This place was perfect for a week up at the lake, plenty of space inside and out with a great location on the lake and walking distance to downtown Meredith. We would certainly stay here again!

Great stay on the lake for our family.

Without writing a novel, the location was great, short walk to town. Had issues on arrival (Saturday), called, texted and emailed office, no response until Monday which was frustrating. when they did respond they were very accommodating. Cleanliness was not the best. Not filthy but looked like it never had a deep spring cleaning when the season started. Needed updated lawn furniture, plastic Adirondack chairs were cracked, one blew apart while being sat in. AC was only available in master bedroom and main living room, needed lots of fans for back bedrooms, lighting was also limited in back bedrooms until added floor lamps were dropped off. None of the issues were major, we would consider going back to the same location again depending.

The property was perfect for a family with grown children, their invited friends, and a grandfather. There were privacy within the home for everybody to feel comfortable. The deck was the highlight - reading books, relaxing, dinners, game night and watching the ‘kids’ fish. The location was another bonus - being able to walk for coffee, shopping, dinners was amazing. A very relaxing vacation with much quality time with our family.

Five of us all got together for the first time in 35 years. The house was perfect. We sat out on the deck looking at the lake while having our morning coffee. It was very quiet but close to restaurants and other activities.

Great place for kids and families
We loved 60 Shades of Water. The house was perfect for us - two families with 5 kids. Clean, newly renovated, and short walk to downtown Meredith. Lake Waukewan is a peaceful lake which is ideal for little kids and swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding and fishing off the dock (didn’t even need bait to reel in fish after fish).

Beautiful view and home
The house is beautiful and has everything you need from small appliances to closet space. The lakefront is calm and great for kids to swim, it is also great for kayaking and paddle boarding. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating and spot to take in the view and relax. The house was so clean and well organized it made having 7 of us stay super easy and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

The View
Beautiful house right on the lake with beautiful views. 7 adults not all couples and plenty of space for sleeping. Spent most time outside fishing and floating in the lake, nights were around the firepit. The house was so clean and kitchen was well stocked.
