DELUDENTE: ALLA LIGURE PAGHI TANTO PER AVERE POCO, PER DI PIU': VICINO A PORTOFINO NON TE LO ASPETTI

1.cambiate i materassi: non 2 singoli ma uno matrimoniale dato che il letto è matrimoniale! SI SPROFFONDA. PER 180 EURO A NOTTE E' VERGONOSO, QUELLI DELL'IKEA SONO PIU' DECENTI PER DIRVENE UNA 2. MANCANO PIANI DI APPOGGIO: QUALCHE MENSOLA DOVE METTERE LE COSE! ABBIAMO DOVUTO TENERE LE COSE IN VAILIGIA E APPOGGIARNE TANTE PER TERRA! 3.C'ERANO LE ZECCHE SUL BALCONE 4.BOX DOCCIA(BORDI) SPORCHI, ESISTONO I DETERGENTI ANTICALCARE! 5. MAGARI QUALCHE APPENDI ABITI IN PIU': NE ABBIAMO TROVATO SOLO 2 6. UNA PRESA NON FUNZIONANTE IN SOSTANZA A DIR POCO DELUDENTE

Pieno di errori

La posizione era ottima

Abbiamo provato 5 problemi all’interno della struttura dovuti alla pulizia e al funzionamento di alcune cose nella stanza. Abbiamo contattato il proprietario e il suo interesse e stato praticamente inesistente e non ha fatto niente per rimediare al nostro disagio. Avrebbe potuto fare o dirci qualcosa, lo avremmo sicuramente apprezzato visto il costo esagerato solo per un soggiorno di 2 notti in una camera a quel punto poco piacevole. Abbiamo delle attivita e lavoriamo al pubblico quindi sappiamo che spesso e carino fare qualcosa per i clienti per scusarsi quando tu fanno notare degli errori e delle mancanze nel servizio da loro pagato. ( che comunque non dico che no! possono capitare ma e il modo in cui uno li risolve che fa la differenza)

Maleducazione,Insulti e stress

Insonorizzazione inesistente,camere tutte attaccate e qualsiasi rumore viene percepito. alle 7 del mattino eravamo inevitabilmente svegli per i rumori e le voci provenienti dalle altre stanze ,fatto presente al proprietario che non ha proposto neanche di non farci pagare almeno L extra del parcheggio di 10 euro(lontano ed in salita) e della tassa di soggiorno di 4 visto L enorme disagio, a fronte fra L altro della tariffa non proprio economica visto che come servizio essenziale manca il relax e il riposo. sotto consiglio dell assistenza di booking che ci ha proposto di richiedere un rimborso per evitare di aprire pratiche e segnalazioni abbiamo proposto all struttura di non farci pagare gli extra e a quel punto siamo stati chiamati BARBONI ed invitati a tornarcene da dove siamo venuti in malo modo. inutile dire che non consiglio e che non ci andrò mai più 0 serietà

Good location and convenient place to stay.

The location was good easy to get to by walking. The room size was sufficient for the 2 people. My friend and I shared. We used the air con and it was clean. Easy check-in and check out.

It was tricky to get into the building. The bathroom flooded quite a bit which wasn't ideal.

Exceptional

Newly renovated and very big apartment style room (we stayed in the penthouse). Great balcony. Elevator making it easy to get the luggage up. Great location near all restaurants and the beachfront.

Parking was not free, had to park in a parking lot a few min away by foot, which added a bit to the expenses. Kitchen is new and well equipped but was lacking basic cleaning tools and utensils in order to be able to fully take advantage of it - for example there is a washing machine, but no where to dry the clothing.

Great place to visit, very central location. Very close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. The area felt very safe. Clean and comfortable room. Our host was helpful and we would definitely recommend staying. Lovely view from the room.

Difficult to find parking, a kettle or refreshments in the apartment would have made this a 10/10 but overall would highly recommend
