The property was so peaceful and clean. It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty to do around the property and we were a quick car ride away to various breweries, wineries, bakeries and beaches. The grill was in perfect condition and the kayaks were a blast!

We (husband and 2 adult children) had a lovely 4 day stay in this cottage. The cottage is clean, bright and well appointed with anything you might need. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, and spent much time hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake. We also took advantage of the easily accessible kayaks. Returned today to the “real world” feeling rested and rejuvenated!

The house is really nice. Great full kitchen and nice bathroom. The view is great of the lake. Be aware most things close early around there and nothing is close (food, etc), so get groceries or plan ahead. Great place overall.

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for 5 nights. The cottage was clean, the view was beautiful and the hosts were highly responsive. The state park being a beautiful mile walk away with a swingset/small beach area was definitely an added bonus.

Had a great time staying at the cottage - amazing sunset views. We took bikes around for a tour. The cottage is next to a few other cottages at one point my wife walked up to the wrong one and sat on the deck b/c they are so similar looking. Over all the place is great AC and laundry a big plus. Grill is a bit of a hike and is shared, access to water was probably the biggest disappointment - we were hoping to get into the water more from the property, but that wasn't really an easy option. Could have been related to recent large amounts of rain.

We enjoyed our time at #11 Isle View Lake Cottages. The place is clean, comfortable, and it was remodeled recently. We found everything needed to cook in the kitchen. The property manager/owner was accommodating and resourceful. He was available 24/7 since he lives within the property.
The property overlooks the west side of Lake Champlain, and the sunsets are spectacular.
We visited Montreal for the day, which is only one hour and fifteen minutes away. Riding our bikes on The Island Line Trail and taking the Bike Ferry was a treat. The vistas from the causeway were indescribable—a must-do experience.

Enjoyable Stay on Beautiful Lake Champlain
Well maintained property in quiet and peaceful spot on the lake. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Property was laid out nicely. Owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Offered use of kayaks, but we exhausted ourselves with other activities. We had a lovely time biking, hiking, soaking up the scenery, and making day trips to Burlington and Montreal.

Lovely getaway
If you’re looking for a place to escape the demands of work and daily living - this is the place. The cottage was quaint and cozy and right on the lake front. While internet was sometimes spotty in rural Vermont, it was a perfect excuse to disconnect from electronics and tv and get back into nature. The hosts were welcoming and left a detailed packet on places to go and things to do.

My husband and I completely feel in love with this cottage and the surrounding area. The cottage was extremely clean, cozy, had everything for all our cooking needs and offered spectacular nightly sunsets. During the days we enjoyed bike rides and exploring the surrounding towns including Burlington and Montreal. Thanks so much Dave, we look forward to hopefully visiting again.

We loved our 3 night stay at the cottage. We only wish we had planned a whole week. We went after Labor Day, which turned out to be the perfect time to go with a dog since the local beach was closed but still open for visiting with the dog. We went over to NY for some hiking as well as in VT.
Cottage was immaculate. Host was great. Location was quiet and tranquil, we even saw a bald eagle. We loved the front porch and deck with a direct view of the lake. Beds were comfortable.
We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway
My husband, mother, and I had a wonderful week-long stay in this cottage.
David was an excellent and very responsive and helpful host. Our expectations were exceeded on all fronts. We loved gazing out at Lake Champlain, especially the glorious sunsets. The amenities were all as described and this was the best equipped kitchen I've ever had at a rental, especially all of the available kitchen tools. We enjoyed grilling almost every night and I loved the ability to go kayaking right out my front door. The bedrooms are small, but you won't spend much time in them and the beds are excellent. Overall it's a compact but efficient and thoughtfully laid out and appointed design. It was also a very good setup for my mother, who has difficulty walking, etc. The community of cottages (and guests) is very peaceful and quiet.
I would happily return and heartily recommend it!

Nice cottage by lake
Lovely, recently updated, well equipped, well furnished , modern, comfortable cottage in quiet setting on lake. There were good pots and pans, utensils and dishes to make cooking easy. The bathroom was spotless and new. They provided linens blankets and towels which were very nice. Although the bedrooms were small, the living room was ample, and it opened up into an open sunroom with views to the lake and it’s lovely sunsets. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake The grounds, in which there were about six or seven other cottages, was well-maintained. The owner, Dave, was rapidly available to answer any questions and gave us suggestions Of activities and restaurants.. Policies were well specified. We would have liked to have enjoyed use of the dock however the weather did not cooperate. We did enjoy biking, walking through a paved path in the fields, and the nearby Alburg Dunes State Park, And of course taking in the peace and the view of the lake and the sunsets. This is a lovely Place that worked well for my husband, son, daughter-in-law and their toddler and dog. We hope to return one day

A Peaceful Feelin in my Soul!
What a lovely experience my family and I had. This area is a slice of heaven that I hope stays relatively 'undiscovered'. Everything about it was splendid - even our 8 month old pup loved the freedom and the smells! To awaken every morning at 4:00 to such quiet was amazing. Slowly the birds begin their singing and then all hell breaks loose - with the song of the Crows!!! Just a great time!

Perfect in state getaway weekend
This cottage was so sweet, and had a beautifully and newly designed interior. It was stocked with everything that we would need! The owner was very helpful and responsive. It’s a beautiful spot on the lake—very close to Alburg Dunes State Park (a quick and easy bike ride) and very close to the Alburg Links golf course. We would (and will) definitely return! Thank you!

Celebrating 40 years of marriage!
This is exactly what we were looking for, remote, yet close enough by a short car ride to get around. Beautiful setting and the view was spectacular. The cottage was perfect, clean and comfortable. The appliances and furniture appeared to be new and well kept. We couldn't be happier with our choice.
