The .was very comfortable for our family. The beach toys got a lot of use. We did buy two "grandparent" size beach chairs which we left for future use. The condo was close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful, well-stocked, roomy and perfectly situated lodging for my family of 8. We were a group of all adults and loved our stay in Poipu! Thank you for having so many stocked items that really helped us. Simple things like baggies already at the condo were much appreciated! This is a spectacular rental and I would absolutely, 100% recommend it!

I booked this unit for my family including 5 adults. 25 minute drive from the airport. Check in was convenient and the unit was clean. The unit is located next to the recreational building which provides a pool and gym. It was very convenient being so close to these amenities. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the supply’s we needed to cook family meals. However the kitchen knives were in bad shape. The laundry room was a great amenity. It was stocked with detergent and everything was in working order. The unit had a garage where you will find beach equipment (folding chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) The community was nice a quiet and everyone staying here was friendly. The beach was a five minute drive, and an excellent shopping mall was right dow the street which provided several great restaurants and a Longs for grocery shopping. I would stay here again!

Stayed here for a week with our young kids abd grandparents. Wonderful location for being close to everything in Poipu and Koloa. The home is in great condition, everything is very new and clean.

This condo was perfect for my family. It instantly felt like home for all 8 of us. The condo had a well stocked kitchen that we used daily. The location is close to beaches, dining and shopping. Management is super responsive to questions/concerns.

Downsides: Mice problem in kitchen area - we saw one ignoring the industrial-sized trap beside the refrigerator and scamper across the kitchen floor one evening. Eek! There were a few cockroaches on the kitchen island countertop when we arrived, but no more after we dispatched those.

The property was beautiful with nice views of the mountains. Very clean with plenty of kitchen ware, towels and blankets. Nice touch with cooler, chairs, and some snorkel equipment. Beds were very comfortable and looked new.

The host was so responsive and accommodating to our requests. The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the kitchen and the fact that there was central AC. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the location was perfect for our family! We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was near everything we planned on doing during our stay. There was also some places to eat, do some shopping, and a general store - all within a 10 minute walk. The beach was also walking distance but would take around 20 minutes. A car is still recommended to get around to other locations on the island. The property was as advertised, clean with all working amenities. It was located in the corner so we didn't hear the roosters too much. This property does have neighbors, so be aware that there are people underneath and around you. Management had great communication with us and was very nice. If we needed anything they responded quickly and would accommodate if possible. Will definitely be considering this location for our next stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy when we entered the condo. Housekeeping was still at work as previous renters left quite a mess. Condo is spacious, beautiful kitchen. Then we opened the curtain to the lanai. We were very disappointed as it looked nothing like the pictures. View is of a black construction fence maybe 10' tall. Construction starts at 8AM and continues all day. The cushions are basically flat so there is nowhere comfortable to sit. Various spills on the floor made it even less appealing. I know construction issues are not their fault, but what a disappointment on vacation. The living room furniture was less than comfortable. Most comfortable chairs are around the kitchen table. We had an issue that our request to make up the twin beds to a king was overlooked, however that was taken care of pleasantly and quickly with just a phone call. Many grills throughout the property are very well maintained as are the grounds and amenities. I would stay here again but perhaps another unit away from the construction area--they are building condos so this will probably be an issue for some time. Management company was very nice to deal with. All in all though we had a wonderful time and love Poipu!

They were trapped under the dresser. I injured my back trying to lift the dresser. You might want to bolt the dresser to the floor.

The unit was well equipped and comfortable with a nice kitchen and good bedrooms and baths. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place for our family vacation! There was tons of room for everyone, and the extras(beach chairs, cooler, etc) was great to have for our daily adventures around the island! The pool was awesome to chill at after our adventures! I highly recommend this property, especially for families and large groups!

The pool and hot tub were great! Clean and well taken care of. The only small complaint I have is not being able to get into the workout room until the pool opened. We like to get up early and get a work out in before we start the day. Other than that, great place to stay and will most likely always book at Pili Mai while in Kauai!

Bring your own coffee and tea. It would be nice if the kitchen have condiments. It only have salt and pepper. We left vegetable oils, honey and ground coffee for those after us can use them.

This location was a perfect location to get easily to sites we wanted to see. Spent most time snorkeling. This place was perfect for entertaining in the evenings and quiet mornings with coffee on the lanai. Everything was provided-beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys, and anything else you could need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!
