Good value hotel

The hotel was clean and the frozen tv was a decent size. Located next to my job site.

Never again! I don't know where these reviews are coming from. - I got my room and settled in and found out there was no hot water. Pack up all my stuff, get to a new room; and there's low water pressure, but it's better than cold water. - The walls are so thin I can hear the lady having a conversation all night and the TVs through the wall. - Turn on the TV, and it freezes and lags on certain channels. They said maintenance would check it out, they never came. - I put my earbuds in and decide to iron my clothes, and the cheap iron is broken and leaking. I go to the front desk and get a new one and it doesn't work either. Plus it has burnt sticky black stuff burnt onto the iron. - I checked out and found out that I was double charged for the room and had to return to get that fixed. I already told my job they better find another hotel because I won't be dealing with this one ever again.

The staff is polite and the cleanliness was perfect.

Very clean property as well as clean rooms with a comfy bed. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Denver.

Great location and place to rest for travel weary workers

All your staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you for taking care of us!

Room was a little dirty and the closet rack fell off the wall. Not too nice.

Mooi hotel, service voor verbetering vatbaar

Grote mooie ruime kamer met mooie badkamer. Ligging hotel in rustige buurt tussen Denver en de de Rockies. Ligt vlakbij allerlei winkels/restaurant en het leuke Boulder.

Service medewerkers. 2x om schoonmaak gevraagd en ze zijn niet gekomen, terwijl we er 4 dagen verbleven. Ook Het ontbijt is niet altijd aanwezig/gevuld.

Adequate stay I an excellent location.

Poorly managed. One piece of sausage and left over eggs stacked to the bottom of the pan at 8:30 when breakfast ends at 9:30. Out of cups had to search thru cabinet to find supply. Only ate there once in our 3 day stay.

See above. Room service every 3 days. The hotel is adequate. They cut corners every way possible to give you an adequate stay.

all the plastic!! it is insane to pack plastik cups in addition in plastik bags. pls have real cups, plates and cutlery for breakfast.

Two night visit to the Broomfield/ Louisville area near Denver.

Everything about this hotel was top notch and at a great value. The king size room also had a sofa, large screen TV with Xfinity remote, fridge, microwave and comfortable bedding. The air conditioner worked really well and the breakfast was also good and well stocked with warm food.

Really like the property at the price provided. Will try to stay here again on the return trip.

Lovely stay with wonderful staff and accomodations!

Check in was very quick and easy. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. I do always appreciate Kleenex in our rooms when we travel, it's a nice touch and many properties don't do this anymore - thank you! The breakfast downstairs looked great even though we didn't use, and it was also a very nice to offer sunscreen samples at the front desk - most visitors to the area don't realize how strong the sun can be!

We really don't have anything negative. We came in for a large concert and surprised that the hotel was as quiet as it was. A very pleasant stay, and we will absolutely return next time we're in the area.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

It could be a little quieter. For example the connecting door between rooms has a bit of a gap beneath. It wasn't a problem except for one kind of loud family that was next door one or two nights.

The breakfast was okay the scrambled eggs was not that good I just hope they use fresh eggs tho. But it's okay. The location is perfect very close to everything.

An excellent hotel for rest and relaxation

The entire experience from booking online to checking out was fantastic.

There's one thing that wasn't up to the standards they established in every other category: eggs. The eggs were microwaved which made them look good but, in reality, were dry as you know what.
