Superb modern home, uniquely benefiting from having the University, the Old Course, and the town’s shops and cafes within a short 5-10 min walk, yet having the convenience of dedicated indoor parking. The bright apartment has 5 sets of Juliet balconies overlooking the park and the picturesque Lade Braes walk.

Parkview sits in a tranquil location with easy parking via remotely operated doors and easy access to a small exclusive development with stair or lift access to the first floor apartment. The south facing contemporary apartment is light and spacious with floor to ceiling windows throughout the living area and both bedrooms. Parkview has been completely renovated with new luxury furniture and all the latest high tech gadgets - superfast unlimited fibre broadband WIFI, 2 smart 4K ultra HD TV's with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, Alexa voice activated music via Echo speaker - as well as all the necessities; washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer.

The property has an open plan kitchen dining and living area with a contemporary fire providing the focal point and the south facing wall being framed with 3 double floor to ceiling sets of doors opening out to the park. The marble dining table and Dalton leather seating provides comfortable dining for 4 and 5 with a squeeze!

The living area is furnished with a blend of Arne Jacobsen inspired individual seating and modern leather sofas.

The property has 2 bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and the other can be set up as twin or super kingsize. There are two deluxe bathrooms, one ensuite with a large shower while the second offers both shower or bath options. A comfortable fold out bed is available to provide sleeping for a fifth guest. Luxury Egyptian toweling and fine bedding is provided throughout.

The owners` 2 bicycles are available for use to allow guests to explore the town including a new mountain e-bike to provide a boost should you decide to venture further afield to discover the wider area.

A wee selection of Malt Whiskies is also available to hopefully help finish off a perfect day in historic St Andrews!

This property is relatively new to the market, however the family has another gem in the heart of St Andrews, standrewsbolthole.com, which has been a tremendous success with all guests awarding 5 star reviews!

We had a great stay at Parkview. The flat was new and spacious with all the needed amenities and in a great location close to town and golf. The building is very secure and right beside a walking trail down to the park. The hosts communicated very well with us before, during and after our stay. The two bikes were also handy to have to get around town and the Old Course. We would highly recommend Parkview.

This property was incredible! It exceeded our expectations and was a beautiful property … it was very modern and very well kept … and very secure with locked gates around the perimeter and one of the bedrooms had an American size king bed when the single beds were put together! It had 2 full bathrooms - one with a very large shower and the other with a bathtub and shower combination. We were 4 adults staying in this property for 2 weeks and the size was perfect for sharing!! The modern, spacious kitchen was well-equipped and had a large fridge with freezer. And it had a great washer/dryer combo. This property is only 1/2 mile to a M&S Food Store which is amazing and has lots of gluten free and vegetarian choices. The property is beside a very large parkland and the Lade Braes walk. And a very short 5 minute walk to St. Andrews Old Town Centre. We met several of the neighbours in the complex who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and will be looking to rent again on future visits.

Really lovely flat in central location - 5 mins walk and you are in the middle of St Andrews. Private parking a real bonus (being so near the centre). Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and a really nice space to chill out in-between all the walking you will inevitably do! will def be back.

We had a great stay here. Everything was great. The beds/bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. They place was very clean. It was a quick walk into town and also close to University Hall, where we had dance classes. We will be staying again!

The first floor flat was clean, comfortable, modern and is well appointed. It is very well located to walk into central St Andrews and the car parking space can be valuable. There are nice views of the park and the neighborhood is quiet. Graham is a very good host and was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions during our stay.

This lovely flat is right next to the Lade Braes Walk that offers a beautiful walk along the river in one direction and a quick walk to downtown in the opposite direction. The flat is equipped with all the modern conveniences and everything is exactly as depicted in the photos. Graham is a very helpful host and quick to respond to any queries. We especially appreciated having a dedicated parking space in a garage, as well as a locker for our golf clubs. We will definitely be returning.

This was our first-time booking property overseas, and we were apprehensive. Graham the owner was so nice. He welcomed us and had all the information we needed to find the place and get in, even to storing our luggage till flat was ready. Flat is nicely located to everything in town. Clean and bright and comfortable. Cab service is in walking distance, also grocery shopping. View and surroundings area are beautiful. We left there not saying if we come back, but when we come back. The responsiveness of the owner was great and the condo was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for vacationing in St. Andrews. We could walk to everything in St. Andrews, so it was perfect for my husband and I and another couple. We would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to be within walking distance of all of St. Andrew, but still be private and quiet.

We loved staying at Parkview. The location is right in the heart of St Andrews and the apartment overlooks a pretty park so its nice and quiet. The flat is immaculate, is just like the photos and has secure covered garage parking with a dedicated, secure storage unit which was perfect for all our golf clubs. Our host Graham made everything run like clockwork for us, thank you Graham. We can't wait to come back!
