The location of this home is great in a quiet neighborhood. Very spacious with two large living areas and nice kitchen. Plenty of room for a large family or group. The only negative is the front and back yard. Just needs some attention.

Stayed for a friends wedding and was able to make the wedding cake in the spacious kitchen and the house had plenty of room for everyone.

I traveled here with my mother and three small children to visit family nearby. We were very thankful to have a comfortable place to which we could retire and where the kids could nap as usual. The property was clean and simple, which suited our needs. We appreciated the jacuzzi style tub in the upstairs bathroom, as well as the convenience of a master suite. We had no occasion to make use of the hot tub.
Our only concern was that of the front door; the handle was difficult to latch properly as the plate in the doorframe was loose. Vacasa replied promptly to my message about the concern, and I have confidence it will be addressed promptly.

So many good things, and a few mediocre things!! First off you’re in the woods/ mountains so the temperature is great and cool. (Luckily since there’s no ac) hot tub was nice and fit 3 people comfortably. (Could’ve been a little cleaner) house was very spacious and has a huge fridge! Lots of couches and places to relax. We had deer in our front yard one day and there was a bear a few houses away sleeping on a neighbors yard. ( completely safe. Not near the house or the street.) biggest issue we had was the front door lock ( we ended up just leaving the back door unlocked) the code is super long (11 digits) and part of our stay the keypad stopped responding. ( they sent someone out and it was fixed within 2 hours and worked the next time we used it, but then stopped again the time after) overall it was a great value and not too far away from Colorado Springs

This is a great property. The space was perfect for a family of four to host thanksgiving with room to spare! Fairly stocked kitchen which made cooking easy and the Hottub was lovely. I can’t recommend this space enough.
Definitely an older home but well kept. A few reviews said towels were limited but we didn’t find that to be an issue. A few more blankets in the winter would be beneficial but otherwise a perfect stay!

We loved it here! House was nice, spacious, and clean! Perfect for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and be on our way to go adventure. Backyard was perfect so my fur baby could go outside and play. The hot tub was a little dirty and a/c wasn’t great, but all you had to do was open the windows because it was cool outside in the morning and evening. We overall loved it and would recommend.

My partner and I rented this place specifically for the hot tub and convenient location in Woodland Park, Co. The home was fully furnished and came with adequate supplies such as dish detergent, soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. The ice maker was full and functioned well, as well as all the appliances. They have a towel rack right next to the door for the hot tub, which was super convenient. The hot tub could use a cleaning though. Water had floaties and slimy foam... Nothing crazy though. Worth using, just shower after-- it was not bad enough to cause any concern.
My only issue with the whole process was that this is a completely smoke free property. I was looking forward to smoking a cigar on the back patio but the policy is so strict that I was unable to do so. For cigarette smokers, you will need to physically drive to another location to smoke. Very inconvenient. The property owner should at the very least allow smoking in a designated safe spot, even if that's the driveway. Otherwise a great stay!!

Our stay overall was fairly nice at this vrbo. We did have a problem with the grass being well over 15 inches and a few cleaning problems. The property management did talk with us about the issues we had and corrected it hopefully for the next guest. It's a nice cabin house in one of the best places in town. We loved the deer that camped out in the front yard and the hot tub is a nice feature to use uear round. They are very well prepared for guest to cook and the house has an extremely comfortable feeling to it over all.

The open layout, the hot tub, enclosed backyard, and a lot of space. Great location.

What I loved about this home was that it was only 7 minutes from the conference I was attending. Was in a quiet neighborhood. And had a deer that came and visited us.
This home has a lot of potential but is in need of repairs and a very deep cleaning.

The house was very well equipped with everything needed for a family friendly winter vacation. The place is around 2 hours from Breckenridge where one can do all sorts of winter activities. Will definitely come back again.

Nice spot for families to explore woodland park from...cool backyard for running the kids around and close to the Main Street for shops and parks and coffee etc.
Home was a little dated, but comfortable. Few minor issues...one of the toilets wasn’t functional and the tub didn’t have a stopper so...that was tough with two toddlers but we made it work :) otherwise a great experience...

The toilet in main part needed repairs, the shower is basement leaked all over, the AC didn't work, the house smelled like pets, the comforters were for winter not summer, the dryer vent was not hooked up, there were no blowdryers in any of the bathroomsand the yard needed serious repair and replacement of furniture

Great location, all kitchen essentials, coffee maker a plus, pretty spacious, great parking. Upstairs toilet wasn’t working, hot tub water was cloudy. Overall we enjoy our stay kinda bummer not having a clean hot tub to enjoy.

It was overall a great experience here. Just know that it's located at a decently high elevation and if you're coming from sea level it takes some time to get acclimated to the air.
We found all amenities here to be great, the wifi worked, and the backyard with the hot tub was nice.
It's also a short drive to Garden of the God, Pikes Peak, and Cañon City for local activities.

If you are traveling with dogs this is a good property in the area as it has a fenced backyard. Be warned, however, while we were there the grass was really overgrown to the point that at times we could not see our dogs. I would assume this is not always and issue and we just got unlucky.
The layout worked well for our family with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, but note that there are quite a bit of repairs that need to be made in order for me to give this any more than 3 stars.

Avoid this house, blinds and ceiling fan were dusty, the internet never worked and when we tried to get help no one responded for days. The hot tub was dirty, and the master bedroom and dog hair all over the covers, pillow, mattress cover, and blankets. When we sent a concerning email about the lack of cleanliness, expecially during coronavirus, no one cared
