Loved the convenient parking directly in front of the door. Incredibly clean. Responsive and helpful hosts. Home looks just like the pictures. Spacious. The kids loved the trampoline in the backyard - made it feel like home away from home.

We loved everything about Clarance house!!! Clarance house made our summer holiday an epic summer we will never forget. Beautifully decorated property with lots of widows, and lights. Hollie and her partner are amazing host, our check-in was easy and straight forward and they checked in on us a few times just to make sure everything was ok. The house was very clean, with clean towels, extra towels, kitchen towels, with well fitted kitchen. The property is about 10mins walk to Windsor town centre, Windsor castle, 4mins drive to Legoland Windsor, 20mins train ride to paddington from slough or Windsor and Eton train station or a 35mins drive to central london (Knightsbridge). There are many good restaurants in Windsor town centre, and a lovely shopping centre that includes many high street shops.
Nothing.

The property was fantastic, great size and extremely comfortable. I visited with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. The hosts were lovely - fantastic customer service and really helpful.. answered all questions promptly and felt like we were being looked after. Would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again..!!

Fantastic property, modern light & airy with a beautiful island kitchen dining area opening out onto a terrace & garden.
Spotlessly clean, the hosts are excellent & the cleaners were so lovely & friendly too.
Great location only a short walk into town & Legoland is just a few minutes drive away
There is nothing not to like

Our stay at Clarence House was amazing, the property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. If we did have any issues or questions the owners were always happy to help.
The pictures do not do this place justice it is definitely worth staying at and I will be going back in the future for sure. Thanks for the exceptional accommodation :)
Nothing to not like.

The kitchen open plan area was fabulous. Great family space.
Dan the manager had great customer service.

Spacious, immaculate, everything had been thought about and was provided. Big kitchen area with modern appliances and all very clean. Lovely bedrooms. Comfortable. 10 mins walk into town and to castle, to the river or parks. Loved being close to places to eat. We were a family visiting Windsor Castle for an event and this worked out cheaper than separate hotel rooms and much more comfortable for my older parents to relax in. Downstairs loo and bedroom worked for us.
It was all absolutely great. Only tiny comments such as why isn’t there a tea pot? 😊 and the kitchen/sitting area was a bit colder than the rest of the house.
Just not used to sleeping so close to flight path but there’s not much you can do about that if you need to be in Windsor!

plenty of space. nicely decorated :)
no blinds on the bi fold doors.

The house was perfect and very well equipped including a washer & tumble dryer. All kitchen applicants were amazing quality (kitchen aid) with a fitted coffee machine and coffee beans provided. As well as an ice maker - but we didn’t really get the hang of it!
Tonnes of glasses, serving boards, baking trays etc
Garden - a gorgeous, massive garden with a lovely decking area and plenty of room for the kids to play and explore. The outdoor dining furniture was perfect for our group.
Parking - room for 3 4x4s
Location - amazing spot, 10-15minutez walk into all corners of Windsor. We headed straight down the road for the start of the Changing of the Guard procession, took a shortcut around the river to the train station and was 10 minutes down the road from Legoland and Slough train station which we also used.
Would love to return
Beds - please note the configuration is 3 double/queen sized bedrooms and 2 single rooms. The final bed is a sofa bed in the living area but due to this being open plan leading into the kitchen this was not suitable as there were no blinds on the doors or velux windows and it was too bright in the mornings.

The lightness of the house and the level of decoration
Garden could be a maintained a bit better (grass needed cutting)

The property was beautiful and well maintained and apart from a long check in process (due to Covid regulations), the staff were accommodating and responsive.

The asethics
Booked this trip with a group of friends as a staycation due to all the changing quarantine rules so thought it best to stay in England. May as well have just gone abroad as we would have had a much better experience.
The property itself has a very nice interior with lovely furnishings but it is not that great and not well equipped (i feel) for a long stay. We only stayed for a weekend but there was not enough cutlery so had to buy plastic cutlery. Not enough spare bed covers/blankets/towels.
You’re not actually allowed to use the ceiling speakers as neighbours will complain.
Can’t open the windows in the kitchen roof but you’re also not allowed to open the garden doors after 10pm so prepare to feel stuffy.
They have added a lot of high tech equipment (oven/dishwasher/microwave) that is not that easy to use, with no directions so allocate extra time to figure the stuff out if you’re cooking.
kitchen lacked basic essentials. (e.g. the cutlery)
hot water does run out after about 3/4 showers, so be ready to wait for the boiler to be up and running again.
BEWARE: the property managers will not give you back your deposit… so make sure you pay with a credit card rather than by bank transfer (their preferred method of payment). Upon leaving we were accused of stealing an ASOS delivery (that never even arrived?? not sure why they were even sending deliveries there). Then we were told we couldn’t get our deposit back due to noise complaints (???????) then it later changed to the fact we damaged a bed?? (which we didn’t) and left the house in a “mess” (which we didn’t) even though we were assured before our stay that cleanerS (plural) would be in after us, so we need not worry. basically they were just full of excuses. a stay here is just not worth it at all, in terms of hassle and just overall cost. i feel it’s extremely overpriced, and each time i check the price just continues to rise.
I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Absolutely gorgeous house set in the perfect location.
The decor is gorgeous and we were all so comfortable.
The house is bright and airy and so clean! Every small detail was taken care of and both the adults and the kids had an excellent time. Walking distance to all activities in Windsor.
