Beautiful property, quiet w lush views of the Hudson River. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast could be improved. Room was very small compared to price point. But would we stay again? Definitely. Very convenient to Rhinebeck and CAKEpalooza.

This was very simple but nice . Loved the view. Last night was Jazz would have preferred rock or country music . The bed was comfy . The view was everything !

The bathroom sink was clogged and I found hair in the shower.
The location is idyllic though.

Great place and the cabins were super cool.

Intimate, beautiful property. All details have been thought of.

This place is adorable! If you love a rustic vibe and the privacy of your own space, this is for you. The cabins were so clean and well appointed, not at all like camping. Food was amazing too, plus they’re dog friendly.

Unique hotel concept changing a former brick manufacturing site on the Hudson River in a cabin dotted landscape as “hotel”. 40 plus little cabins with fire pits and outside seating areas behind hotel owner only gates is a ingenious idea

It was joyfully easy.

This is a really unique place to stay. The cabins are like contemporary tiny houses right on the Hudson River. It’s beautifully landscaped - a real oasis. The open air restaurant is excellent. Service was excellent all over. The only blemish was a sub par complimentary breakfast - understaffed, with very limited selection and some rancid yogurt. Fix that and it’s five stars all around.

Really fantastic stay. Unique and fun and I cant wait to plan a multiple friends stay at this property and fire at night with Sauna during day. And some deck gatherings. We really enjoyed it.
Only tiny thing for the small cabins (at least in ours) the aircon is attached to the outside wall and is medium loud when it runs on and off. Too bad it couldnt just not touch the wall. But again it was small compared to how much we liked the property!!

Nice quiet place to spend a night.

Beautiful location, previously a working brickyard, on the river with huge spaces to explore and staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Also seemed very kid and dog friendly property. The queen cabin is a like a tiny house - very small but incredible view and perfect a/c - much needed respite from humidity in summer!

This property is incredible. It is such a gem. A wonderful get-away from the city!

Wonderful re-imaganing of the old brick yards. The grounds are gorgeous and our forest queen cabin was very cozy, romantic, clean, and comfortable. Loved the deck with both a picnic table and adorondack chairs. Nice use of small space and appreciate the touches like a lantern, wine glasses and opener, speaker, fridge. No TV- which is a good thing. It should be all about connecting with your partner or nature. Only downside is the restaurant isnt open Sun- Wed for dinner. Looking forward to going back in Sept!

Great get-away spot. Complimentary EV charging is a big plus.

Beautiful surroundings, view of the river, the rooms were also very nice.
They should serve breakfast where the rooms are, the Airstream would be perfect for that.
Overall really relaxing.

Beautiful location! Food was delish though I did ask the waitress for a hamburger medium rare and it came back well. Sooo not sure if she heard me or the chef slipped. Drinks are small and expensive. Ambiance is top notch! Open air dining but the Hudson, even on a cloudy day it was beautiful.

Beautiful and well kept location with stunning views of the Hudson River. Equipped with bikes to use on the Empire State Trail, saunas, and firepits to knock the chill off while relaxing by the river. I only wish the restaurant was open every day; we never made it to breakfast in the sunroom at the mansion, but we drove in to town which was five minutes away. We enjoyed Rosie’s general store for breakfast/brunch and Ole Savanah’s had great fried chicken and brussel sprouts!
4.0
Great accommodations but bad service. They clearly threw in a lot of money to build this without thinking about the guest experience. Check in is at a different location and this is not mentioned anywhere and no one picks up the phone ever. We waited by the gate to the property while calling and trying to understand where to check in. Then we ended up leaving the car outside and just walking into the property until we ran into an employee who told us the address for check-in. All this took 30 mins and can be easily avoided by updating the sign at the entrance and also sending instructions by email. The staff is very young and when I complained I was told “yes, it’s confusing” instead of showing any desire to fix this for future guests. My other complain is that for the price I would expect a better breakfast and overall attention to detail. The hotel area is far from everything so they should have a full minibar with snacks and drinks. Also, the coffee makers in the room could be better quality.
The room was pristine clean, everything seemed new or in great condition.

It was a great stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings

Everything about this place was charming, unique, and fun. I loved it. If you're staying in the cabins, note that check-in is at another location (just a short drive away)

Nice spot for a weekend getaway. Service is slow in the winter but staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a little issue and they were able to solve it for us pretty quick. Would be nice to visit when weather gets warm again.

Great overall experience. Unfortunately I experienced a very unpleasant dinner experience. I ordered the pork chops and it was literally raw! I’m a chef. I requested the pork to be cooked and it came back semi cooked. Not to plesent. Waitress was amazing.

The property is unique and beautiful. We loved it. The folks who work the gate could be better informed but everything worked out fine. The breakfast was first rate. We want to return, and plan it so we can eat at the restaurant.

We stayed in a brand new queen unit which is actually a small trailer. The newness was off-gassing so that it smelled of newness. It was so small that it was uncomfortable-hardly any space beside the bed and the bathroom was so small I skipped a shower. The units are jammed into one area and so close together that a person talking next door could be easily heard.

Our stay at Hutton Brickyards was magical! From the beautiful cabin to the lovely birds chirping in our window in the morning. We cannot wait to take another romantic trip to this amazing place.

Cool concept but
I stayed in the winter and it seemed severely understaffed.
It felt like a low cost airline - buy a budget plane ticket and everything else was an add on.

The setting is beautiful right on the Hudson. We sat by a fire pit and it was just lovely. Our queen cabin was very small but well appointed. However... the heat in the cabin is very loud and goes off and on all night. The check in process was not great. The River Pavilion was not open Friday morning so there was no place to get coffee before breakfast was delivered to our cabin at 9.
4.0
The staff is clearly not be compensated or supported adequately to have pride in their job. The experience was cold and void of genuine hospitality. I consider this a top management and owner issue, so I do not fault the individuals representing on the property.
Note that it is arranged to cater to corporate retreats and weddings and less ideal for an individual traveler.
Be aware that images of cabin room type on Expedia are not the cabins issued.
Pro: The property is on a lovely stretch of the river.

Beautiful location and grounds. Excellent service. Cute and very functional cabin. Will definitely be returning. Only wish the saunas were open later.

Unique experience. Was wonderful, peaceful and fun!

It was my first time sleeping in a cabin so I was really excited! The location was easy to get to and staff explained everything for any easy transition. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning that was delivered in a bag with a coffee tin. Really felt comfy and outdoors without the sleeping bags.
