This house was a great place for our family reunion. The spacious kitchen and large table and living area allowed for memorable family meals. The kitchen was above and beyond equipped with all we needed. We were too busy hiking and golfing to take full advantage of the outdoor kitchen and games provided. Our adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be interested in staying here again when in Sedona.

Very nice house. Tucked away but close to everything. Felt very private. House is segmented so my little ones and I slept in one area, older son and wife slept out in the she-shed. Girls stayed in bunk beds and my parent's had the main room. 3 bathrooms came in handy with so many people.
Also the house is sound proof. I was only a couple feet away, but had no idea others were up and eating breakfast! Grill area was amazing.
Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Tiger5! The house fit two families (5 kids and 4 adults) perfectly. There was space for everyone to stretch out, plenty of games around the house to keep the kids entertained between hikes/outings, and just a short walk to food/groceries. The property owners are very easy to work with and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are clear with all the house instructions so you are not second guessing things. Airport Mesa was just a short drive or walk/hike and was convenient to watch the moon rise at night. We would gladly stay here again!

Everything from walking in the door until leaving was amazing. We came for a wedding and picked the place for location and family friendly feel. It meet every criteria we had plus more. We had other visit us and even complimented the place. I would recommend and large or extended family to stay at this home. The owners were prompt with amazing any silly questions I had and even checked in with us during the stay, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are VERY attentive to all questions prior to and during arrival. Love the location! Bonus of the extra bunkhouse is fantastic!

The most equipped kitchen that I ever saw! Good communication with the owner. Great walkable restaurants nearby. The decoration is eclectic but it’s OK! The hot tub was clean and welcome at the end of the days.

The house was clean and functional -just had to work around a broken hot tub and a fence being installed during our stay

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property. It is rustic but comfortable. Lots of good quality beds for a large group. We had six adults (three couples) and our five teenage kids. We were pleased the kids all had their own beds in different parts of the property. The house is in a great neighborhood that is quieter and less congested than the uptown area. it is a lovely area to walk around in at night and it’s close to many hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host were accessible, polite, and always quick to respond to emails or texts.

This was our families annual Thanksgiving get away. Six adults and six kids, and this property was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for sleeping, kids playing outside, close proximity to grocery stores, resturaunts and lots and lots of hiking trails. The property had lots of different games for inside and outside playing, plus a great outside kitchen/eating area, as well a great variety of inside kitchen appliances. Host was readily available and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Would deffinetely recommend for anybody looking to enjoy the Sedona area.

The house provided ample sleeping room for 4 children and 4 adults. We were disappointed with the condition of the tipi but loved the hot tub.

My husband and I drove up and spent a couple of nights for our 30th anniversary and our adult children and grandchildren came up for the weekend. The house was a perfect size for our family. The yard was a great size as well. The back patio was perfect for kid activities, cooking out, and playing games. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The space was comfortable and unique. The art is very cool. We had lots of fun! Thanks!!

Great stay for a large group! Excellent location, well stocked, good communication.

We stayed here with 4 kids ages 5-10 and 2 adults. There is plenty of room to spread out! Upon arrival there was a problem with the code entry door. The contact given for the property was quick to respond and we were able to get alternate access in within minutes. Rental was very well stocked with ample paper products and extra blankets/bedding. We very much appreciated having dish/laundry soap present so no need to worry about that kind of stuff after flying in. Everyone was comfortable in the accommodations and we did not even need to enter the guest house or bunk suite. The outdoor area is very large- however, the weather was chilly and rainy during our stay so we did not use any of it. The teepee depicted in the listing is no longer there which was a little disappointment to the kids expecting to play in that. Location was nice- close to groceries, restaurants and some shuttle pick up. We definitely were not aware of how much traffic backup is in the main Sedona shopping area and surrounding and we were glad to be a little out of that in West Sedona. Overall this house was great find for our family and would also be nice for multiple or large families to spread out.

The property had a range of rooms and activity areas for the whole family and the host was very responsive, helpful, and polite.

