A good place despite it wasn’t everything like the photos (the bathroom about all). However, it was a nice place to stay

The room was so confortable and big

The room and the bathroom weren’t like the photos. I was expecting another kind of bathroom. In addition, it was outside of the room, we have to cross all the flat to arrive to it and it wasn’t so confortable

Points to mention: - very quiet location - conditioner - fresh and clean room - fresh and clean extra towels, bed linens - good shared kitchen - cool terrace with view - near the city center and sea coast

Points to mention: - bad Wi-Fi connection in our room (#1), pretty sure it should be improved - not good smell in fridge but it was fixed later - need any kind of hanger for outerwear

pleasant stay

we enjoyed our stay here , it is slightly off the beaten track , you have to used a provided code to enter the hall and then another code to unlock the key box. the rooms are all upstairs, there is a useful shared kitchen area although you share the fridge with other guests. our room was just off the kitchen and was clean and tidy with 2 bedrooms . we partially liked the shared roof space with comfortable garden furniture

we were in room 4 and the smells of cooking the kitchen did linger in our room

Exceptional

Functional, complete, new, clean. Terrace with barbecue and beautiful views. Efficient and super friendly staff. Very good atmosphere with the other guests.

Not having been able to stay more days there! We loved it! We will be back! :)

Please don't advertise an airport shuttle and then agree an airport shuttle but then leave me at the airport with no shuttle and then not answer your phone.

Good for the money

Good choice for the money. It's really close to the centre and to the castle on foot. The roof terrace is really nice.

The mattress was terrible in the bed. We could barely sleep.

Very nice and cheap place near the main attractions

Great location, close to the main attractions and the beach (15 min walk). The owner was very helpful, she explained me how to access the building when I called and asked for details. The place is quiet, clean and well equipped. The terrace is very nice. Nearby there is a bus station and we took a bus to the airport (it goes every 20 mins and costs around 5€/person).

Disappointing

the apartment was quite run down, the bed was super soft so we rolled in the middle all night and got stuck there. the cleaning lady who also explained the check in was very nice.

as said, the furniture is really worn out - it is price but I’ve never seen a bed which was so worn out

Best place in Alicante for a getaway if you manage to get in

It was a great place to stay, really worth the money (38 EUR for a night). Jacuzzi was awesome with jet streams and bubbles, comfy bed and absolutely silent. Great location and great for a weekend getaway

Not sure what went wrong, but I was supposed to receive an entry code to get the key out of the box. Never got it. I arrived and tried to call the number listed here on booking (phone, whatsapp messenger, whatsapp call), no answer whatsoever. Girlfriend then guessed(!) the code (4 digits) to get the key out of the box. Completely unbelievable situation and a great story to tell in hindsight. But we would have been left stranded if not for this crazy coincidence and complete lack of caring by owner.

Economic choice to stay in Alicante

The bed was really comfy. There's everything you need in the accommodation, e.g. a hairdryer, an iron, a heater, all the kitchen appliances, including a washing machine. It's truly a home away from home. I'm planning to stay here again next time I'm in Alicante.

Super clean room and bathroom. the bed was very comfortable, big and fresh. The host was really friendly and helpful. The place not far from the center and everything you may need.In the walking distance.

Boiler not big enough to fill the jacuzzi up...

If you have a jacuzzi with a certain water capacity, please install a water boiler to match. Had to do roundtrips with the water kettle. Also, any noise from the street is very much hearable.

Couple's weekend.

Room size was good, the jacuzzi bath was fun. Although I was told there were no English TV channels, if you see a UK or USA program being dubbed over on a Spanish channels, press the tools button on remote, scroll down to language/idioma and switch to Original language.

Room could do with a wardrobe for clothes, was enough space for one, and a waste paper basket. Toilet seat was loose. A hair dryer would have been good. I didn't like sharing a kitchen but I did know about it before I booked. The road was narrow, single file and there was no parking in the area at all. We had to walk for ages from where we finally could park the car.

Disappointing

We could see Santa Barbara Castle from roof terrace. Location of the building was really good.

There was no dishes, cutlery. Some people came in to do their laundry and made it really uncomfortable. Advertise as an apartment but there is a dormitory.

Good place to stay either you are alone or a family

I love the cleaness, the quietness, the house is big and comfortable.

The stairs are little bit tighty, but that's isn't a big deal and there is no microwave in the kitchen

Shared apartment

We hadn’t realized that the apartment was shared accommodation. We had thought we had the accommodation fir ourselves. The picture shows a jacuzzi but there is no jacuzzi there

Exceptional

1st time in alicante location was great the host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was lovely and clean plenty of things available in the kitchen that we didn't need to use. We will definitely use again. Thank you

Parking was a challenge but nothing to do with the host.
