OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
*Keep in mind that it’s a home, it’s beautiful and cozy, but it’s a home and not a hotel, so if your neurotic and going for the Ritz Carlton feel, please book at the Ritz instead.
*No more than 2 cars please, and park directly in the driveway, be sure your not parked in front of any neighbor, they get upset
*for bookings longer than a week, there is a mandatory cleaning in the middle of your stay, at the cost of $225
*Ask about our pet policy. We have been known to allow pups, but for a fee of $70 per pup per day.
*We also charge an extra $100 on top of the cleaning fee when you bring pets because cleaning every inch of the house after pets is very detailed, but also most important for people who are allergic and it takes hours.
*You also must pick up your pet waste, or housekeeping charges us an extra $50 to do that no matter how much or little it is, and we relay that onto you
*Addition $75 on top of the cleaning fee if your bringing anyone age 12 or younger because they touch absolutely everything and housekeeping spends unnecessary time cleaning after them as well.
We know these costs add up, but so do the hours it takes to reset the location after pets and kids🙂
*there will be a charge of $75 per guest who visits if they are not included in the reservation, even if they do not sleep
The bbq is $50 for the stay. I'll be asking if you want access

Ratings and reviews
4.0 / 5.0
This property met our needs for a comfortable spot to stay while we needed to be out of our home for a week. It is an older home that has been given a nice cosmetic update. The owner and her manager were absolutely lovely and very helpful. There are a few details that could improve the experience: the light over the dining table doesn’t illuminate, for example. However, it was a very pleasant stay.

The Pros and Cons
Pros: very clean, good location for us, coffee available immediately. Cons: bedding washed in a strongly-scented detergent that caused allergy problems, no wash clothes, needs more seating in the living room, no remotes for the bedroom TV's, asked to take the garbage cans to the curb (garbage from last renters), no information about local carry-out places or good spots to eat (this has always been provided to us).
