Clean towels. Car themed pictures.

Room was dirty. It was made up to look clean, but first impression was ruined as soon as I moved the pillow and found someone's hair under it. Under the covers there were more hairs in both beds. Toilet seat was not cleaned. Dust all over the suff. Walls require new paint job. There was always damp moist from the sower with abit of the smel because shower curtain was to short and all water splashing all over the floor. Toilet and the bin was always in the water.. communication via WhatsApp is impossible, calling cost extra money for us bcz we have foreign sim cards and all the costs goes over our aboniment amount. We still had to call otherwise we couldn't enter the hotel. They don't give pin for the locks like other places. Our window wiew was on to the garage and the smell of tires and so was constantly there.. the price and quality of the service is far off the match.. we stayed for 2 nights and after the complaint about dirty beds and so, they didn't even offered any solution. We bought bed sheets in action and used our own pillows whitch we always take on such the trips.. very dissapointing.. we don't care how room looks as long as its clean.. unfortunately we overpaid big time for this..

High flexibility for check-in procedure

Its an appartment close to a main street. Ok for one night. It is newly built and the furnishings are appropriate. Unfortunately, the bed is a bit hard, the temperature in the room is high and the bathroom smells too strongly of that toilet cleaner.

Exceptional

the room was compact with all facilities. It was maintained neat and tidy. The kitchen was completely equiped. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Would prefer to visit again.

Warm, clean & very comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment.

We were able to walk into the town centre but it took about 25 min. Found a lovely steakhouse only 15 min away. Well worth a visit.

The view from our window was into a yard. But there was absolutely no noise from it and we weren't there for the view so it did not matter.

It was a nice, comfortable room and it was great to have a kitchen too!

The location is a bit obscure, it is right next to a car workshop on a busy road. But soundproofing is good enough to not be disturbed by outside noises.

after the first week of quarantine, the second week is completely fine.

This room could be a little bit small, especialy when you have to stay for 7 days in quarantine (covid) but its very operational , you don'yt miss anything; I could order food durin quarantine duration. And cook what I want to do. After the quarantine, thera rea malls 20 minutes far awy walking (knowing after 7 days , you are happy to walk); And I have discovered a nice park to run during 1 hour. And the hotel is 35 minutes walk from Ulm center. If you want o rent a cr, itbis less than 20 minutes walk. Internet connexion works fine too.

Clean place. Has enough amenities for a short stay.

The property requires you to fill in a Corona questionnaire before your stay. They are obviously asking this info as per local rules however they clearly state that if you say "yes" to any of the questions in the questionnaire you will not be allowed into the property. This information should be available beforehand to anyone booking a room at this property. I booked this apartment a day before the date of arrival. I received an email about the questionnaire only at 9 am on the day of arrival. I was expected to print the form, fill it and send a scanned copy before arrival. As I was traveling I told them that I could only fill the form after arriving there. They agreed to that. Thankfully, I had not visited any of the places that are high risk but if I had, I would not have been allowed into the property and could've lost the booking money as it was non refundable (the questionnaire doesn't mention anything about a refund of entry is denied). Moreover, i would've had to find an alternative at the last moment. If you're going to deny entry, then make sure that your guests are aware of that possibility. Put it in your terms and conditions under your listing! What happens if someone books weeks in advance and Germany adds the place their coming from in the list of high risk areas on or just before the day of arrival?

Very friendly, helpful owners. A nice lake nearby. Quiet. Easy and free parking.

The apartment was a little too small to be comfortable and there was no mosquito screen.
