Fully equipped studio apartment, in the heart of Isla Verde. A favorite spot for the tourists. Near mayor hotels, clubs, casinos, La Placita en Santurce, restaurants. The apartment have direct access to the El Alambique beach, 24 hrs security. We have been traveling to PR for a few years and always stay in this area. This was by far the nicest unit that we have ever stayed in. The host had all the amenities that a family would need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be staying here for years to come.

The unit could use some updating (a coat of paint, a lamp by the bed and a comfortable sofa would add appeal), but it was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach from one end of the balcony and the view of the lively street scene from the other end. The parking is easy, the beach access is right at the edge of the property and there are restaurants and shops just across the street. We would definitely return to this rental!

I am writing to address issues regarding my recent stay in Puerto Rico. I rented a home on VRBO hoping to relax as I work full time as a nurse and my experience added to the stress I was feeling. I reached out to my host regarding several issues. I did not have internet access for 9 days, I was hoping to catch up on work and examinations I needed to complete, I was unable to do so. This was a huge reason why I selected a home with WIFI service.The host finally brought in a replacement modem because she claimed her old modem was the issue, she arrived in the early morning with no previous discussion. She never provided me with the username and password to utilize the new modem. I was without Wi-Fi the entirety of my stay.To make matters worse, the unit had no electricity for over 24 hours, and I woke up in the blistering heat. I was not offered an alternative stay or any accommodation such as a fan or portable A/C unit. I suffer from asthma, I had to leave the unit to stay with family that lived very far away from where I needed to be.I complained about a terrible smell coming from the sink, possibly a rotten food compactor.Even though the unit was neat and well decorated it still was not up to par for guests due to all the issues. I would like VRBO to investigate this matter as I would like a refund for my inconvenience. Thank you

The studio is little but perfect for a short stay. Little kitchen for preparing the basics. Having a washer/dryer was a big bonus. The communication with the owner was excellent. The building is close to everything. You can walk to get anything you need. Nice access to the beach from the back of the building. Clean pool. I'm going to keep this property on my list of preferred ones. Super recommendable!

The place is in a grest location close to restaurants abd a 24 hour CVS. The beach is just walking distance from the roon. We had a slight problem with the door code and was immediately given the right one by the owner. We experienced 2 power outages but realized it was a norm im Puerto Rico. The ownee worked with us really well.

Property was as listed. Unfortunately the outside chairs were mostly damaged before we got there so it left only two able to be used on balcony (we had a group of four) the futon is ok for one person to sleep but not two adults, you can feel the wooden bar in the middle, the main bed was firm and a spring mattress so just took a minute getting used to..the kitchen is too small for group of four if you plan on eating meals in. I knew exactly what we we’re getting and it suited us but it would not suit just anyone. We absolutely loved our stay, no car needed unless you want to venture out over to different areas

Communication was excellent. We were contacted directly after booking and again, about a week before our arrival. We were greeted at the gate by a woman named Noreida. She was super friendly and helpful with information about the activities in the surrounding areas. The apartment is small (bedroom/kitchen combo, bathroom, and patio) but exceptionally CLEAN. The room boasts a washing machine/dryer, WiFi, Tv, fridge, microwave, strong A/C , and a set of beach towels in the closet. Not too many amenities, however, it felt like home. The building’s security is on point! Key fobs provide access to the pool and beach areas. We felt very safe. Neighbors and people we met on the street were friendly and welcoming. Isla Verde beach is right in the building’s backyard. Breathtaking view and food trucks carrying empanadillas, pinchos, and piña coladas are spread out over the area. There’s a 24-hour CVS directly across the street, as well as a Burger King, and a place called 24 Hour Marketplace. They have an extensive menu/bar area on one side and more of a convenience store atmosphere on the other. Within walking distance is Foxwoods Casino which is gorgeous inside. A Chilis restaurant is across the street from there. We will definitely consider this rental for when we return. Our stay was excellent!

Location great, on beach and convenience store easy walks. Studio room small for the three of us, but that's on me, property description was accurate. Furnishings somewhat dated; bed good, futon and couch not so good. Bathroom and utility room very small but shower was good (no bathtub though). We made the room work. Biggest issue - insufficient directions and communications. No responses to messages for a while was unnerving! Better directions and info on local area would have been helpful.

Truly could not be in a better location! Walking distance from stores, restaurants and beaches. We loved our time here ! And the host was kind enough to give us a late checkout as well which we really appreciated :)

This property is conveniently located close to a good beach and was clean. The complex was gated and had decient size swimming pool. The owner was responsive to questions we had. Would recommend this property.

So to begin with the location was great you are within the busy area and everything is 10-15 mins away if you aren’t close. Gilbert was always available and even with our flight being moved he was very accommodating. His unit was clean and well maintained that made it easy for my wife and 1yo son to easily maneuver. There are plenty of food places nearby within walking distance and we found some pretty great places along the strip. Just want to say thank you again Gilbert for being a great host and I would highly recommend this unit.

The condo is located in Coral Beach Towers, which is an amazing property in the heart of Isla Verde. The property is beautifully maintained with lush plants, an amazing pool, and its directly on the beach. To enter the property you need to stop at the security booth first. There is a fob you need to use to leave through the gates on the property, and to get back in from the road or the beach. Directly across from the condo is a shopping center with a 24/7 Marketplace that we walked to a lot for coffees, water, snacks, breakfast, and alcohol. There is also a souvenir shop, ice cream, Burger King, and a nice restaurant for dinner, Entrevinos. We also walked to Alambique Beach Lounge for dinner one night. There is a new casino at El San Juan hotel, which was a 2 min. walk from the condo. Right on the beach where you enter from the property, is a food truck that sells kabobs, empanadas, and pina coladas. We ate from there every day! It was inexpensive, and delicious. The condo is a studio, with a queen sized bed, and a full sized futon, which was perfect for myself, my 6 year old son, and my husband. In my opinion, the condo is a sufficient size for a family with 2 small kids max. The balcony is very big, with a side ocean view, and actually where we spent most of our down time while we were at the condo. It was very convenient to have our own parking spot, b/c of the popularity of the area it would be a challenge to find a spot on the street.