We had a family of 8 plus our dog children gather in Sedona for a long weekend. This house has plenty of beds and baths as well as lots of outdoor space. Great access to tons of hiking trails and town is nearby without all of the traffic. We had a great time and would recommend this place for a larger group that is looking for no frills comfort. It has everything we needed to cook and hangout with a good vibe.
4.8
The location was great and we had a nice time.
4.8
A great house for a group because of space inside and outside the house. Location could not be better for your Sedona trip! House was clean and everything inside and outside functioned. Host was pleasant and responded in a timely manner. No surprises here! House/neighborhood pet friendly which is hard to find sometimes. House made trip comfortable and indoor time enjoyable.

Great family vacation
Our extended family of 15 had a blast for four nights in this well furnished and perfectly located property in west Sedona. The kids played hide and seek, badminton, cornhole, etc. for hours in the extra large yard, as the adults sat in the shade of the oversized covered patio. With plenty of beds and linens, and a great AC unit, the nights were dark and pleasant (Sedona is designated a dark sky location). One of our families with a one year old loved the detached bedroom building for the privacy it offered to a crying and/or napping infant. The owner responded quickly and courteously to our questions, and really went the extra mile in mailing us a forgotten charging cord for our electric "unicycle". We will be back.

Friends and Family stayed at this house around 2/22/2022
Overall the house was larger than expected, which was really nice for our large group. With that said they claimed at the time of our booking that it could fit 18 people – they’ve since increased that number to 20 people (including a crib as a sleeping spot). For one casita, and a 3-bedroom house, this is a tight space for 18 people.
Solar Heater. The guest house bathroom did not have available water almost every time. After talking with the owners about this, they said it is a solar heater and claimed to have had that information posted, later blaming VRBO that that information was taken down. In truth, the owners just left this out of the description.
Hot tub. Every person using the hot tub were coughing from the steam – even after “gassing off” the tub – and two people endured blisters/ chemical burns, indicating that there were too many chemicals in it. The hot tub was mismanaged. I have pictures - and today I still have scars from those blisters/burns.
Camper. The owners did not make it clear that the trailer is OLD and does not fit full sized adults, but only children. In fact, they told me the trailer was an Rpod trailer and “new.” On top of this they didn’t include any pictures of the trailer at the time of our booking. I do have pictures of the outside and inside of trailer for proof.
This stay was for a wedding, and no-one in the party had time to deal with the owners and any repairs – so when Nancy came by unannounced, not stating exactly what she does (we thought she took care of linens and such), we didn’t tell her about the hot tub or other problems.
I offered a solution to the owners: acknowledge the hot tub was mismanaged and they didn’t post that the hot water was solar, and to refund us for the 3 people who had to book a hotel last minute because they couldn’t stay in the “new” trailer. We could have legally pursued them for the mismanaged hot tub, but instead cordially spoke with them about the matter – to which they denied and deflected almost everything.
Avoid this place.

Great stay in Sedona
Tiger 5 is in the perfect location, central to all hiking sites! House was eclectic and comfortable, with enough room for our 3 families of friends. We were able to cook inside the house and hang out on the chillier night and BBQ outside and hang out at the large table when it was a bit warmer. Billy was just a text away and was quick to respond to questions.
If we return to Sedona, we hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Good property in a convenient location!
We stayed as a family for a few days to explore Sedona. Very well located property in a quiet but easy to access neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of games and activities in the closet. Billy and Nancy made themselves readily available to help with anything we needed!

Relaxing home-away-from-home outside of the Valley!
Thank you so much to Tiger & Billy for hosting my family in your home! My husband and I brought our three kiddos to Sedona to beat the Phoenix heat and we made some precious memories! We went for short hikes in the morning, swimming at Grasshopper Point and Crescent Moon parks in the afternoon and ate at all of our favorite restaurant spots! The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and really made it easy for me to feed the kids and relax at home when we needed a break. The house was spotless and as it's a huge property we all had room to get away from each other at times to read and nap (super comfy beds)! Bonus points for Whole Foods being 1/2 a mile down the street! We will definitely book this home again for our next trip to Sedona! Lots of blessings, Tiger & Billy!
