This cabin was amazing. The pictures listed do not do this home any justice. Everything was super clean and the house was very spacious. The electricity did go out, but turned on quickly. 20mins from camelback ski and snow board. Wawa, CVS and Walmart is very close as well. Very beautiful home, if you're reading this review, book this home; you will not regret it!

We greatly look forward to coming back! Property was great. Everybody had their own space and best of all, it was haunted!

Cozy home. Spacious enough for family and friends to cook and sleep comfortably . The furniture is lived in but definitely satisfactory for the weekend. Proximity to the lake perfect.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a home at Locust Lake for a Few years now and this solidified my choice to do just that . the house was perfect. Had a small mishap with the A/C but that was remedied quickly by the property owner . We had a group of 9 with a toddler and 2 infants and the house worked out just fine . Just two blocks to the beach , and a great deck and fire pit area. Plenty of wildlife walking through the yard , deer, turkeys and we had a Big Old Bear visit us two nights in a row !!!!

Quiet cabin cute neighborhood
We rented the cabin for a girls weekend. The property was nice and enough space for 9 woman. The only problem I found was there was no propane for the grill and when sitting by the fire, you could smell sewage from the sand mound in the yard. So if you plan on having a fire make sure that no one is flushing or using any water do you don’t get the smell. But other then that everything was great and had a fun time. Would rent again!!!!

Easter weekend
House was very clean and we were happy with the floor plan. Lighting in the kitchen/dining is way too dark, the kitchen itself isn’t the greatest, bed in primary was extremely uncomfortable, jacuzzi in en suite does not work.

So close to Nature
Our family enjoyed the cabin as well as the location. It was so great to wake up in the morming to see deers in back yard. Kitchen was fully stocked for all of us and house was spacious enough that all ages had their own space. Beds were comfortable and bathroom as well. Felt like an old property but good taken care of. Would definetly return in the summer.

Beautiful home but not well taken care of
The design of the home is gorgeous, but it doesn't appear to be well cared for. I'm not sure what has happened between the glowing December VRBO review and our stay, but so many things were completely overlooked in the home. The rental company did refund a portion of our payment (less than one nights cost if you include fees) and that is appreciated. That said, emailing about problems and finding help is not how I hope to spend my limited vacation time away from work and with my family.
I hope our experience improves the home for the next renters. When we arrived, 3 circuit breakers had flipped (the breaker box is in the locked garage so we couldn't fix it). This made electrical outlets in the kitchen and game room unworkable. It took a full day (Thursday into Friday) for the issue to be fixed. The game room does not have central heat and was ice cold as a result and couldn't be used except to house winter coats. This room is advertised as a place to sleep with a futon and it does have a futon; however, I wouldn't want to sleep in a room heated by space heaters as space heaters are generally not the safest way to heat a home. It's also beside the garage downstairs and doesn't appear to have central heat so it's naturally cold. The kitchen lacked the most basic supplies like a bottle opener, whisk, oven mit, clean frying pans, etc. The kitchen also has broken tiles. Half of the lightbulbs in the hanging living room lights were out and there were holes in the area rugs in the kitchen and dining area. Lastly, the check out instructions are missing details. We didn't know that we had to get a parking pass from the community. We didn't find this out until the folks doing thier jobs at the trash drop off area wouldn't take the trash without the permit displayed. The info book in the home says guests should drop off trash at the community trash area or pay extra fees (driving around with trash in your car is no fun either). There was no one in the community building by the entrance to obtain a permit from either (they have limited hours) so that piece got a little complicated. The last renters had also left trash bags immediately outside the home. We did not take the last renters trash out. Overall okay but a big let down.

Perfect ski getaway
This house was perfect! Two families. Six boys. Amenities were just what we needed. Plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company without being in each other’s space. Highly recommend it!!!

Beautiful and spacious cabin, great value
The cabin was very large, and beautifully decorated, with small touches (a lit Christmas tree, small decorations) that made it feel cozy and warm. The living room, with fireplace, is airy, with a huge sofa to relax, and a lovely loft. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils. The property was quiet, but is close to one of the lakes, with a beach. Overall, excellent value.
