The property was beautiful inside and out!! The views have to be the best in the area. The house is very well kept and clean. It had the perfect layout for our family with every bedroom having its own bathroom. We loved the ping pong table in the living room area too. Outside, the hot tub was great, there was plenty of furniture, and the landscaping was very well kept. There was a short walk to the beach with some stairs but it didn't bother us. We would definitely go back!!

Stunning views from this home and worth it if you take a lot of your own supplies. Because I have rented many homes and take lots of things with us, we enjoyed the home for 3 nights Labor Day Weekend 2024. I wish I would have brought a pizza cutter, a peeler and a cheese grater. Beware of their refrigerator and the freezer. Just as the book says, the freezer does not stay shut. Although the book says it won’t make ice, it easily bumps open leading to unfreezing of it contents. We lost a lot of meat and ice cream. Mostly because a lot of us were in the home leading to much use of the fridge. The beep was not easily caught as it’s not loud and we spent much of the days on the beach. I was super sad that the refrigerator’s bottom drawer froze my veggies. I ended up not having a salad and throwing out two heads of lettuce, spinach and cucumbers. I hope they replace the unit before you go. It saddens me to see such a beautiful home not very clean and bruised from being a rental. My husband got some cleaning supplies so I could wipe things down to my liking. Nothing more than a tiny bottle of dish soap could be found. The home did accommodate our family needs (8 adults and some little ones) for sleeping and bathroom spaces. I could sit and look at the view all day. Thankfully the homeless camps are below the steep drop from the fire pit area so you don’t see them much. pizza cutter, peeler and grated cheese.

We stayed over the Fourth of July! It was a great location for the fireworks display. Lovely views and easy access to the beach. House was clean and lovely. We were disappointed lack of outside furniture as pictures show outdoor coach but that was not the case. The coffee pot also did not work but others than that it was a lovely time

The home was very thoughtfully laid out and appointed. We had a couple of minor issues which a simple communication to the property manager resulted in repair within a couple of hours, on a Sunday. The view can’t be beat. We had storms and so were unable to take advantage of the fireplace but we will come back in the summer for that. This home is a great vacation getaway for large families.

We Loved our stay in this beautiful Lincoln City home! We've stayed in many homes in LC for over 2 decades and this home is something special. PROS: Pool/ping-pong table Layout of living spaces Fire pit Kitchen (so big!) Bedroom downstairs was perfect for one of our guests (no stairs) Clean!!! TV ... so BIG! Fireplace CONS: Bed downstairs reported as not great Water pressure low in downstairs bath All toilet seats would fall down while the men were using them WISH LIST: EV charger Water jug service of good water! This feature would be amazing! Towels for fire pit / wiping off chairs in the rain

The home was very clean, well-equipped and the views made the stay. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were great spaces to gather. We were not able to locate pool towels or the ping pong net-but those were very minor details. Would definitely recommend!

We chose this lovely house because of the view, hot tub, and ping pong table. The hot tub didn't work and we placed 3 calls for maintenance. No one called and no one followed up. When we asked for a partial discount for the non-operational hot tub we were declined. Location was perfect. Fireplace was nice.

We enjoyed every moment staying here! Gorgeous place, amazing view, and every detail very well thought out! (There was even dog treats there for the pup! ) Avril is very kind, pleasant, and accommodating. We felt very welcome and comfortable! We had a terrific vacation in this great house. There are four bedrooms with comfortable beds and the master bedroom has a tremendous view of the ocean and the inlet. The great room is spectacular with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. We loved sitting on the deck reading books or our iPads, walking down to the beach, and cooking in the right out of a magazine kitchen. The property manager found a portable crib for us when our grandchildren arrived. It was a wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was well stocked and the house was very clean. You have wonderful views of the ocean, with a beautiful deck out on the main level, and then one of the upstairs bedrooms has another deck, giving you another great view of the ocean. There is also a fire pit out back, great for s’mores and looking out at the water. Beach access was also very close as well. Overall we had a great stay, and would absolutely recommend.

The home was beautiful. We wished we had booked a few more nights. The house was immaculate, very well designed, great location, etc. The view of the sunset from the house was amazing. The full cookware in the kitchen was an added bonus! I highly recommend booking this house! Only thing is there is no beach access from the house, but still worth booking this place!

We rented this home with our 3 grown children, It was spacious enough for all. Beds are comfortable, 4 baths made it convenient and the home has a comfy feel and was extra clean. We now wish we had scheduled a third night and cooked in this fabulous kitchen. It was raining the weekend we rented so we were unable to enjoy the deck but the views are great.

A very modern and a very new home with some lovely upgrades. The kitchen had limited but clean new dishes, The stove, refrigerator, fireplace, huge deck are ultra cool. The bedrooms with the attached bathrooms are a luxury. The beach view is amazing. Suggestion would be to include a hot tub in this property to complete the stay.
