The cottages are located on Lake Champlain and are all well equipped if you plan on preparing any meals here. We came to bike and the location was perfect. Drive to a rail trail or just bike on the quiet roads surrounding the Lake. David our host was friendly and helpful. All around a perfect stay and we will return.

The cottage is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The owner couldn’t be nicer and provided helpful communication for our stay. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. The whole cottage is lovely and spacious. The sunset views are lovely and even the view behind the cottage is of lovely fields that are so very Vermont. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!

The cottage we stayed in was exceptionally clean and had all the comforts of home. The location is off the beaten path with nice views of Lake Champlain. It was a good choice for us with a limited budget. Owner was friendly and approachable.

This spot was super cute!
The cottage was very clean, a lot of great add ons like a Brita pitcher. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The cottage was perfect! It was very clean and well equipped. My 23 year old daughter and I were quite comfortable with the space and loved everything about it. The peaceful location and breathtaking views of Lake Champlain could not be beat! It was the “just right” restful and relaxing retreat that we both needed.

Great cabins with all you could need for a wonderful vacation. Good location for road trips to Burlington or the NY side of the lake. Access to water right across the road was wonderful.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cute and well appointed. The proximity to the state park was great and it was a nice place to walk. The beach was smaller than we expected and really only suitable for 1-2 families or groups at a time.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here over 4th of July with our 2 dogs. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy. Our pups enjoyed swimming in the lake and exploring the fields and woods surrounding the property.
We also enjoyed kayaking and relaxing on the beach at Dunes State park.
The cottage has a well equipped kitchen. This was helpful because most restaurants were closed over the holiday, so we stocked up at the local grocery store and grilled at the cottage instead!
David the property manager was very pleasant and we enjoyed chatting with him.

We had a wonderful time. Took a quick trip (two nights). Even though the weather was soggy we still appreciated the beautiful sunsets! Our cottage was spotless and we appreciated the kitchen tools available.

We stayed two weeks at David’s cottage and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. The cottage was very clean and the sunset was stunning. David took care of any needs we had immediately. He was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our family.

There's not much more to say that hasn't been said in the other reviews. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with plenty of stuff to do, the cabin was spotlessly clean and well supplied with cooking equipment, and the owner is friendly and helpful with great local info.
Perhaps some will like a more isolated experience, as there are other cabins on the site, but we enjoyed meeting other folks from all over. Everyone we met was real friendly, and it's always good to hear tips about the area from others. And things were very quiet at night.
One thing to note is Cabin 19 has no dishwasher, which was fine, but worth mentioning. And the fridge was bare empty, which feels "cleaner" when you arrive, but there's no condiments and such that sometimes one finds in a rental. (And perhaps there could've been a couple wine glasses, at least we didn't find any.)
But all in all we had a great vacation, were super happy we chose Isle View cottages, and would definitely stay there again should we visit the area another time. Thanks for everything, David!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We were able to take in the sunsets from dock across the street and wake up the sun glistening on the Lake. We explored the local establishments and ride a few rail trails. Great area and even better host!

Can’t say enough good things about Dave and Lucy Bogue and their pristine and comfortable cabins in a beautiful setting right on northern Lake Champlain.

Quiet Space for Change of Pace
The beautiful and clean cottage gave our family the space we needed to slow down and disconnect from our daily grind of life. The country location overlooking Lake Champlain was tranquil. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to continue to enjoy “home” cooked food.

Wonderful cabins, great host, enjoyed our stay!
Just as described, everything we needed to cook was provided for us. The views were outstanding and we awoke to the sounds of birds chirping. Would definitely come back for a longer stay!

Great Lakeside Rental
The owners do a great job with this near-new rental. The kitchen has everything, more utensils than I am used to seeing as well as an extensive spice rack. All appliances appear to be new and work without issue. Great view. The owner's pre-trip and mid-trip communications spell out everything clearly. This is a highly recommended lakeside rental.

Great weekend in Vermont
David’s property was clean and comfortable. This is a great place if you want to disconnect and relax. Fall foliage was our biggest attraction during this trip. The to-do list before checkout can be a little bit of work if you are not well organized but overall it was a great stay!

Spring Fishing Vacation
Great view. Charming and new or like-new lakeside cabin with all the modern conveniences, nice fully-equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, sliding door to deck with lake view, wifi, and plenty of parking space for the boat. We will be back.

Peaceful and beautiful
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The host set things up so that every cottage had a nice view of the lake. He was accommodating, helpful, and kind. Everything was set up nicely and just as it was advertised.
My only suggestion would be to have screens in the bedroom windows in the spring and fall when air conditioners are not in place.
