The property was just as described. Great for our multi generation family get together. Very well stocked for a rental. It had a lot of entertainment both indoors and out doors.

If you're looking for a playground on the beach, this is it! The amount of recreational activities and amenities was incredible. Ping pong, billiards, darts, hot tub, foosball, putting range, bikes, mini gym, board games and more! All on the beach. The TVs in the bedrooms were enormous!
The house was spotless. Impeccable. The cleaning fee is worth it. They must have a superstar team who handles tidiness, deep cleaning, organizing outside toys, etc. The best part? Checkout. No expectation of stripping sheets, cleaning out the fridge, rounding up the garbage cans, etc. It was such a stress relief not to have to focus on what would have to be handled the next morning while getting all of our guests on board with it. That often happens on the eve of the departure. ALL owners of vacation homes should do this. Every one of our guests was wowed by that. Wish we would have had a few extra days. So much to do that I'd have liked more time to work our way thru the games and such. We will definitely book again when staying down that way. Thanks for setting the bar high!

Our family of 12 people, ranging in age from 12 to 84, had an amazing time at this house! It had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the location couldn't have been better. We did use Chef Ryan for an in home cooked meal and two additional drop off meals, it made planning a breeze and we were able to enjoy each other's company stress free. I would highly recommend this house, everyone already wants to go back!

We have six couples that go on an annual vacation together and this home was perfect for our large group. Enough room to gather all together, but also room enough to spread out if we needed some quiet time. When this listing says the home comes “pre-stocked” with essentials, they really mean it! We were even greeted with a welcome basket that had snacks, a towel and other goodies. It was fabulous! Any toy that you would need was also available and believe me, they were put to good use! Al, the manager, was awesome as well. He was very quick to respond to any need that we had. There was a storm that came through that blew some debris in the plunge pool. Within the hour, there was someone there to clean it out. I just cannot state how wonderful our stay was and we would love to do it again!

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed - EVERYTHING - including every kind of toy we normally have to rent for an additional fee - bikes, kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, heat for the pool. The beach path is short and lovely. The beach was gorgeous, amenities nearby. They also provided staples we normally have to purchase - laundry soap, paper towels, TP, sunscreen (!), bug repellent, spices, foil and Saran Wrap, dishwasher soap, even COFFEE and bottled water. The garage was an unending delight for all ages on a thoroughly rainy day - heated plunge pool, ping pong, foosball, fire table, putting green, porch swings, $50 credit for directTV movie rentals. THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT UNDONE! They even had a checkout list of absolutely NOTHING TO DO! We just walked out, happy as could possibly be. We will refer friends and we will be back!

Perfect home for our family of 13 ranging from 19 months to 77! So many amenities and activities provided to make it fun and easy. This home was exceptionally equipped compared to any other rental we have experienced. The property manager was so responsive and the few issues we had were handled immediately. Even though our weather was not perfect, there was much to keep us busy at the house - games, ping pong, pool table, plunge pool, etc. As we did not go out to dinner I highly recommend Chef Ryan Liepa - he cooked one meal at the house and brought another meal (tacos) to be heated up the next night. Also did delivery from Uncle Giuseppe’s Lil Bit of Brooklyn which was great.

House is solidly built and allowed for secluded sleeping options depending on needs. Will absolutely book again.

This is by far the most well stocked house. The layout, bedrooms and bathrooms made an easy stay for 15. Show up with you clothes and get ready to spend quality time with family. The walk to beach was easy for even the members in our party that have knee issues.

We loved this house. We had 12 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The young adults loved the basement area with outdoor tv, pool table and putting green. The older adults enjoyed the large living room space and patio. The top patio had amazing beach views. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. We even saw sea turtles twice while we were there. The house is well stocked with all needed supplies from batterie to extra paper towels. The grocery store is close and convenient. We loved the location to town for eating out. However, the kitchen was amazing for cooking in for lunch. Plenty of seating for family meals. We highly recommend this house for large families. Very homey and stocked with anything you need!!

Having everything we need the minute we walk in is such a luxury as we can immediately abandon all stress and ENJOY! This property has many pluses, including many bedrooms, bathrooms, large family room and dining area, large lower lever area with ping pong, pool table, pool, putting green, and many outdoor toys. Great when the weather is bad.
There were a few items that need to be looked at in the house which I listed for Al. Overall, the house was good for the group that we had (12).
I do believe the outside of the house needs some attention, to spruce it up perhaps with a new paint job and attention to the downstairs areas where the putting green is and the other activity area.
Everything you need except food and drink is provided and is exceptional as stated, just bring clothes and food, everything else is provided.
The other plus, even though because of the seaweed, we didn't use the beach, but it is a short walk even for seniors.

it was absolutely amazing!!! some times you rent places and they are not as good as you thought they would be. this house was much better than we expected. the walk to the beach was shorter than we thought it was beautiful. it was so clean and incredibly well stocked. we had brought all sorts of things (paper plates, bowls, baggies, napkins, etc and we sent it all back because there was everything there.
All (manager) was easy to communicate with and very responsive. he suggested the caterer we used and they we awesome. we had an 87 year old and the elevator and wheelchair helped out soooo much.
the toys and games are second to none and the lower level area with the pool and games and seating was truly amazing. there were bikes for all ages as well as life jackets. even the gym area was used quite a bit.

