La atención personalizada de aneury y comodidad del lugar e higiene.
Solo tuve un tema con el funcionamiento del micro honda pero eso no cambia mi buena experiencia del lugar.

Great hotel but it is really just an overnight spot. Nagua is not a tourist town and the area around the hotel is quite derelict and the beach area is not pleasant. It is a fantastic overnight however. But make sure you arrive with everything you need. There is a small shop around the corner and a fast food bar on the corner but otherwise nothing nearby. If you want to cook arrive with all ingredients. Save place to put a car or a motorbike.
Just the location itself - ie Nagua. But that couldn't be helped. It's a working town. The hotel stands out in the town. The hotel owner said they were getting ready to gentrify the area.

It was very noisy and construction was going on all day and night.

A very good apartment hotel, modern, spacious, sparkling clean, the kitchen is fully equipped

Spacious, New, modern and clean, Close to the sea, (although two "houserows" away )
Got to park inside gate. Great bed, plenty of space/closets.
No "startup" drinking water in fridge or in appam. for guests - arrived late, didn't think to bring, and struggled to find a place to get water in the morning, since shops opened later than I got up/needed water. Slightly slummed neighbourhood, and apparently somewhat risky for a gringo to walk nearby streets after dark. (potentional of robbery), although I did not feel unsafe at any time. Close to sea, but that immediate part of the beach/shoreline is full of trash and little used.

The space was bigger than we expected, we liked that. Also the possibility for a secure parking.

There was a lot of space in this apartment, and more than plenty for two people. We had a small kitchenette that was good for just heating up food pretty much. The bathroom was nice, and shower had hot water. Bed was comfortable and there was more than enough closet space--almost too much haha. Honestly the best part of this place was how safe it was. We had a place to park the car (inside the garage which was gated and had a key).
With a small kitchenette and coffee maker, you'd think that at the very least it would come with coffee grounds or something, but it didn't. Oh well. I suppose during COVID, they're not getting as much business so there's no sense in stocking the kitchen with stuff.

The location was chosen because the promo said ‘ close to the beach’
It was, BUT the beach was filthy and trashed. Also unwalkable. Dissatisfied and disappointing.
City was dirty but people helpful and friendly
