A new cottage built on the property, offering an additional 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, bringing the property to a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, with 2 full kitchens, Dunmore Town retreat. Also new, a brand new pool, pool bar, and 2 outdoor showers!

Located on historic Dunmore Street situated beside the Pink Anglican Church, and nestled on over half an acre of its own private coconut grove, is our beautiful island home, Aralia. Consisting of ARALIA HOUSE, THE QUEEN COTTAGE, and coming soon, the new ARALIA COTTAGE, it is the ideal in-town oasis.

The 'Original Aralia House' has been fully renovated and refurbished in style. It is immaculate and your perfect island sanctuary. It has two bedrooms - a large Primary bedroom with King bed and a second bedroom with two Twins, and a large full bathroom.

Unique to this property, The Original Aralia House and the new Aralia Cottage each have living rooms and full kitchens making traveling with friends and family relaxing and convenient. It gives you the ability to gather together for meals and movies, while preserving privacy to make your morning coffee and feed the early birds breakfast while others sleep in.

Located two minutes from the bay and two minutes by golf cart to the famous Pink Sand Beach (access next to Ocean View). Walk to Harbour Island's gourmet restaurants, beautiful boutiques and local grocery stores. We are ideally situated to enjoy all that Harbour Island has to offer.

Please note, this is our family home and we love to encourage the togetherness the property offers, however, parents we ask that you do not rent this property for your kids unattended.
