Very good location from the airport. 11 pound taxi ride. Quiet street. Complimentary light bites.
Easily accessible from the airport, 20 minute walk to the city centre. Very simple check in process.
Decor in rooms slightly outdated but overall a wonderful stay.

Highly recommended
The ambiance of every room including the washrooms were amazing. We loved that every room had a well thought out theme, hats off to the interior decorator (my favorite part of the house is the second floor sink). The pantry was fully stocked with a variety of fruits and breakfast items to pick. The owner of the property was kind and very helpful. The house is also well located, 5 - 10 minutes away from the city center by bus. The rooms are exactly like the photos on the advert. You can stay over and spend a whole day in the house itself and enjoy the interiors for a game night or celebration. Definitely one of our favorite bnb's so far.

Excellent stay in East Belfast
The host, Tom, met us at the property and he was both informative and very friendly. We had a lovely room on the top floor. WiFi was included and was super fast. The kitchen had free tea/coffee, bread, cheese, ham, and orange juice. Highly recommend this guesthouse 👍🏻
The location is a little far, and it’s quite a stretch on foot, about 25 minutes to Cathedral Quarter

It was the worst out of 10 places we stayed in while in Scotland and Ireland.
Nothing
No one ever spoke to us in person. It was like a scavenger hunt figuring out how to get in then how to find the room key. We way did not like having the bathroom down the hall then down stairs to get to it. The place did not feel "cozy." It felt creepy and dark.

Exceptional
Really clean, organized and classic historic house. The owner was sweet as well. They had physical copies available suggesting places and giving a summary of the house functions as well
You'd need a car to drive from city centre, but has lot of good places for groceries etc for 10 min walk. So everything pretty much was good.

Very good
Location only 10 min walk from St George's Market (recommend for lunch stop and treats) and only 30 walk to Titanic. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Kitchen albeit shared was large and well stocked. Breakfast supplies were much appreciated. Nice place to relax away from bustle of downtown Belgsst.