Great home stocked with everything needed to enjoy yourself at the beach, and I mean everything. There is a room on the beach level which felt like I walked into a beach store....chairs, umbrellas, tents, volleyball nets, metal detectors, beach shoes, life vests....and the list goes on. Gorgeous walk through the foliage to the beach. Publix is a mile away. Can't think of one complaint/drawback.

We had an amazing time! The home was a wonderful place to celebrate a big birthday with extended family. We loved all the amenities (toys and games) and all the super well-stocked toiletries, paper products and unexpected and very thoughtful touches. The beach and ocean views are spectacular and we were all comfortable in our own wings. Even though we regretted leaving, we loved the fact that Al takes care of cleanup and laundry. Thank you!

This was the best stocked property we have ever rented. They were so wonderful to work with. The location was great for our family we were so close to the Childrens museum and the oceanography center. Publix was also 2 minutes away. We really enjoyed the home!!

This was the most perfect setup for toddlers through seniors! There was something to do for everyone, and there was no need need to pack incidentals! From bathroom toiletries to everything in the kitchen you would need to prepare your own recipe, it was there! The entertainment was limitless as well! It is a wonderful destination spot,!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Del Cielo Al Mar this year! As always BHIP has ever you could ever need but this house was exceptional! So many rooms for 3 families to spread out and do much to do! We loved the pool, foosball, and ping pong tables in addition to the beach and “pool”. The views were amazing and we enjoyed spending siesta on the balconies. Thank you, BHIP, for providing everything we needed to have a stressless vacation!

There were 17 total of us & we all stayed comfortably. The house is beautiful, clean, organized, stocked with board games, outside games, everything for the beach, the cupboards were stocked with all kitchen tools. All we needed was groceries! It was great our family had a great week! Great Location, close to shopping & restaurants! We didn't leave the house much as everything we went for was already there! It was a great family vacation & we all have Great Family Memories to last our lifetime!

The pictures and amenities caught our attention right away. The property Manager, Al, was easy to work with and very responsive. When we arrived, all we had to do was unpack and start our vacation. We had two minor questions and they were addressed right away. We used almost all the toys the house comes with and other than our personal meals, we didn’t need anything else. ‘Check out’ was another highlight as we didn’t need to do a thing!! We loved our time at DelMar al Cielo!!

Perfection! No words to fully describe this home!
This home and ALL of its amenities were over the top! We have stayed at many VRBO locations over the years and have been impressed with each one on several levels. This home...hit all the marks! Location...fantastic! Size of home...fantastic! Amenities...beyond your imagination! They literally had everything you could think of, and many, many things you wouldn't of even considered. DO NOT take anything you think you might need...because it's there! Beach towels...there, beach shoes (many different styles and sizes for everyone)...there. Games, puzzles, movies, snorkel gear, coolers, ice machines, shampoos, soaps, bug spray, sunscreen, after sun care....the list goes on and on! The kitchen...completely stocked...check it out before going to the store because they probably already have it. Aside from perishables and food...it's there! Amazing chairs on both decks...comfy and very sturdy! Oversize hammock great for a couple of people. Things that were there that we didn't use...kayaks, paddle boards, baby gates, baby cribs (enough for several!). The plunge pool was perfect for the cool April evenings! We thoroughly enjoyed the putting green on the back of the home and the seating area in the lower outside level was used many, many hours! We especially loved the table with the fire pit (there's sticks for roasting marshmallows too!). Seriously, I cannot compliment this home enough. One small (and I cannot believe I'm even bringing it up because it's not even an 'issue'..) thing I would change if I had to change anything would be to add one more bathroom on the main level. And it wasn't even really an issue because there were 5 bathrooms!! Just thinking if you had the bunk room full (which we didn't) and all the beds on the main level full....that's alot of folks for one bath on that floor. There are 3 on the upper level and one on the ground entry level. Rent this home...you will not be disappointed!!

Awesome Vacation - Del Mar al Cielo & BHIP Did Not Disappoint!
Spent a week with family to celebrate my 70th birthday and, other than the unusual weather, which was Outer Banks style windy, we all had a great vacation! Al Roberts and his staff at BHIP are truly 1st class hosts. Communication was quick and very responsive; the welcome package was awesome as was the information booklet. I've never stayed at a beach house that was more equipped and well stocked! They aren't kidding when they say travel light. All we needed to purchase were perishables and our drinks!
The 2 dedicated ice makers were full and ready to go when we arrived as was the hot tub/plunge pool. There were 10 of us, my wife and I, our 2 daughters and their husbands, with grandkids ages 9,14,19, 21, and there was more than enough for all of us to do! Besides the beach and fun things to do at the house, there are plenty of great restaurants within a short drive. Celebrated my birthday at Kyle G's, less than a mile up the road. A bit pricey but an excellent meal and great staff, especially Janeve!!! Would definitely recommend Del Mar al Cielo and BHIP!

Happy Anniversary to us - 30 year anniversary celebration
We celebrated our 30 wedding anniversary by having all of our children and grandkids join us at this wonderful place. Tough to get the right words down to describe the stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. Top of the list was certainly the property manager himself. We had a couple of requests prior to our stay and he went above and beyond to meet those. The description of this place emphasizes that they have the place fully stocked with things you would need for a stay - again this was completely accurate. The washer/dryers are great so no need to overpack. The beach is beautiful and maybe a 100 foot walk down a private path. Thanks for a beautiful place and awesome experience.
