Stay was good. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Housekeeping services did an excellent job.

The mattress on the pull out couch did not even cover the Springs on the couch.

Definitely a very nice place. Very convenient and a nice location in the better part of Lexington

The room was very spacious. Had a small kitchen and the king size bed was private from the living area.

The double king suite was like our own apartment and it was so great with our kiddos!

It was in a very convenient location and had lots of amenities we were able to utilize on our stay, like the laundry, fitness room, pool and free breakfast. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best!

I liked everything about the property.

Noise from upstairs and in the hallway until at least 2 AM. Couldn’t open the bedroom door and have the bathroom door closed at the same time as they kept hitting each other.

Staybridge in Lexington

The part I liked the most about this facility was that it was CLEAN! The price was appropriate and the location made me feel safe.

The thing I didn't like was the amount of handicap accessibility. The parking lot has very few. However, this would be something that needed to be fix with budgeting and planning time.

Arrive at checkin time to get room you paid for or you get leftovers.

I arrived at hotel late (shortly after midnight). I checked in, went to room & quickly saw it wasn't what I booked and paid for online. I went back to the desk & she told me I was given a "leftover room." I booked a room with 2 beds for me and my teenage son. We were given a room with a double bed & sleeper sofa. My son unfolded the sofa and tried to sleep on it, but the mattress was terrible so he folded it up and slept on the sofa for 2 nights. There wasn't any discount or any attempt to make the stay any more comfortable for us. Definitely our last stay at this hotel.

The location of the property was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I wish it had a hot tub with the swimming pool. The water in the shower didn’t stay hot for long before becoming lukewarm.

overall, our stay was very pleasant. Definitely would stay there again.

Indoor swimming pool. The hotel was clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options.

Limited parking. We had a room on the backside of the hotel. There was a community fire pit, People were a little loud into the night.

Will never stay with that hotel chain again

Not much! Definitely not worth the $$$$ I paid!

Breakfast awful- they served black bananas. Never refreshed the egg container. Juice watered down Sheets extremely worn out so bad they covered halfway with a top sheet. Toilet seat broken. I would have gone to a different hotel if it had not been late and we were tired from long drive

It was easy to get to and the people where very kind and very clean.

The room was miserably hot and asked at the desk to put us in another room or fix the problem and acted like there wasn’t a problem and then the third day ask to be removed to a new room, because the thermostat was reading 80° they told us that there was no room available at that point we had made the decision to leave when they found a room on the second floor and it was so much cooler. And one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had the swimming pool, but the swimming pool was closed the whole time we were there which was what three little girls that that’s what their excitement is was the swimming pool? It was very disappointing. One more thing there was no ice machine that we could get ice even though the frig had ice machines it be a while before we could get ice. Between the heat and not being able to use the swimming pool it was a very uncomfortable weekend and that was our only vacation for the year.

Great Stay. Would definitely stay again. Price was right for us.

We needed a large room for 3 adults and 3 kids. We brought our own cot. The staff was very accomodating and never questioned us. I offered to pay extra for the complimetary breakfast but they said that was no problem. We especially liked the "happy hour" snack time, and the woman running the event was kind and interested in what we were doing there. We visited the Ark Experience in Willimstown and had a good conversation with her about it. The pool was clean and our kids loved it.

Alot of noise above my room (kids running at all hours). Key card was not available - it was broken so there was no key to the room. Staff had to open the door each time to enter. Credit card was left for incidentals but not used. Hoping they remove the $50 hold.

Very clean rooms and facilities, staff was courteous

I was out by 10am the first day, and I guess I missed housekeeping, no big deal, but when you get away from home it nice to have someone else to make the bed
