pool is perfect, clean, 8’ deep end with a shallow play area for kids with fountains and waterfall.
very close to scottsdale shops and restaurants(driving)
Cons: backyard is beautiful but close to busy highway so sound is constant
neighbors smoke pot regularly so occasional whiffs but understandable in a marijuana favorable state/city
nothing really in walking distance but not much is in scottsdale so you will need a car
only 2 bathrooms so if you have a group of adults, one will share bathroom
overall the pool is the winner and makes this property stand out

We went with another couple and amazing doesn’t begin to describe it!! All the reviews are completely accurate with how secluded the back yard is!! Even in the heat the table and umbrella in the pool is where we stayed!! The king beds in all the rooms were so comfortable and the kitchen living room area is open for us all to hang out! Thank you for an incredible time, we loved your house!

Exceeded expectations! Even better that the photos online. The pool is secluded and ideal for a quiet retreat. The residence was immaculate with multiple amenities (many unanticipated). Kee made the entire process was seamless, from booking through checkout. First time using Vrbo as we usually stay in resorts. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

My wife, two adult kids (early 20’s) and I spent a fun 5 days in Scottsdale. The property was located within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do and the airport.
The pool and hot tub were great features that we enjoyed. Having the outdoor fireplace near the hot tub really made night time use of it very comfortable. (It got cool at night.) All in all we had zero complaints and were very happy with the property.

Usually, rental houses are never as good as the pictures on VRBO, but that was not the case with this house. It really is that nice. It was a great size for our group of 4, but could have easily handled more. The house is well appointed with all the little things we needed, like toiletries, pool towels, and everything for the kitchen. The pool was a big hit with our teenage daughter and her friend. I reconnected with some old arcade games and found I’m still terrible at Centipede.
Communication was great with the owner and checkin/checkout was easy.
We had a great time at the house and will gladly come back when we’re in the area.

The house was conveniently located for all of the excursions we had during our stay. For two teenage boys - it was a good balance of a room to escape to, an Xbox and great backyard with pool (pool toys too!) and hot tub. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Check in and out was easy.
I have to mention that there is a car that is permanently parked in front of the house with a notice in the windows that this house was the scene of a Fentanyl drug bust in December 2022. Looking into it - that is accurate. The neighbors definitely do not appreciate that this is a rental property.
That said, it was the only negative to this property. We looked past that and had a great visit and enjoyed the house as our landing pad.

This house is well maintained and advertised accurately. All was great with the house, but the backyard is where it’s at! The pool and hot tub were the favorites, hands down. I could not have been happier with our overall experience at this property! Kee was amazing to work with! Kee reached out prior to our stay to confirm our travel plans & arrival time. He also accommodated several special requests. The communication was prompt & thorough. Everything was clean & ready upon our arrival. The property itself is gorgeous. The house & pool were extremely well maintained. Everything we needed & more, including pool floats, were available. The neighborhood is quiet & in a great location - close to Old Towne Scottsdale. I could not recommend this property more. It was great for an adult trip, but would be equally as great for a family. Thank you Kee for sharing your home & being a fantastic host! Where do I Begin? What my husband and I thought would be a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Arizona, turned out to be one of the worst vacations we've ever had through VRBO. Upon entering the home the temperature in the house was 80. My husband tried adjusting the temperature, but the thermostat was locked. Within the hour my husband and I left to grocery shop and by the time we got back, it was even hotter in the house. I contacted the "management company" he had the audacity to tell me that "you left within the hour so I turned off the air condition so the coils don't burn. I didnt think you would be back within the hr."He has a camera at the front door to watch when you will leave so he can turn off or adjust the temperature to the property. This made us feel very uncomfortable. To make a long story short, my husband and I had to go back-and-forth with the "management company" our entire stay. Our entire stay at this property the temperature was between 76 and 80° inside the house. Nothing got accomplished, I personally believe that the "management company" is actually the owner of the property and is trying to save money any which way he can. I cant see a "management company"going so hard for his boss that he would ruin someone's stayn like how he did ours. I have text messages to prove all this as well. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out. Unfortunately, our experience at this property due to the temperature of the house made it one the worst vaca.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this beautiful home!!! It’s in a fantastic location! Nice, quite neighborhood and close to Old Town Scottsdale which we enjoyed so much! I’ve never stayed in a home so organized as this one! I appreciated all the labels on the drawers. cabinets & closets! The instructions on remotes & outside amenities was very helpful!!! So nice!!! This house has everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much!! We felt like we were in our own private resort. Communication with the host was Amazing!!! We cannot wait to book this awesome house again!

I rented This house solely based off the backyard and boy it did not disappoint. The pool was clean and heated the jacuzzi set under a open canopy… The location was perfect. You’re literally about 8 mins away from the Scottsdale fashion square and the wild night life Arizona has to offer. The home sits at the end of a cul de sac so you have no worries about the traffic

10 out of 10 recommend! The pictures do no do this house justice! My kids who are teenagers loved the house! As soon as they saw the backyard they asked if we had to leave the house. The house was clean, very well organized. Everything was labeled, which we appreciated. We didn’t have to worry about going through all of the cabinets, all the cabinets, light switches, doors, remote controls, etc. everything was labeled and I definitely appreciated that. Our communication with the property manager was perfect. Never had to worry about them not answering. Checkin process was a breeze. If and when we go back to Arizona we will be staying here again, and we will recommend the house to anyone that we know that is going to Arizona. Not one negative comment at all.

This review is long overdue. My family and I made a last minute decision for a Father’s Day getaway to Arizona. This home was absolutely amazing! The beds were the comfiest of any rental home we’ve stayed at. The pool was refreshing and was used every single day we were there. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The fact that everything was labeled for ease of use, was the icing on the cake. Kee was incredibly accessible and responsive. Communication was on point. Not only will we be planning another trip to this home, but will be looking into Kee’s other homes as well in future!!

We checked in with 4 people. The house was great and backyard is amazing. After 24 hours of staying we noticed getting bit and itchy. We stayed 3 nights at this home. On Monday when we arrived at our home town we have realized this home had BEDBUGS!! The bite marks got big, red, itchy and swollen. I right away called the owner and VRBO they dismissed my concern and said it was from exploring town. I also sent in pictures to the owner and VRBO management. No one cares what we have experienced here. We come to Scottsdale every month and stay at W hotel. This has never happened. I suggest you stay away from this house.

This home is fabulous! We liked the location to Old Town and more. It was very easy to get Uber rides. We spent a lot of time around the pool and hot tub listening to our music through their outside speakers. It also has an outdoor TV and grill. They have everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. I Highly recommend this property and will book it again next year!
