Very poor

Excellent location to fantasy island

On arrival the caravan was absolutely filthy. We took pictures of everything and sent it to the owner. As we wanted a refund and was going to head back home. The owner asked us to stay and clean and would refund us the full amount as he couldn’t deal with it due to personal reasons. I took my mum away as she was poorly and what should of been a relaxing break started with 4 hours cleaning. When we left we contacted the owner who decided not to refund us because a picture of an ashtray was on the table. As we would bring it in after smoking due to the rain been none stop for 3 days. We paid £450 to stay 3 days in a mucky caravan that had curtains hanging off in the room.

Proximity to all amenities.

Had to clean the kitchen, pots and cutlery also shower room toilet before use. Too many air fresheners. Uncomfortable sofa. Price.

Avoid at all cost-not worth £220 it cost

Nothing, absolute waste of £220

The caravan trying to be broken into and the door mot closing properly, the caravan being in a disgusting state. Vile white stuff coming up all the plug holes when using taps. Would have rather slept on the beach. Be warned Nathan also lied about no covers or pillow cases being taken-they took them but he told Booking.com that he had to pay £48 to get them cleaned (cheaper than that to buy new off market). Avoid staying here.

Very good host, always there for everything. Good spot, not even 5 minute walk to fantasy island, store for groceries, restaurants. 10 minute walk to beach. Bus Stop 5 mins away to go to skegness

We arrived we were happy and made the most of our few days

The location was excellent and was in the Centre so easy to go back to the caravan. Especially as I am poorly at the moment and get tired easily.

The beds were so uncomfortable but we got through alright. Their isn’t anymore I can say I disliked really. I do think the caravan could do with upgrading. The table and chairs and the settee but apart from that everything was good. So thank you to the owner.

Very good

The caravan had everything we needed and very close to everything so we didnt need to drive very much while there. The owner of the caravan was very responsive to all questions and also very helpful when we unfortunately had to leave a little early. My little ones very much enjoyed playing with all the kids in caravans close by when we were back and there was loads around the area to keep them happy too.

The fanasy island office opening hours were a bit tricky for us as we needed to leave early, the only place to find the office hours are on the door, nothing online and they have no letter box to drop off the keys but I can't see that being an issue for many people. The music from the bar at the beach can be heard until the early hours but its far enough away to sleep if you're not a light sleeper.

Had a fabulous stay. The caravan was lovely, nice and clean with plenty of room. The location was also perfect, right next to all the main attractions. Would definitely book there again!

Owner is a crook.

Site was very small, good location for what we wanted...

The caravan was not clean at all ... the wife had to clean up, empty fridge and freezer and wash all the pots. The owner was not helpful at all and after a week of asking him for my deposit back he tells me he's keeping it as he can't find a parking ticket which i know was left... Wye would anyone else want it... this is why I book holidays on booking.com so you don't have to deal with crooks like the owner of this caravan.... be warned.....

More comfortable, cleaner and better equipped than many expensive hotels!! A joy to stay at

From the moment we set foot in it, we were awe-struck by the spaciousness, cleanliness and modern comforts!!! Never did we expect such a fully equipped holiday home - gas central heating, fridge/freezer, modern cooker with double oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, large smart TV (has to be connected to your own internet through tethering), DVD player, endless sets of cutlery/crockery including lots of mugs and cups! The saddest thing was that while at home we consume vast amounts of coffee from a Tassimo machine, we were mentally prepared to drink instant for a few days.. Guess what we found on the kitchen worktop? A perfect Tassimo coffee machine - except we hadn't brought any pods! :( A clean and fully equipped bathroom was complemented by a second, en suite one, in the main bedroom! A carpark is available nearby and the owner had considerately left 2 Carpark Passes for us. All the attractions are a stone's throw away and so were the wonderful, traditional Fish & Chips shops, frying the freshest Grimsby cod! The owner, Nathan, was extremely helpful on the phone, making sure we found the place and settled in. Top marks! Although it is nearly 3 hours away from home, we will return - and if it is not in the summer, get a bargain too!!

We had a great break and would stay at Fantasy Lodge again.

When we arrived we did not have any check in details but contacted Nathan who was very helpful. The lodge was very clean and well equipped. It is in a great position very close to all the attractions.

Good holiday but needs to lower the price of it

I would say it is overpriced but it wasn’t that bad as it’s in the centre of everything and it was clean and tidy and the owner is nice.

Fantastic!

Nathan (owner) was spot on, couldn't fault him, always on the other end of the phone if you needed to know anything. Caravan was absolutely lovely and was close to everything. The market, rides, convenience store, takeaways and pubs. Highly recommend and would book again for another alittle break there.

Sunnymead holiday home from home

Location was great it’s right in the heart of ingoldmells Nathan was a great host I couldn’t fault his service 😁

No small windows to leave open at night. The property could do with potable fans. Advice to anyone staying please take your bed sheets as they wasn’t provided due to covid restrictions which I didn’t know about.

Perfect Caravan, location, everything

Absolutely amazing had the best time!!! the caravan was so clean and spacious and absolute mint location it’s only a couple of minute walk away from fantasy island and all pubs + the host was mint as well only a message away, thank you so much !!!!

Update the address on here so you don’t go to wrong caravan site lol
