This is a beautiful corner unit with panoramic view of the city and beach , all bedrooms and living room walkout to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone. The unit sleeps up to 9 : 2 king mattresses, one queen sleeping sofa and bunk area with 3 twin size mattresses .

Condo was nice. We picked this condo for the pool. The kids loved the pool. It was nice not being policed for your every move in the pool like other condos. There isn’t much to do close to the condo. Pier Park is about 3 miles away. Too far to walk. All I all it was a good stay. Weather was great and staff friendly.

I'm not even sure where to start, so I guess I'll just start with my first impression of the property upon arrival. I had a good feeling about this place from the moment we pulled in. The location is perfect, because it is on the quieter side of PCB. We didn't have to fight traffic to get to our condo, but it was still convenient to all the restaurants and attractions. There is an Alvin's Island shop attached to the parking garage, which we really liked for the convenience. There is plenty of parking, so there was no fighting over parking spaces. The Splash Resort itself was so inviting and clean. We could tell the entire place is very well-maintained. Check in was so easy! Joe sent an email in advance with the code and details, which I really appreciated. We arrived and were able to go straight in. Since we arrived after 5pm, I just had to go down to the check-in desk the next morning to get our bracelets and purchase our parking passes. The lady at the check-in desk was so sweet and helpful. Our condo was everything we hoped for. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Usually when I stay somewhere it takes me a few days before I can go barefoot, but not here. I felt like I was at home. It smelled good, which is a biggie for me. The view is amazing. I loved that we could access the balcony from the "living room" and also from both main bedrooms. The pools were great! The amount of space was excellent, as I never felt cramped at any time. I could go on and on!

This condo was the perfect set up for us, we had two families that consisted of 4 adults and four kids ranging from 1 - 13 years old. We loved the two master bedrooms and the open concept. We were able to spend our evenings on the spacious balcony which was a relaxing way to end each day. The condo was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was seamless. The owner was also responsive to all of my messages. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to friends and family.

The condo was Exactly as pictured. Very clean and views were spectacular! Owner was a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to my question. Only negative is that the “ store” and bar on property claims it was open year round, but it wasn’t. It would have been more of a convenience than anything else. If you have children or grandchildren, this is the place to stay. They will have memories that will last a lifetime.

Very spacious condo for family. Listing was just as described. Kitchen had the simple necessities needed to enjoy breakfast and lunch. The two full bathrooms were large and a great addition to each king size bedroom. Corner balcony gave great views with plenty of outdoor seating. Really enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay at property but the beds are terrible. For the cost and facility please invest in higher end beds as they were like a motel 6 mattress. Also the bed sheets at the foot end had yellow urine stains on them and smelled like strong urine like they were not washed.

We loved staying at Joe’s place at splash! He was so great to work with! He was very understanding and helpful when I had a payment issue. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! We would stay here again!! Thank you! (If I had to change one thing, the beds aren’t super comfortable, so maybe a mattress upgrade would be nice!)

We enjoyed our stay here at the Splash Resort. The condo was very clean and we were supplied with everything we needed and then some. The only complaint is that the beds/pillows are very uncomfortable. I believe a mattress topper would make a huge difference. Towards the end of our vacation, we were kind of crabby due to the lack of quality sleep. Everything else was a 5/5.

The condo was super clean when we went in which was nice. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The closets had extra pillows and blankets. The beds were comfy. The location is great because it is on the "calmer" side of Panama City . We enjoyed the calm beach and we loved that it was walking distance to our favorite Oyster spot!

This was our first VRBO experience and set the bar incredibly high. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect corner location with amazing views of the ocean. It was spotless, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It was a perfect setup for our family of 4 including 2 young children. I have zero recommendations for improvement of the condo itself. The beach service was a very nice extra touch and so convenient! Joe was extremely responsive and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. This was our first time at Splash. Parking was a breeze and we had no issues with elevator wait times. If I had one complaint it was that the Riptide bar and coffee/donut/ice cream shop had very limited hours and the snow cone place was never open. However I’m sure that’s because it was the off season and they have extended hours in season. The property was clean with lots of options to keep the kids busy. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

Easy access to the beach with a great pool area; beach chairs included in our rental; and plenty of space in our condo with a gorgeous view of the water. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a nice location, amazing beach, and was clean. The only negative I can think of isn’t really a negative, just an fyi. The elevators can get pretty backed up with all of the families coming and going throughout the day. It wasn’t terrible but just something to be aware of! Otherwise we really, really enjoyed our time there! I would definitely recommend!

First of all Joe the owner is AMAZING, he always responded so quickly and was so kind and helpful. The condo itself was perfect, so clean and well decorated and couldn’t ask for a better location right on the beach. We loved the convenience of being able to have a cafe and gift shop right downstairs and my kids loved the pools and water park! You Will not regret booking this condo for your next vacation!

Splash resort is wonderful for kids - best pools and splash pool in Panama City. The beach is phenomenal. This condo has been beautifully renovated and was roomy for 4 adults and 2 kids. Being on a high floor helps with elevators too. Joe quickly responded to us and was very accommodating. Would recommend.

Everything about my stay was amazing. The property was lovely it was one of the first units at Splash that I’ve never had to clean myself. I been to multiple splash units , but this is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. The views were gorgeous you had views of the city on one side, and could see all across the ocean. Check- in was great Joe let me check- in at 12pm instead of waiting to 4pm. He was an overall amazing hostess. Everything that we needed was already in the room, and the complimentary oceanfront beach chairs was really nice to have as well. The best thing about this unit is that it had two temperature controls in each room of the condo that you could turn to whatever temperature you wanted. Many of the units I’ve been to has had the temperature set to 70 degrees as the lowest temperature which was awful. This unit you could turn down as low as 50 degrees. I will definitely be back to this condo, and probably will always choose this unit when staying in Panama City Beach.
