Enjoy a quiet, private suite in a peaceful neighborhood. Lovely views of Beluga Lake, mountains and glaciers. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen. There is a family room with a sofa, table and chairs, TV, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, sink and microwave. The sofa converts into a queen-size bed when needed. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Gracie's Homer House!

Ideally located just to the North of Beluga Lake for flightsee pontoon plane tour of Katami and its bears. Artfully decorated and clean. Gracie has equipped the unit with Keurig coffee, a microwave and available toaster oven, so one could eat independently, if you wish. Quick trip to the Homer Spit. The hosts were personal and great resources for local sights and services. We enjoyed visiting!

I highly recommend this location. The location was central in Homer, Alaska. The place was clean, easily accessible, very comfortable, and there were lots of amenities. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel!

We had a lovely stay in Homer. The unit was super clean and well kept. The owner went above and beyond with fresh fruit and bottled water waiting for us! There is no stove for cooking, but we ate out every meal - so it was no big deal at all.

Quiet, clean, lovely. Great views from the corner window. Unscented sheets & towels (I love that) and help to move luggage when we needed it! Very comfy beds, high shower heads (tall husband). We will come back - it is our go-to place in Homer now!

Gracie's place was amazing! The location was great. It was fully stocked and she had everything we needed. The view out of the kitchen is something we all dream of waking up to. We are so grateful for staying here and would definitely come back!

Gracie was such a wonderful host and her Homer House is truly exceptional. From the warm greeting when we arrived, to the welcome fruit bowl, to the cookie plate, to the impeccably kept house, everything was perfect during our weeklong stay in Homer. We had such an amazing time and being able to come home to Gracie's Homer House each evening made our stay perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the home had all the amenities we needed. Very spacious home for just the two of us and the location in town was perfect. We will definitely stay at Gracie's again when we return to Homer!

Located on a peaceful side street near town with a stunning view of Kachemak Bay and mountains, this property is perfect for a weekend getaway. The accommodations are so pleasant, spacious, freshly updated, sparkling clean with attention to so many details. The fresh bowl of fruit was a nice, welcomed treat. The living/dining area is comfortable, the kitchen area is more than adequate for small meals/snacks (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker), the bedrooms and bathroom are large and well appointed. The host/ess were welcoming and responsive to requests. I highly recommend this property in Homer; you will not be disappointed.

Just a quick trip down for a few days of fishing and some nightly relaxation at Gracie's helped us rest up for more fishing the next day. Wonderful unit, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's my second time staying there and I look forward to my next.

Gracie’s was everything you would expect from a high end VRBO. She provided everything you needed and beds were comfortable. Gracie welcomed us with a fresh fruit basket and conversation. She gave us directions on great food choices and things we should visit. The location was centrally located and easy to find. Our trip was too short and we will definitely be back. While the rental seems small for six adults; it worked out well and was comfortable. It was clean and stocked with plenty of bedding, towels, and other essentials. Grace and her husband were also very friendly and welcoming.

My family loved our stay at Grace's Homer House. The apartment was immaculate, and it feels more like you're staying at a friend's house than a vacation rental. We especially loved watching the sea planes take off from the front window! The location is great: it's a short drive to the spit and downtown. We were scheduled for a very early morning fishing trip, and were able to make it to the dock in less than 15 minutes. Bishop's Beach is also close as are the restaurants and galleries in town. Grace could not have been a better host. She's as nice a person as you could ever hope to meet, and she took obvious care to make sure that my family was comfortable and had everything we needed. We won't hesitate to stay with Grace again if we can find our way back to Homer.

Grace and her husband were fantastic! They were very easy to work with, accommodating, flexible, and lovely 😊. The apartment was spotless! We were able to check in early on our second trip back to their place, which was incredibly helpful, they had lovely snacks ready for the taking, and the location of the house has great for us. The king sized bed could do with a softer mattress topper, but the firmness of the mattress didn’t keep me from sleeping 😂. We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat!

Regrettably, my husband and I only had 1 night at Grace's Place while visiting Homer. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt like we'd entered a peaceful retreat that felt like home. The views were grand, and Grace has thought of absolutely everything that you might need during your stay, and her hospitality is unparalleled. We regret only staying for a single night! And on another random note, I found that Grace has not skimped on pillows or bedding. We've stayed at many marvelous places over the years, and even the best seem to skimp on the quality of pillows and bedding. You will not find that here. I cannot recommend staying at Grace's enough--the peace and quiet is very welcome, especially during an active vacation to Alaska!

This place worked out well for us. We had 3 adult couples and we all had enough room. The place was clean and was in a nice quite location. The only thing I would suggest is a curtain for the window in the kitchen area. Since its light all night long it would be helpful for the couple staying on the pull out bed.

This rental is so much more than just a rental. All the unexpected extra touches the owners did made our stay so much more than we hoped for. We even had a few great conversations with the owners and look forward to coming back when we are in the area. This private space with two generous sized and beautiful bedrooms did not disappoint! Plus a sitting room with flowers, fresh fruit, variety of coffee and tea with a view of Beluga Lake and game table were so perfect for our two couples to get away. The bathroom is adorable, the hosts very welcoming but offered us total privacy with separate entrance.. Beautiful linens, clean, clean. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Gracie's Homer House was clean & had a warm feeling to it (warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived)! We stayed 1 night (day before halibut trip) & it was perfect. Easy to find & she kept us well informed on any questions we had & how to find her place. We did not need an entire kitchen, the sink, small fridge, & microwave were perfect. I thought it was a very reasonable price & we will definitely be staying there again if it is not booked out!
