We had a wonderful experience! The house was great and very equipped. I loved the fact that we did not have to bring towels at all - beach towels or any other. The kitchen had anything you could need/want! The balcony was amazing and the perfect morning coffee spot. The mosquitoes were so bad when we were there that we didn’t get to enjoy the space below the house. But, the hose and outdoor shower were great for rinsing sand from the beach and to each the golf carts! We did have our AC condensate and leak a bit inside, but the property management was quick to get an AC repairman out to clear the clogged drain line and ensure we were not without cold AC for any of our stay. We would definitely rent this property again!

Looks great from the outside. Disappointed on the inside. Floors are in bad shape. Was not fully cleaned when checked in. Food crumbs on countertops. Feminine products left in trash cans in bathrooms. Highly unsanitary. No WiFi service. Would not recommend property to any of my friends.

We loved the house we stayed in it was very clean, it had everything we needed. It was close to the beach which we loved, the property manager was very nice and they answer questions in a quick manner. Overall it was a great experience definitely we will be comimg back soon!

We booked this property rather last minute and took off!! It was a amazing property and gorgeous! Easy to book and communicate with manager. Close to the beach, we rented a golf cart and was only like a 3 min drive to beach on private roads.

The home was wonderful and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The owner was easy to contact. My only complaint would be the poor housekeeping. The furniture was very dusty, refrigerator dirty, windows and counters tops were dirty. The owner was notified and promptly advised she would send over housekeeping to clean better. I appreciated that offer but had already unloaded and tidied up myself. The home is close to the beach and easy access with a golf cart. It’s a wonderful home.

The Sand Castle

First of all, this home is roomy, beautiful and well stocked with everything you might need. It has lots of room and seating on the patios and porches. The area under the home is large and plenty of parking is available. It's a short walk or ride to the beach and is located on a quiet road with low traffic. The homeowner made checking in and out very easy, was extremely pleasant to work with and was always available to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend this home to all my friends and family and plan to it rent again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked being able to drive the side-by-side onto the beach from the neighborhood easily. The only thing we wished was that the Wi-Fi would have been strong enough to stream a movie a couple of nights while we were there. Other than that everything was great.

We loved the house, was exactly as described. The check in was the only hiccup, we had to wait an hour for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning, a communication error between the owners & the cleaning service. We enjoyed our 4 days there, plenty of space for my family of 10 and nice spacious wrap around porch. Not much a view of the ocean, but was pleasant. The elevator was a big plus with all the luggage and groceries. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all you need to fix meals. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Some issues with wifi and direct tv, we didn’t get reception very well but we spent most the time enjoying the beach. Would definitely come back!

I have to say when I first got there I was not impressed with the outside. It didn't seem very inviting. But, once on the inside it was very nice and once I figured how to let up the shutters and let the light in I was very happy. Other than things being a bit dusty , the house was very nicely decorated and seem to be really kept up really well. I was overall impressed with the home..I would definitely be interested in booking again. Just wanted to note that the property owner was very, warm and kind and made me feel at ease booking on line. She answered all my questions and even allowed us early check-in. It was greatly appreciated. Maybe the dust had a lot to do with that decision and the make ready crew did not have time to dust the place.One other and last note:We decided to leave a day earlier than expected for more reasons than one, but one was ,the mosquitoes were a bit intolerable when trying to sit outside even with repellent. We were literally swarmed putting the trash out. Just my though...it may help to remove the bushes near there.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. The house has everything that you can think of and more. The owners are truly considerate as to everything that you would need while getting away from the crazy we world we live in today, and every day. Special notes about the place, the access to the beach is incredible. A quick walk or even quicker golf cart ride and you’re there in minutes. Let’s talk about the property and the house, WOW!!! Huge parking area next to house for multiple cars and areas for the kids to play. The elevator going up to the house making it so easy to get your luggage and everything in and out so easily. We would also like to note the picnic area, swinging chairs and dining area underneath the house right next to the amazing grill. And we can’t leave out the amazing outdoor shower right on the backside of the house. Now a quick walk up the stairs to a beautiful wraparound porch/patio/deck with great seating out front for amazing talks, rest and relaxation. Walking straight into the house, directly into the living room with the most comforting feeling you immediately have like no other. It is truly there for family and friends together and unwind. The big open kitchen with the extra large dining table for meals you will never forget. The amazing master bedroom on the first floor is perfect with its own entrance and exit to the house. Perfect size laundry room with another half bath next to it. Head upstairs to two matching bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and bunkbeds you will have a rest on. This place really takes the cake. At the end of the day, and each day, we truly enjoyed our stay. We truly appreciate the owners for all that they’ve done and continue to do giving people an opportunity to have a getaway and set their own dreams of owning a place similar to it. Thank you again, and again.

We enjoyed a family trip (ages 0-50) and all had an amazing time. A short walking distance to the beach (bring a beach wagon if you have kids!). We rented a golf cart which was nice!! Tons of space, very clean, super comfortable beds, lots of beach toys, kitchen necessities, etc!! We had the best time and will be back!

We loved our Stay!

My husband and I took our two teenage son, along with 3 of their friends to Crystal Beach this last week just to give us all a little time away. As soon as we walked into this house, WE ALL loved it. Says a lot when 5 teenage boys think it's a cool house, as well as mama! The layout was perfect with the master on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms were upstairs - so the boys had that to themselves. The house is decorated VERY NICELY as you can see in the pictures. Very up to date. It was a very close walk to the beach, and we also rented a golf cart just to have for fun, but it is definitely not necessary. Prudence, the owner, was very helpful with my inquiries, and especially helpful when we discovered after coming home that we had left an item at the house. She asked someone to find it for us, which they did, and she is mailing it back to us. VERY KIND and above and beyond. The porch is great to sit out on and the outdoor shower was a must for washing off the sand. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals we ate there as well. I would rent this house again for sure and would recommend it to others.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. At no fault of the owner, Bolivar has spotty internet access - it was fine as it kept is off our phones and focused on each other! Great weekend.
