Enter this spacious unit and immediately notice the view of the beautiful Gulf. View the beach from the full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors or on the large 40 foot tiled balcony. This beautiful 2000 square foot condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This unit has a 46 inch LCD TV and DVD in the Living Room. A TV is also in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops with double sink vanities in master and second bathrooms. A covered parking spot is provided and is just steps away from the elevator.

Avoid the crowds and enjoy Oceania's location in the heart of Destin. Oceania is a privately gated property. Relax on the large private beach and enjoy the sugar white sand!! Your rental includes one beach set up with two chairs and an umbrella (from March 1 through Thanksgiving weekend only). You can order extra set ups, directly through the chair company for for an additional fee, in advance if you wish.

Beautiful condo, well stocked, spacious, quiet- great place for a girls getaway. The huge balcony was just wonderful- it’s where we spent most of our time since the weather was not so perfect!

What a wonderful time we had staying at this beautiful condo. It was centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment close by. It was well stocked as mentioned in the description. There was never a wait for the elevators and the view from the deck was stunning. It was so. Ice to have the beach chairs provided for you and that service was so great. I liked the fact that the facility was gated and beautifully kept. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a memorable week.

This property has all the elements we were looking for in an oceanfront condo. The patio overlooking the ocean provided a comfortable place to relax and we even saw dolphins from there one morning. The location was close to lots of activities and restaurants in Destin but also provided the feeling of privacy on the beach and surrounding areas. We would definitely come back!

Our family fell in love with this beautiful condo as well as the beautiful beach. The condo was immaculate with enough room for all 5 us. The kitchen is excellent. It’s such a relaxing spacious condo. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, the property manager is amazing and the restaurant recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed all from the list that we tried. It couldn’t have been more perfect…..we will be back.

The condo was amazing! clean, spacious and was decorated beautifully. It had everything you needed including the extremely well stocked kitchen. Sitting on the patio was fantastic- what a view! location was great- if you wanted to walk a bit their are restaurants within just a couple of miles- or just a quick uber away. we golfed, did a fishing excursion with got 2 go fishing, played putt putt and go carts! Pool was clean and warm. The building itself was also clean and well taken care of. We hit the gym a couple of times and they have very nice equipment and a nice selection of free weights. If you like to walk the beach you will love this location- you can walk for miles on the beautiful white sand. Temps were perfect for us in the high 60's & low 70's. I would highly recommend this unit- it is a real gem! when we reached out to the host she was speedy with response and even gave us some recommendations on things we wanted to do while there. We are 100% going back again. Thank you for a great get away!

My family had a great time in 203! Our view was excellent and the apartment was very spacious. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. It was also very kid friendly which comes in handy with a 20 month old baby. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding, very nice bathrooms, and very nice kitchen. I have only one small negative comment about the broken microwave and it really wasn’t a problem. Also, very good communication with all parties.

This is our 3rd year staying at Oceania, but our first year at this specific condo. We absolutely loved it. So very clean and roomy. Very beautiful views from the very large balcony. The weather was not the best during our stay but just spending time together as a family was priceless. Definitely recommend staying here and we will most certainly be back again. Communication was very prompt, staff was so nice. All good things to say! Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable.

This was our second stay at Ocenia. The property is perfect for my family. Three full bedrooms and bathrooms work great for us and our adult children. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The walk to the beach is short and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!!!

We were lucked into this beautiful condo when our usual place on Holiday Isle lost a/c. It is even prettier in person than in the photos…floor to ceiling beach view in living area and main bedroom is stunning. Very comfortable and generously stocked, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Easy beach access and nice pool area. Reservation and communication straightforward and prompt. Would certainly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time!!! The condo was beautiful, the location is amazing, the views are extraordinary. We had everything we needed. We had zero problems. It’s a very short trip to the beach, as well as stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful beachside unit on Emerald Coast. Plenty of room for our party of six. Large balcony overlooking ocean was impressive and a favorite hangout for all of us. Good location just a half hour from Ft. Walton Beach Airport with nearby access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Traffic was heavy as expected during summer months. We got lots of family photos and made many great memories. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I spent a week with our daughter and 2 mid-teen granddaughters, and everyone was happy with the stay. The property was what we expected based on the VRBO description, no unpleasant surprises. We were all very comfortable whether inside, on the balcony, or at the beach. The included beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated and utilized. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of flatware, dishes, etc, much more than I expected. Appreciated the instruction card for the TV remote (think we only used the TV in the living area). I communicated with the owners twice with questions and received prompt responses both times. The owners provided clear information ahead of our arrival. We were very happy with the location of the Oceania, liked the orientation and proximity of the building to the beach. The beach seemed well-utilized by people from the Oceania but it didn't seem crowded, like some of the places further down the beach. Overall, happy with our choice to stay at this property.

My friends and I do an ever other year trip. We chose Destin for this years vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean. We spent mornings and evenings on the porch chatting ,laughing ,playing cards , watching the ocean. We saw dolphins many mornings. It was a quiet and peaceful trip. The pool was great.

The property is in a great location! Upon arrival we were surprised how clean it was! Beds are soo comfortable! The large balcony and the view was the best! Loved how every bedroom had its own bath! Location was close to everything we needed but far enough away that no traffic was heard! We loved staying here!

The condo is spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults. Very clean and everything we needed was available. View of the beach was good. Access to the beach was a 2 minute walk. Property Manager is awesome!! We would definitely stay again!!

The property was all clean an decorated beautifully. Everything has been maintained perfectly-the pool, the grounds, even the parking garage. It gave us all a feeling of security. Our patio was large and our view of the beach and the ocean could not have been better. We will be going back for sure.

This was one of my favorite places that I’ve stayed in Destin with an unbeatable view.The large balcony and living space made it a great condo for rest and relaxation. I will definitely return to this place. My only suggestion is the condo could use a good deep clean and dusting but for the most part it was pretty clean. Thank you for giving our family a great place to spend our Easter. Also, when we had any questions, the owner answered them immediately via VRBO. She was very kind and helpful.

My family stayed here for spring break with my four children ages 11-18. The condo is beautiful. The pool was very warm and you are steps from the beach. Highly recommend. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely be back.
