We checked in late at night, and Andre took great care of us and got us situated. We stayed in the Deluxe King Hasten Suite (which is not a king bed, but a queen), and it was beautiful. We also ordered in-room massages with one of their vendors. Slight hiccup was that the appointments were for Mon, but she didn't arrive due to child care issues, and we rescheduled for the next day. It was great. The property itself is fantastic with cork walls, wooden decks, and many small design details that we appreciated. The shower was very large and had plenty of hot water with great water pressure. Our own Netflix account was super easy to connect to their TV via the supplied QR code. Every morning, there was free breakfast, and it was freshly made and delicious. Plenty of free coffee, tea, and juices in the breakfast area adjacent to the lobby. Breakfast included chia puddings, uniquely prepared egg options, pancakes, etc. We also got to know Jason there who was also fantastic and very hospitable.
Charm Nature is located just up the hill from the very small town of Azoia where there are a couple of great restaurants including 3 Gomes (we ate there twice). Azoia, despite traveling in July when it was mid 80s F in Lisbon 45 min away, was quite cool most of the time (50s and 60s F) with micro-climate like temperatures, including cool, misty mornings requiring jackets or sweaters for breakfast daily. The pool and lounge area was gorgeous, but sadly we didn't use it much given the cool weather. Relatedly, I would have appreciated the in-room Lacunza free-standing wood-burning fire places to be prepared and lit every night by the staff, because it was very difficult for me to do and maintain the fire each night, which was required given the cooler mountain air rolling in during the evening. All in all, given proximity to the beach and going in July with mostly hot weather in Lisbon, we were a bit disappointed about the weather at the property, which didn't allow us to sit out on the beautiful lounge chairs for long to enjoy the pool.

Very nice atmosphere and located at the mountain with a nature feeling and beautiful view. Staff was great and very helpful, and always available.
The familyroom has two beds for children which are not so comfortable (matras on the floor). Currently a construction at the neighbouring plot is ongoing and a high crane is running during working hours, Charm nature can not help this, it is however little disappointing when you expect to arrive in a nature scenery, a temporary inconvenience.

Sunset is beautiful!

Very, very tastefully decorated, quite location, super drinks
And Jason is super helpful, friendly & professional!
The restaurant follow the healthy food trend. I would suggest to integrate some common / normal dishes in the menu as well.

the tranquility of the resort is the best attraction
nothing really. Food choices ( especially dinner) is slightly limited in the area but food isn’t why we were there in the first place.

Great find. Fantastic staff, amazing food and beautiful location. Really relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely go back.
Pity that the bikes were being serviced whilst I was there.

Very clean, well furnished rooms. We got a free room upgrade also. Check in was nice and easy. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast was waited and had a menu, with some phenomenal food of very good quality. Pool was lovely and the lounging area outside was very spacious and had a beautiful view. There were fantastic hikes in the nearby forest, and is in a great location to enjoy the Sintra-Cascais national park. Some nice lunch and dinner options in the nearby village of Azoia. Good parking available on site. They also held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could go for a walk.
The en-suite has no door in the room we stayed in. Distinct lack of privacy. I like to spend quality time with my significant other, however not like this.
There was construction going on nearby which didn’t cause too much bother to us aside from being a bit noisy and an eyesore.

Charm Nature seemed to be just what a wanted. I tranquil idyllic place to relax. And it could be if there wasn't a HUGE noisy construction side right next to it. The pool, terrace and view are dreamy (in theory, I didnt want to spend time there because of the boise).
My room was really nice and the bed very comfortable.
BUT if there is noise the entire time, it's just not what you want.
The breakfast was good (also not as excellent as expected).
The staff was very friendly, but not well organized.
I highly appreciated the sustainability efforts, which you can see everywhere.
The design of the lobby is beautiful.
- Guests NEED to be informed of the construction side before they book their stay. I almost felt tricked into my stay. I really needed a place where I could relax and calm down. Instead I fled the premisses because it was just too noisy.
- While friendly, the staff was not well organized. They told me that I could order dinner (they don't have their own kitchen in the evening), but only after I decided to do that, they told me I had to pay in cash. The same happened with the transfer from the hotel to the airport. They said, it would be 50 Euros, I confirmed and when they reconfirmed told me it was 60 Euros. Only at the airport I found out I had to pay in cash, too.
- The breakfast was good, but for a price like that I would expect a proper coffee machine and table service and not a DIY nespresso machine. I liked the quality of the food, but I would have expected a more veggy/vegan friendly selection considering their sustainability concept.
- no storage space for your stuff

The view was awesome, cozy fireplace in the room, breakfast was very good
I had my birthday the next morning we came, seemed like no one cared despite we told stuff on checking in. Didn’t have kids chair on breakfast, that was really uncomfortable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.
The room was absolutely stunning, with comfortable beds, beautiful linens and all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, it was great to wake up to such a beautiful view every morning.

Staff & breakfast were exceptional.
No hot tub while the website says there’s one. Also, be very careful, because of the altitude of the localisation, you need perfect weather condition to get the stunning view we see on pictures. We’ve been there 2 days and it was cloudy/windy while down the hill it was beautiful sunshine with blue sky.

it’s quite unique and peaceful
evening meals not available
