The people were wonderful!!! 5 stars! The proximity to the beach was great. The main pool is under construction which would have been nice to have known ahead of time. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The hotel is tired and the staff is not that interested in guest satisfaction

We enjoyed the property

Pink Sands Resort is an absolute gem. We absolutely loved our bungalow which was super spacious. The food at Blue Bar is excellent and Myckelle’s cocktails are amazing. By far and away the best of the three places we stayed in the Bahamas. We didn’t want to leave

very private and not crowded

Gorgeous, private grounds. All the rooms are spaced apart with your own private balcony and beaches. The staff is exceptional!

Do yourself a favor and get off Nassau and check out some outer islands.
We came in the off season and loved the quiet. The entire island was mostly deserted.

I chose Pink Sand when I decided to take a solo trip to Harbour Island and I’m so glad I did. Everyone was lovely and personable and made me feel at home which is always nice. I booked an oceanfront villa and the view from the deck was outstanding! I was so sad to leave and move on to another island on the 3rd day.. I should have spent all 6 days looking at the most beautiful beach and water I’ve ever seen!

Lovely appointed villas-spacious and easy access to the most beautiful pink sand beach!
Staff was always helpful and attentive

an amazing location with a relaxing elegance that made for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.

This is a fabulous resort!! If you are looking to be in a secluded and very quiet resort, this is the place for you. They are currently installing a new infinity pool which is the only thing missing right now. The food is also amazing. Thanks again for a great visit

Pink Sanda is absolutely lovely and the service and staff are exceptional. Everyone was so friendly. The grounds, although beautiful, are a bit dated. The tennis court was great but the lawn surrounding it needed to be resodded and mowed. We toured another property on the island and it was super pristine. Fresh new grass and grounds. Pink Sands is legendary and certainly has a wonderful ambiance and reputation. We did love it but just did a comparison.

Greta stay, attentive staff and very friendly atmosphere. Good food, best beach on the island.

The resort could not be in a better location and the grounds are charming. The staff really care about providing good service!

Pink Sands Resort offered everything we were looking for on our holiday. While the check-in and first day's services were a bit rough, everything was smooth sailing afterwards. We really enjoyed our room, the Bird Cay, which had lovely views of the garden and close to the beach. Both the hotel and room was clean, well-designed, and spacious. We had two delicious meals at the Blue Bar and the main restaurant, with wonderful grilled fish tacos, tuna, and ravioli. The pina coladas were also yummy. Mr. Kim, the property manager, was extremely gracious and welcoming. I also had a nice game of tennis on this property, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again.

Setting is on a beautiful beach area. The setting is pretty, but not as well maintained as other properties near by.

Beautiful hotel and experience. Had a hiccup when it came to booking things while we were there but it got worked out.
3.0
Property very expensive per night so one would expect lots of amenities. No workout facility and swimming pool needed resurfacing. Beach is lovely but there is no snorkeling anywhere on island. Room spacious but RV sometimes didn't work and shower needed rehaul. No bathtub.

Beautiful property with very attentive staff. It was the highlight of my trip to Harbour Island.

This high end resort is one of several on Harbor Island. Staff is great and the beach is nearby and one of the best anywhere. I did not use any of its restaurants, but heard good things from others. A.C. was quiet and not intrusive as in many places. Lots of privacy. Unless you love to walk, you will probably want to rent a golf cart to get anywhere outside the facility.

We loved the cottage and the privacy we felt. The resort is charming and took us back to a better (and safer feeling) time.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing beach and water. Very private experience with just a few other guests around even during a peak time. Great staff that’s very helpful with everything. Definitely *the*place to stay on Harbour Island!

My wife & I were here in late January, which must be off season, as there were very few guests and staff was a little short. The blue bar, where light food & drinks can be purchased was closed most of the time. Only the formal dinning was open. We traveled to Valentine's for most of our food and drinks. You are definately on island time. We ordered a golf cart through the resort around 3:30 Saturday, but didn't receive it until 11:30 Sunday morning. The resort does have great views and access to the pink sand beaches.

We were supposed to stay at Pink Sands Resort as part of a romantic Bahamas get away in January. When booking the resort, we reached out several times to ask for advice how to get to the island and resort and we're given false information on travel measures that didn't run, and simply was inaccurate - which in turn led to us not being able to get to the resort at all. When reaching out to them and explaining the difficulties, even in advance of our stay, they refused to refund us and instead claimed we were lying about how difficult it was to get to the island. We had a terrible experience with this hotel, and the customer service overall, and ended up with having to rearrange our whole travel route to an extensive cost.

Congratulation on such professional team you have. Please kept immaculate, food outstanding, top service.
Our anniversary dinner yesterday went above our expectations.
Thank you

Beautiful resort and friendly people. Would absolutely stay again.

they are in the process of updating the facility. However, the rooms are clean and close or on the beach

great island, fun time!

Not up to standards. A pretty setting but a bit worn out. They seem to be in some sort of transition from a luxury hotel to individually owned condos. Not worth the price.

Great Hotel for some well needed rest and relaxation. Great place for some sunshine, saltwater, and reading a book under a beach cabana.

Have been staying at the Pink Sands for years but, finally we must admit that it in need (dire need) of an full frontal makeover. If we did not know know better, we thought the hotel was "going broke". (LIght bulbs out, holes in furniture, holes in lamp shades, no-mini- bar items, no milk for coffee in room, coffee pot rusted, hair dryer broken, chickens and hens running mad (must be multiplying), mis matched outdoor furniture, ho hum service, and VERY high prices? It makes no sense given the level of detail (aka none) to this hotel. Oh, and so much for "security" as the "gate" is broken and laying to the side of the road. And it seems someone aka the gardnner trimmed the trees on the road to the hotel (property clearly of PS) and forgot to pick up the limbs. They must have been there a week and starting to rot on the road. It's too back because the beach and setting are world class and deserve better lodging. Supposedly doing some much much needed "upgrading" to the rooms in 2015. Will wait to see. (The Dunmore down the street is a DREAM and they have spent some real cash to make is luxurious and dreamy.) PS - wake up and realize what a fab location you have on this earth. Will not go back until I see the place has changed.

We needed peace and we found it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mark, the general manager, was visible all over the grounds, was extremely gracious and friendly. My wife and I wanted to stay longer, once we had been there a day. The sand is pink and almost like a powder. The reservation staff, when I called a week beforehand to confirm the
details, were very informative re: what flights and times I should have scheduled, considering the resort is accessible by water taxi and taxi tandem from ELH airport. Talk to them first, then schedule your flight! Surf and turf was the freshest filet mignon and lobster we have ever eaten, EVER. Key lime pie to die for. Continental breakfast generous and very nutritious. We will never forget how nicely we were treated, two ordinary people treated with kindness usually reserved for the rich and famous, I presume. Suzanne, Shawnee, Toya, Special K, Sherene, Mark, and many others we hold in our hearts. And the massages were amazing. Our first trip to Bahamas, but not our last. We thought Aruba and Cayman were really nice. Now the Pink Sand has raised the bar!

We had a great week, the room was superb and we loved it that we could hear the waves from our deck. The sunrises were unbelievable every day!!!
5.0
We had booked 2 rooms. Our rooms were very nice. The first room was close to traffic and was noisy, but the second room was larger and much more comfortable and more secluded, yet close to beach access and dining. I would still recommend this resort for overall impeccable service and comfort. The only fault I found was small maintenance issues. Such as squeaky doors. But again nothing that would ruin a person's enjoyment of the resort.
