Space Coast 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in a desirable Oak Tree Gardens neighborhood. Only a 5 min drive to US1 along the Indian River where you can watch rocket launches! Home features screened patio downstairs and enclosed garden area and upstairs balcony. NEW AC system installed April 2020, new furniture, new Serta pillow top king mattresses, down comforters, linens, and kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer, Roku TV's in every room. Our home is comfortable, clean and will not disappoint.

My partner and my cat had a great time. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and Cape Canaveral National Seashore. The townhouse was very nice and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed and would/will stay again.

This place was great on the inside. Very clean and well maintained. All of the things you could need. It’s not often I stay somewhere where there are extras of needed items like toilet paper, garbage bags, washing soap etc but Jess had it all there. Quiet neighborhood. My only concern was first impression, outside of buildings need freshening up with paint for sure, etc and first day someone had dumped trash in entry way but by the following day it was picked up. Overall a great stay, convenient to grocery and interstate and just a short drive to the beach.

The place was really cute and comfortable. The beds were amazing. The garden patio was a nice outdoor touch. The stairs were not too steep. The only thing was the master shower/toilet room. It is a bit tight. We ended up not closing the door and just keeping the bedroom door closed for privacy. I would definitely stay again though as the cleanliness, respect for our privacy, keyless-contactless check in and those amazing beds made it.

This was our second stay here. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate as much as last year, so we spent a lot more time inside. It eased our disappointment by staying at a place that’s comfortable with more than enough space for the two of us. We love the porch!!! We’ve already rebooked for next year.

We enjoyed it very much everything was clean, and I was everything that the listing said it would be and more. While we were there there was a launch from the space Center, we sell family which was wonderful but the weather was ugly. Can’t have it all lol overall we had a wonderful visit. Thank you to our host for making the process so easy.

This two-bedroom condo was nicely furnished, roomy, and had a well-furnished, immaculate kitchen. The thoughtfulness of the owner was obvious, as there were condiments and extras for our use. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were a plus. While the complex was a bit run-down looking, we felt very safe and the privacy fence encouraged us to use the screened porch. Though nothing was in walking distance, we found shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again!

Booked our stay in Titusville for two nights, visiting family for the holiday so pets being welcome was such a relief. Jessie was excellent in communication about the property and check in process. Cute little tucked away unit, super clean, and decorated nicely. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed for a quick trip! Thank you Jessie!

We had to go to Florida on short notice. The homeowners were very quick to respond. The house was extremely clean! It is a quiet location and convenient to many locations around Titusville. Highly recommend and we will try to stay here again!

Everything was just as pictured, a quiet townhouse with an awesome couch! One small suggestion would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was great and comfortable.

This is a lovely two-story townhome in a well-established neighborhood near a local lake park. The owner is extraordinarily gracious, always attentive to my questions (which were plenty!) From here it is an easy drive to the center of town, to beach areas, and to local restaurants, some fronting the Indian River with views of the Space Center and launching areas. The place has a contemporary feel to it, including its wonderful kitchen, and the 2.5 bathrooms are truly convenient. I look forward to staying here again in future occasions

Our group of 4 stayed here while participating in the Mammoth March. The townhome was stylish, clean, and comfortable. You can tell the owners care about their property. We also had 2 great meals around town. Very nice weekend, hope to come again.

Overall very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms very nice and extremely comfortable. Courtyard foliage was beautiful. I thought one bedroom was downstairs. Maybe I overlooked in description. Just made mornings with young dogs you have to get out fast, a little difficult for older people. It worked well otherwise. Very clean and nicely done.

This was my first booking with Vrbo. I was very pleased with the owner answering all of my questions and being able to contact her directly if I needed anything. Well cared for, clean and updated. Comfortable furniture, decorated with a good eye. Porch and garden area is relaxing. Didn’t care for the perfume smell of the laundry detergent used on the bed linens. I usually bring my own pillow when we travel and forgot it this time.

We truly appreciated the attention to details such as the very comfortable beds, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, water pressure, hand soap’s at the sink, extra towels, laundry detergent, a stocked spice rack- basically all the things you usually have to purchase or bring from home. The location was very clean and convenient (and safe) to many attractions, restaurants and shopping yet quiet enough to enjoy a sunrise jog. The whole condo was wonderfully furnished and very cozy. We hope to come back next year and get away for our favorite Florida running event.

Not owners fault, but a little noisy. Wasn’t familiar with the hidden keypad to unlock door but got it. Had to go buy a hair dryer - not a big deal but might want to have it posted that it’s not included.

Primary reason for booking this property was that it is pet friendly. It was very clean and is located close to shopping, attractions, and many places to eat out. Weather is perfect this time of year. Only drawback is there is no yard for the pooches to play around in so they had to be leashed when going outside but, we made it work! Contact with owner was easy and they were very responsive.

This townhome was perfect for our family of four while staying in Titusville! The home was accurately represented by the listing and communication with the property owner was outstanding! It had updated appliances and was kept in nice condition. The townhome was in a great location and nearby to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores... it was also about a 35 minute drive to Cocoa Beach, which was great!

This property is very well stocked, with the exception of hot pads. Had to use dish towels to get hot things out of the oven. Spotlessly clean and in a great location to everything we wanted to do. The only negative thing that I will say is that it’s got a 10:00 AM check out time which is very early. Hotels give you until at least 11 or noon
