The property was in an ideal location and close to all of the attractions. Very spacious and with a wonderful pool/hot tub. Our family really enjoyed all of the amenities including restaurant and children’s playground.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It was about 20 minutes to the Disney parks. The house was clean and spacious, the pool was fantastic, and we loved having the ping pong table, shuffle board and air hockey. We were only there for a few days but with so much to keep them occupied they didn't even touch a screen the whole time, and we all spent quality time together. Definitely a win!

Property was very clean, just as it in the photos. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only thing we would change is if instructions on how to work the projector. We called for help and he couldn’t figure it out either. Still the trip was amazing and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great except the Internet in the house did not work at all, so we were not able to use the home theater or any of the TVs in the house, which was actually a major plus one looking for the house in order to watch any TVs we had to turn the hotspots on our cell phones. Very disappointing. Other than that the house was great, and everything was as expected.

House and area is fantastic. Great for families. Clean. The only reason I can not give it 5 stars is there were chronic issues with internet. I was not able to handle business from there for at least 4 of the 6 days we were there. Management always responded quickly, but the house obviously has ongoing issues. If you need to work at all while on vacation or if internet is important to you, pick another spot.

Our kids loved the themed bedroom, game room and pool. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the small water park and community pool. The on-site restaurant had good food. Property is close to Disney parks, universal and sea world. Perfect for a fun vacation.

Overall the house was great! 20-25min from Disney and about 35-40 from Universal. Walmart and lots of food options close by! Only downside was a little street noise and the light prior to the house merged into one lane which takes longer if you hit it during peak! Typical VRBO with the minimal toilet paper and kitchen stuff to start so be sure to pack yourself if you prefer. Otherwise the house was great and the family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room.

The good: Beautiful house and great location. Game room is neat. Kids loved their bedroom and the pool is nice. Kitchen had all the basics in terms of utensils//cookware.
The okay: When we got to the property their were some dust bunnies/hair in a few spots on the floor and a bed frame was severely broken. Henry the maintenance guy was awesome and fixed it and the door handle that broke from a gentle pull. Every single door hinge needs greased(so loud), the pool light was out, and they give you only 2 oz of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and exactly one laundry pod. So make sure to bring your own because the local stores are sold out of some of these. The game room has a lot of wear and tear already. The water park closes very early Sun-Thurs at 6 pm.

What a great spot to go with family. The galactic kids room is so fun. The pool was great. And the included water park passes were a huge perk. My only complaint is the wifi (spotty).

The house was great. More than enough room for the six of us. Ideal location to Disney. No barbecue grill when we arrived. One needed to be delivered. At one point the pool heater stopped working and needed to be restarted remotely. Other than that, all was as expected. Would rent again.

Great Home but there were a couple issues
This home is great we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful home. The road getting to the home is crazy slow which isn't a deal breaker but it is really backed up. The internet and TV didn't work at all which I now see on other reviews. The floors could have been cleaner as our socks and feet showed the dirt.

Our children loved the theatre room and their Star Wars themed room, and they had a blast going down the slides. We also enjoyed the resort amenities and loved the waterpark. On one of the days at the resort waterpark the activity staff had someone from Gatorland come and do a wildlife education session poolside, which was very interesting and exciting for all the kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would rent this home again in the future.

Not a bad visit. The wifi lasted one day and by Thursday it was out again. Phoned multiple times on the first day about missing items. They were tended to on day two of vacation. Was told housekeeping was coming out to clean up but in all honesty when we got back that afternoon could not see anywhere where cleaning was done. And the food and garbage at the end of the driveway with silverware was never cleaned up as promised. Which was disgusting. Maybe in managersbacyualky come out to the home when there are many issues to make sure they are tended to it would get things done when promised. I gave up calling as this was a vacation and I just wanted to relax.

Perfect spot!
This house was the perfect place for our vacation. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied - no need to even leave the resort! It was a great bonus to have access to the waterpark at the resort.
Any issues that arose in the house were resolved quickly by the friendly Jeeves staff.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!
Our family of 5 couldn't have been happier with this property. With the pool, game room, theater room and video game consoles the kids never run out of things to do. There is so much space to spread out and relax when not visiting the parks. The home is in a great location, making it a short drive to the parks. Highly recommend the Sunset Walk area for nights out for dinner, just a short 10 minute drive. Again, the property is exactly like it looks in the pictures...perfect. We will be back!
