We sure enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the pool and golf course… the locals are all so nice! We would highly recommend booking your vacation spot here’

The condo was well located and easy to get to the 76 Strip. The beds were very comfortable and towels great. Lots of room for our six. The kitchen was just right for our group to cook meals and store other foods. We all enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. Well behaved kids and responsible adults. The area was safe and family friendly.

The condo was clean and had everything you could need!! The pool and lake were a close walk from the Condo and provided hours of fun for our family. The condo is a great location to anything you want to do whether you wanted to explore the outdoors or hit all the tourist traps down the main drag.

Neat, clean condo. We had a small issue understanding the key code and how that worked, but we got it eventually. Had a thermostat issue. It seemed to have a mind of its own. Might have been set on some type of schedule. All in all good experience.

Our family of 5, as well as my parents, stayed in this wonderful condo. It had enough space for everyone to spread out or come together for time around the dining room table or a movie in the living room. It was close to the main strip but far enough away from the traffic and noise. The condo truly had everything we needed and more. My parents kept commenting on how perfect it was for all of us. If we ever come back to Branson, we would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great neighborhood! Right by the indoor pool. Comfortable and cozy! The only thing I would say it needs is more towels. We are a big family so that was the ONLY issue I had. Overall great home and we plan on coming back in a few month to celebrate birthdays at this same location 😍

This home was just what my family needed for our 3 night stay in Branson. We were impressed with how clean and well kept this home was. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and comfortable for my family of 9. I will be looking to book this home again in the future when we come back to Branson.

Not clean! Mattresses were SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Beds appeared to have been slept in prior to our stay. Sheets smelled bad. Oven was filthy. Pictures are deceiving. Guard at gate was very rude! Very disappointed!!!

We go to Branson every year and love the Pointe Royale area. We usually stayed at another condo there, but found we were needing more space, mainly another bathroom, so chose this one! Loved having the three bathrooms and the condo is walking distance to the pool, another plus! The high chair and pack and play were put to good use!

We stayed at this location for a first time combined family vacation. The condo had a great amount of space to graciously accept 8 people. The beds were nice. The daybed could be upgraded. It was squeaky and you could feel the springs, but other than that, we were comfortable. It’s a great spot just outside the busyness of the city. We were no more than 20 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation.

We checked in at the requested time of 4:00pm. When we arrived at the condo, the cleaning company was rushing out of the condo. Obviously they did not arrive on time to properly clean the condo. The bed sheets were dirty and not changed. The floors were so dirty it left black on the bottom of all of our shoes, feet and even worse all over my twins babies hands and feet. The owners need to be notified and they need to fire the managing company and cleaning company because they both are not doing their jobs. The keurig coffee marker does not work. The door handle on the upper stairs bathroom was about to fall off and we were worried about being locked in. When paying a couple thousand dollars for a condo for the week it should at least be clean.

The pictures of the property were accurate. We brought a group of seniors and were unable to utilize the balcony for morning coffee and evening gatherings. We would recommend a thorough revamping and cleaning of the balcony. Overall, the location and amenities were great. We would visit again.

Condo was clean and big enough for our family of 10! Great location to the strip, just a little walk to the pools and just a little walk to the lake. As you walk, you are walking by the golf course which is beautiful too. Only one suggestion, provide a mop or Swiffer mop because we had some minor spills and only paper towels to try and mop up the sticky spills. Overall, the experience was great!!

This was my 4th time staying in a condo at Pointe Royale. We like this area because its close to the strip but still far enough to be away from the traffic. We also like the indoor pool which was perfect to go swimming during Spring Break. Condo was spacious, big enough for our large extended family of 9 to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Lots of seating for meals. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms, and clean. The communication with the manager was on top! Very quick responses to any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this condo for anyone that needs 3 bedrooms and visiting Branson!

We enjoyed our stay. The master bed was awesome! One of the upstairs beds needs replaced in the bedroom. It has a huge lump in the middle. Very tidy! The rug in the living room could use a good cleaning, and cheerios kept appearing from the loveseat (that were not ours). Strange, but true. We would definitely stay here again, as it was very accommodating to our grown children and grandchildren. It is sad that taxes and other fees add up to almost half of the rental price.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was updated and nice. The Keurig coffee pot didn't see to work correctly, but wasn't a big issue as we brought a travel Keurig with us. There definitely could have been a better supply of toilet tissue. We had 6 adults staying and I think we had 6-8 rolls of toilet tissue between 3 bathrooms for a 5 night stay.

This property was absolutely beautiful and served our family very well during our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the shuffle board game was always in use! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. There were even Christmas decorations and a tree up for our stay. The location of the quiet and gated community and amenities were also added bonuses.

This trip was a girls weekend getaway to Silver Dollar City to see the Christmas lights. There was a total of 6 (sisters and mother)and security was important when I was looking for a place. The security gate was locked at all time and you had to show pass to gate attendant to enter resort. Upon entering the condo we saw they had decorated the entire condo for Christmas. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Everyone in my family had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing. Great gated community, quiet and well maintained. Our condo though wasn't as clean as we would have liked for it to be. I know some of the fees go to cleaning and we had issues with the cleanliness of the place. It didn't keep us from enjoying our time in Branson but for what we paid for we would have appreciated it if things were cleaner!
