My wife liked being on the lower level, it made it easy for her to go outside to smoke.
Nothing comes to mind

Great location right off the interstate.
When I checked in I was told I only booked 1 room when in fact I booked 2. Was told they could not give me another room as they were fully booked. I had to prove to them I indeed booked 2. They said it was in my friends name. I did the booking and used my card. She does not have a credit card so that’s a lie.

I have stayed at this hotel before. This was the worst. No USB ports. The channel guide did not match the channel. Will not stay here again. Floor plan shows business center. There wasn't one

The Inn was clean, and breakfast was good.
It was only after we checked in that we were informed that the pool was closed for repairs. The biggest reason we picked this property was for the pool. We would have stayed somewhere else with a working pool. Or somewhere else less expensive had we known beforehand. Very disappointed.

The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast with a fair amount of variety. It was conveniently located near Hershey Park.

It was welcoming, and the room was clean.
The hot tub was cold, the air conditioner unit was very rattling and making weird noises, the breakfast...well....we enjoyed the waffles. The eggs were microwaved omelets and were rubbery. Def not good in that area.
3.5
Breakfast was just ok. Hotel was clean and in a good location for us.
Rooms very small for the price. Bathroom also quite small.
4.5
Staff was very welcoming, hotel was very clean & quiet. Check in & check out were very simple & quick. The breakfast & breakfast staff were excellent! All of the ladies who are in charge of the breakfast were exceptional, they made sure they restocked when anything ran low & they were all very polite & friendly. The best part about breakfast are the waffles/waffle maker. We loved the different flavors of the waffles each day & had so much fun using the waffle maker, we also enjoyed that they had a different breakfast menu each day & there were a lot of varieties, making breakfast very delightful!
The rooms are smaller than what I’m use to, however, it was still very cozy. I like that the rooms had a mini fridge & a microwave. The beds to me were mediocre & it wasn’t a lot of table space & no couch in the room, just 2 chairs & a bench. Room was still of good quality & served it’s purpose for our stay to Hershey Park & Chocolate World for my daughter’s birthday!
The staff members James & the manager Gabriella & the head lady in charge of the rooms whose name I didn’t catch, were exceptional & are great assets to this company/hotel. Any problems we had, they acted swift & took care of the problem right away, making our stay fantastic!
I
I don’t want to be in hotels with any pets (only with the exception of service animals) & when I read about this hotel on Booking.com, they stated this was a pet free hotel. Well to my surprise at arrival, dogs who weren’t service dogs were at the hotel! During breakfast, I saw dogs in the eating area & I find it disgusting because I do not wish to be surrounded by pet hairs while eating breakfast with my family, and also we are allergic to the pet hairs. Then we were trying to sleep & there was a barking dog a few doors away, that continuously barked all hours of the day & all hours of the night! It was rather annoying & several guests on our floor made complaints to the staff, however, the barking continued all through late hours of the night! So I now know that all Hilton/Hampton hotels are now pet friendly, so I know not to book at any of these hotels in the future!
Also, my advice to Kat who works the desk during the morning shift, before telling guests who booked through 3rd party, such as Booking.com that you can’t find their reservations through their confirmation numbers, try looking under their names, as James who works the desk during the night shift did! My aunt double booked because Kat said she had no reservations under the confirmation number through booking.com, however, when we called back & spoke to James, he found her reservation under her name with no problems & he cancelled out the 2nd reservation that was made unnecessarily because of Kat! This created unnecessary drama & confusion when it was time for payments. Had Kat not created this problem, everything would have ran smoothly with no issues at all! Kat, if you read this, take it as a learning experience & just learn from it so you won’t make the same mistake!
Also, the chlorine in the pool area is too strong & we could not stay in the pool to enjoy it!

pool
many things
1- They refused to clean the room
2- They did not provide accurate information on Booking.com related to allowing pets
3- They refused to change our rooms away from a pet room even though we told them we have allergy to pets

Friendliness of the staff. Every person you pass all the way down to a maintenance guy said hello. it’s been a long time since I’ve seen that level of customer service. It was great to see everyone so welcoming.

Nothing! Everything was really good and it was really enjoyable.

Breakfast was great. Location was close to Hershey which was great. Bed was the absolute worst thing I've ever had the pleasure to sleep on, could literally feel the coil springs and it creeked each time you moved. Room we had was super tight. It was clean but a little beat up. We always stay at a Hampton inn when we travel. Usually consistently the best and always clean. It was clean and the price was right but none of the vending machines worked on any floor, they don't have bottled water to offer (even for a Hilton rewards member) luckily there is a convenience store next door. Probably wouldnt stay at this location again.
