The front desk clerk who was “working” while we were checking in and out was ridiculous. I had to call the hotel from the lobby to make the phone ring to get someone’s attention so I could check out of my hotel and meet my Uber on time. He came out of some back office either having just woke up or smoking or something. Pathetic

They are conveniently located off I75. Personnel were friendly. Nice rooms. Especially like that bathroom was private and had a shower instead of tub. Restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was ok, no caffe/ water in lobby for a Hilton. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants.
Complementary caffe / tea/ water in lobby.

Good location
The people above us were very loud and you could hear the kids running all night long. Didn’t get much rest due to this. Also, breakfast bar layout was too crowded. Need to put the oatmeal in the middle because it’s less favorable. Put the eggs and sausage on one hand, and the waffle display on the other. Too crowded all around the eggs and waffle area.

Clean spacious rooms
The placement of families with small children above other guests is disruptive to sleep. The running of their little feet at 6 am was not cool. It happened multiple nights. We let the staff know the first night it happened and we were assured those guests had checked out. However we got one decent nights sleep and the next night the next family above us was loud. I left a note in the suggestion box, since we were not asked at checkout about our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend families with kids be put on the second floor, since there aren’t guests sleeping on the first floor. Or strategically place these families over rooms with no existing guests.

Breakfast was great !
Should maybe have tv guide and plastic cups for brushing teeth

The rooms were spacious, the customer service was amazing, Melissa and Mandi were so respectful and helpful, and the FREE breakfast was exceptional. We will be looking for these suites in other states we travel to.
I believe Hilton is a huge corporation and possibly could give back to the customer by setting a buy 3 get one overnight stay free policy, for the customers to have an A+ experience and Hilton to get an A+ review.

Very clean and smelled nice.
Eggs and breakfast meats were lacking. Everything else was plentiful and very good.

Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! Night staff when I check in on my birthday were so nice and they were super helpful at putting me in a room close to the exit and elevator for my pet. Macey the front desk young lady was amazing. Perry the night front desk person who relieved Macey was also great. I will be staying here again when I go on the bourbon trail this summer. Thank you for taking care of my pup, myself and my daughter for our brief stop before traveling the rest of the way to Tennesse.
I feel the morning girls were not as friendly as Macey and Perry but they were ok

As a hotel for travelling workers this meets their needs. I am a Marriot Titanium Elite and have stayed at Residence Inn type hotels.
Breakfast was moderate. The items were not replenished.

Overall the breakfast was good. The lady working was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing we didn’t like was the noise. The walls were very thin and you could hear all the noise in the next room and the hallway. The person in the room next to us phone was ringing and I thought it was my husband’s.
