I will never stay there again

The staff was very nice and very polite

I didn’t like the fact that there was gum on my bed, and the sheets were dirty on both of the beds

it was okay, but I paid way more than it was worth.

the beds were the most comfortable part of the trip

the pool and hot tub were being remodeled, but that was not described on their website, the highway was LOUD, the windows did not open, and the tv was very small for how large the room was

Fairly good location, very modern and clean. Gratis breakfast was IK yr not outstanding.,Would stay there again.

Don't return security deposit in a reasonable time...

It was clean in the room. Free breakfast is a plus.

Wasn't charged a security deposit the first 2 nights I stayed here, then 2 days later was charged $150 for a deposit which was not expected and had to borrow money from family to cover it. It has been a whole week since I checked out and still haven't gotten my deposit returned.

I'd book here again

The staff was friendly and so willing to work with our special needs during this medical trip. We ran late even in the world of late checkout and they remained fantastic! The bed was blissful!!!!

The pool and hot tub were closed without there being any indication of this on the booking website. I specifically booked with this hotel for it's location and those amenities in order to access my daughter if the need should've arisen during her medical procedure all the while being able to entertain her 3 year old son in the pool. Instead her was trapped in a car during the 2 days of medical care while we waited on his mom. There is small amounts of black mold growing in the bathroom.

was told they had pool but pool had not been working in years according to employees also was told there was a full breakfast and it ended up being a sack breakfast of a frozen sandwich so was disappointed

I searched specifically for a hotel with a heated pool as we were staying for 3 days. I specifically requested rooms with double queen beds. When I got there, they said pool was being refurbished and they had two rooms with King size beds only. Contemplated switching hotels but I had just driven 888miles and it was 1am so we just endured it. False advertisement completely.

The price through Booking.com

You get what you pay for. Not good impression when you see dirty carpet behind front desk then step into a dirty edge elevator. King room was cozy, good heat but needed bigger TV to fit room. Breakfast was well supplied and good options. Pool was closed but saw that in prior review. Overall if you just need an inexpensive room for the night it beats Motel 6.

extremely loud guests kept us up all night I called the front desk and they did not deal with the problem.

Superb

The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a baby in them. Also, the front staff was always very welcoming.

The breakfast was lacking just a little. Could use more selection.

The young lady that works the front counter was rude and when we where eating breakfast they shut down 5 min early and shut all the machines down for juice ,waffles and lights on us while.we where finishing up breakfast. Also slammed the door while we where still in there. Pool closed for renovations

I was surprised it had so many extras!? The kindness of there hearts modified reservation-Ive gott-

Everything worked,,had a warm shower,extra towels,extra pillows,ice machine worked,had mini fridge,& microwave,toilet. Flushed w/ no issues! Had a coffee maker,TV was small,but it worked greT! The room key worked for the 2days!

There is not anything I disliked ! EXCEPT NO POOL OR HOT TUB UNDER REPAIR:( And it's hard to cross the street!
