was no email to me about the pool being closed or discount given to me because of the closing. My family was looking forward to swimming and relaxing by the pool. I was very upset. I should have gone to the hotel across the street. This seems to me to be the old 'bait and switch'. I paid alot of money for the one night stay. Very upsetting.

I typically can't sleep in hotels, only there for 1 night but the bed was pretty comfortable

The hotel was clean as was our room. The staff was courteous. I know the exercise room is cleaned because I saw the staff cleaning it.
They did not turn off the prior guests alarm clock time. At 5 am, my son and I were awakened to a shrieking alarm.

Close to Hershey Park. Clean, newer hotel. Usual hotel breakfast with good coffee. Large bathroom. Good lighting. Refrigerator. Big TV in room.
Small room, no closets (there are hooks for clothing), soap dispensers in shower and at sink require strong hands to squeeze the plastic bottle to get soap (how would elderly or children get soap??), shower floor was very slippery, no coffee maker in room (there is coffee in lobby),

Very clean room. Soaps/shampoo have low perfume so to not aggravate my asthma. Plenty of plugins for recharging devices.
Rooms a little smaller than expected but still very nice

There was very little storage space. The closet bar was too small. The chair was not very comfortable.

Location was exactly where we needed to be-close to In The Net for baseball, clean rooms, fair price, free breakfast which was very good, great staff, nice pool that the kids loved. I’d definitely stay here again and recommended it.

The lobby was bright and had a lot of places to sit and hangout which was great. The room had big windows to let in natural light, everything was clean and ready.
I woke a little late but the breakfast could have been better but overall that’s the only thing.
