Antelope Run is 30 acres in the heart of the Paradise Valley, Montana. We sit on the west side of the valley, on a geologic bench above the valley floor where the Yellowstone River flows. The land has sweeping views of the Absaroka Range to the east, the Gallatin Range to the west and Yellowstone National Park to the south. Bald Eagles soar off the edge of the bench, pronghorn antelope wander the land, blue birds busily flit about and badgers dig their dens- Antelope Run is the perfect base for a southwestern Montana adventure.
Antelope Run is located about 30 minutes from Gardiner and the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We are only 20 minutes from Livingston, one of the great small towns of the western United States. Within a 10 minute drive, live music is available almost every night of the week at numerous locations in the valley as is the world famous Chico Hot Springs.
All our neighbors are on 20+ acres lots so there is a lot of wide open space! We are out there but we are not totally disconnected, there is a lot nearby:

We loved the house. Beautiful location. Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

On the heels of a treacherous stay in another state, we slide into Antelope Run road-weary and cranky. Lo and behold: an oasis of joy. Killer views. Plenty of hot water and tons of pressure. Fluffy towels. All the cooking gear needed and none that we didn't need. Plush firm beds and custom Yetis for our daily caffeination. Lightning fast support from the property manager and plenty of spots to perch, dine, and hang. Truly, Antelope Run has ruined us for everyone else on VRBO!!! Would move in here in a New York minute.

We were looking for a mountain getaway and this fit the bill!
The house was designed beautifully. We were able to see the mountains from the front and the back of the home. It came with everything a cook could ever want. There was a BBQ pit outside and a gas burner inside. This had to be the most beautiful place I ever cooked! For the kids, they had an area outside where they can roast marshmallows. We went to Livingston Kite company and bought some kites for the kids. I took some amazing pictures of them flying the kites. We were one of the many that came to Yellowstone, and there were unfortunately historic floodings. It was sad that we were unable to see it. We booked this home to take advantage of the North Entrance to Yellowstone to see the animals. We were able to drive to Gardnier a couple days after the historic floodings. Of course, the entrance was closed, but we were able to see elks and deer. Also, if you want to see elks, take Trail Creek Road to the home. There were plenty there as well. Being from the coast we understand flooding. We lost our home during Katrina. It was sad to see some of the damages because it brought back memories. We are thankful to receive a night refund because we were unable to get to the home one night due to the flooding. We hope to return when Yellowstone reopens on the North side.

Top to bottom...this place is awesome. Pictures don't do it justice. The house is stocked with everything one could possibly need. Property manager (Judy) could not have been nicer. The location is perfect to Chico, Yellowstone, Livingston, etc. Highly recommend.

Antelope Run could not be more perfect. The online photos do not do this property justice. The interior is open and well appointed with everything you will need during your stay. Enjoy the inside but step outside for the real joy. We spent most of our time at the house on the porch enjoying the views and the larger property.
Nicely situated in our favorite place Paradise Valley between Gardiner and Livingston it is a perfect hub for all types of activities. While we did head south to Yellowstone several days, we also took advantage of many of the National Forest roads near the property and made trip up near and north of Bozeman to the Bridger Range and the Crazies.
Check out local haunts down the road at the intersection and turn off for Sage and Chico or just sit and watch planes come and go all day.
From check in to check out our communication with the PM team was quick and friendly. They were ready to answer any questions we might have.
There is significant room at this house to spread out and to also come together. Cooks will enjoy the kitchen and find everything you need. I had packed in my normal travel kitchen suitcase and did not touch hardly any of it. (Yes, I’m a crazy person and travel with a kitchen suitcase.)
We did not use the televisions during our stay but the internet was fast and worked well. I will note that the network name had changed from the house manual so if you arrive and have a problem just reach out to the PM and they will get you all settled.
We are already working on plains for our next trip.

We are 8 mature travelers., and are very pleased with the accommodations, setting, and service that we enjoyed at the Antelope Run retreat.
As a plus, we saw the Perseid meteor shower in a clear, black sky. Priceless!

Absolutely loved this property. The house had all the small touches and they thought of everything! The area is so relaxing and the views were amazing. We will be back!

Everyone one of our guests loved the location and views. The home accommodated 7 adults. The views are stunning and the back deck has two fire pits to you comfortable in the evening after a day of fun. The location is great - and near Yellowstone. During our trip in the local area we witnessed Antelope, Black Bear, Grizzly, Elk, Bison and a Moose (lucky trip). Sweetwater Fly shop is a must - they provided very affordable gear and told us were to go on the Yellowstone River to catch 10 trout. Have fun.
