My partner and I so enjoyed our 3 night stay in such a spacious and clean place. They even
Provided eggs milk butter champagne and welcome cookies. That was a first!! Walking distance to lots of fine restaurants and sights and a private garden backyard as well. We will definitely return again

This is the best place to stay to enjoy the Stockade area. Easy to get around, also to enjoy the surrounding areas. It took only the first night to refer to this place as 'home' while walking around. Spotless all around. The amenities are very generous and more than what is expected. We would love to come back.
More than ample space. Spotlearound.

We enjoyed our mini vacation at Andrea apartment. It was very clean and it had all the needed supplies including Keurig capsules. She also left us delicious cookies from the bakery around the corner.
The apartment is a walking distance from the shops and coffee places. We would stay there again!

The apartment in the upstairs of a cute older home a block from the uptown Kingston shops/restaurants was clean, comfortable, and tidy with two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and large living room. The covered porch in the front and lovely backyard were perfect to relax, read, or do yoga. The owner, Andrea, responded to our texts for information in a timely and friendly manner.

This property was perfect for our weekend in Kingston. Lovely neighborhood, lots of restaurants just blocks away, including Rough Draft bookstore/cafe/bar a block away which was a hit with the whole family. We hiked Mohonk Preserve by day and enjoyed the backyard and fire at night. Andrea left amenities that went above and beyond the usual rental. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Green Street. I grew up in the area and the location was perfect. Close to shopping, eating establishments and very scenic too.
The host was fabulous. Her property was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the goodies she left for us, along with some essentials. If in the area again, would definitely come back.

A friend and I stayed in this apartment while attending the New York Sheep and Wool Festival in October 2023. It was a clean, comfortable and well stocked place to land, and Andrea included a lot of extra touches to make our stay special. We had one issue with the apartment (of our own making), and she responded and had it fixed right away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was perfect!

Exactly as billed; clean, cozy and comfortable. The unit actually had a small office which was not something I had noted previously but as someone who works remotely -- was a nice bonus! The location could not be more perfect for either walking the Kingston area or for a Hudson valley base. Our host was also extremely helpful in trying to help us find a place to board our (unexpected) foster dog :-)

We enjoyed our stay in the property. Andrea assisted us with some changes in our itinerary and communicated all the details prior to our arrival.
We arrived late in the day and were welcomed with snacks and ingredients for breakfast so we didn’t have to go shopping.
The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the area. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Very comfy apartment
wonderful stay here…just as advertised apartment on the second floor of the house, (there is only an office on the first floor, no residents, so was very quiet), …very comfortable, well decorated living space, well equipped kitchen ..Enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the quiet neighborhood, alsio in the leafy private backyard … in an interesting historic neighborhood, enjoyed exploring the shops and cafés, my favorite being Rough Draft, a wonderful bookstore/pub..,I definitely hope to return here!

Lovely New Year's Eve Stay
We stayed here over the New Year and it was exactly what we were looking for! The place was cute, clean and well appointed with everything you need for cooking including the basics which Andrea kindly supplied (eggs, butter, milk). She even provided a few cookies from the local bakery! The rooms were well sized with comfortable beds and bedding provided. The location is very convenient, just a five minute walk to the uptown district with some great shops and good food options. During this time of COVID, it was easy for us to call in a food order and walk into town to pick up. No need to worry about driving or parking! Kingston also is convenient to other sights and towns in the area and only a 45min drive to Hunter Mountain. Andrea was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Overall a great stay!

Kingston - Stockade District
The apartment was comfortable and clean. Plus, breakfast supplies were stocked in the refrigerator when we arrived. The location is close to several restaurants and shops. Parking was only allowed on a side street but we had no issues finding an open spot. We would stay here again.

Kingston Getaway
We had a lovely week in Kingston at 167 Green St. Host was very communicative and we loved being near "downtown" Kingston. Lots of cute restaurants and great coffee shop around the corner, but still close to great hikes and trails. We love the backyard and had a small bonfire one night that was so cozy. And Spa 21 around the corner is our new favorite spot -- touchless treatments during COVID were fantastic. A great fall getaway.

Great Location in Kingston
The property was clean, well maintained had supplies of masks disinfectant and sanitizers for our use.
Was very convenient for driving out of Kingston to Ashokan, Rhinebeck , Red Hook , Saguerties, etc. Rondout is about 10-15 minute drive. The stockade area is lovely part of town with restaurants and coffee/bakeries.
Did not get a chance to use the fire pit, but enjoyed happy hour on the front porch.

Comfortable space and a great location
We found the apartment very comfortable and nicely decorated. The host did a great job of anticipating needs, as there was so much about the apartment that made staying there easy and pleasant. The location of the apartment was extremely close to great restaurants and shops, yet was tucked away on a quiet street. The outdoor space was also a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
