Karliza was extremely friendly and helpful. She arranged our ferry transportation to and from the island. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with a great view of the volcano from your front porch. The swimming pool was very clean and even included a diving platform. Our kids loved it! The hotel offers a good breakfast and effective air conditioning (if a bit noisy). The bathroom appeared brand new and would be perfect if it had hot water. Our room had a nice flat TV, but few free channels. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Staff was excellent! Food and coffee in the restaurant was great. The grounds were immaculate, a beautiful foreground for the absolutely stunning view of the volcano available from each and every room.
We liked everything, absolutely no complaints!

As other comments say it feels like it is still under construction, it is currently far from being a hotel but it definitely has lots of potential. There are just a few rooms, a bar area and a pool. The staff were very friendly despite not speaking English and our poor Spanish. The rooms are a good size and very clean, there was only a rail for clothes no storage space.
It is a strange atmosphere, more like staying in apartments than a hotel. There is no reception so we arrived at an empty bar area and waited. As others have mentioned no loungers or chairs by the pool. It is quite far from most things so you definitely need a scooter or atv.

The staff was super friendly I felt very welcomed. The breakfast was great they make it fresh. Amazing view of the volcano. The rooms were clean nice comfortable hammock. Will definitely be back when I take a trip to ometepe.
I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay here.

The food was amazing, the room was beautiful and the location was perfect. The two ladies who run the hotel were very very nice. Whenever you want food they will make it for you. One day during our stay we had scheduled a volcano hike for 6:15AM and even though the kitchen wasn’t supposed to open until 7:30AM they got up and made us our complimentary breakfast and had it ready before our guide picked us up!
They noticed we had a lot of dirty clothes and did our laundry for us (washed, dried, folded, and organized all of it) and we didn’t even ask. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and next time I come back to Ometepe Island I will definitely be staying here again. 100/10 stars!

Beautiful green and natural property. Great views of the volcano. The staff was so nice and helpful.

Fantastic staff. Incredible view. Excellent on site restaurant. Free breakfast was good as well. Clean and well maintained property.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Shower was cold water only. I understand in Nicaragua hot water is rare but just a little bit warm would make it so much better.
4.5
Close to Punta Jesus Maria. beautiful, gated property. Super nice staff and delicious food.
A gecko was in my room chirping all night. Also, I had no contact info for staff. no response thru booking.com

Very clean, excellent, friendly and efficient staff. Facilitated scooter rental and had it delivered to hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and clean. They are bungalow style and far away from main area for complete privacy. Amazing view of volcán Concepción every morning. Great place to stay in Ometepe. I was there for three nights Karlysa and Reina will take good care of you with their smiles, warmth and kindness. Highly recommended.
Everything was excellent.

Reina was exceptional, she welcomed us to the hotel and made the most delicious dinner for us, she then woke up extra early to prepare breakfast for us before we hiked the volcano. She makes this place as incredible as it is, thank you Reina !

Great stay at Hotel Victoria. The property is nice, quiet location close to popular sites and the main town area. Views are great. Hotel is clean and staff super helpful. Hear a pool is in the works for 2023 so would definitely return.

Beautifully situated site with a great view of the volcano (when clouds cooperate). The breakfast was good, and we had an amazing evening meal prepared for us. The staff also helped with taxis to the port (c100) and scooter rental (with delivery to the property)
Whilst the location is handy for Moyagalpa and the ferry there are no immediate eating options and think it’s wise to give notice if eating on site in the evening, as it was closed by 7pm on the day we wanted to eat there despite us being told it’s 8pm (although did reopen on request).
If we were to return to Omotepe we would probably stay around Balgue as that’s slightly more strategically placed for both exploiting and dining after dark (we drove all round the bottom island but the next day didn’t fancy the 1 hour scooter return to kayak near there)

Breakfast was great and the staff were awesome. They asked us what we wanted and did their best to accommodate us.
No hot water, but really not necessary with an island that is so hot.

The room only had one electrical outlet. However when I requested and electrical extension the staff provided it

Staff, food, cleanliness, vulcano view...
There was no hot water, no furniture, they don't know any English

The staff were very friendly. The owner had great English and was willing to help us book anything we needed. The view of the volcano was amazing, very tranquil and peaceful. We had a great breakfast and one night we had dinner there, the food was delicious.

Excellent location, the property is very big and well maintained and the accommodations/houses on the property are very new, clean and most importantly: they all have a direct/open view on the volcano. The houses on the property offer lots of privacy and feature air conditioning, comfortable beds and modern Tv. The staff and the owner are te most kind hosts I have ever met. They truly offer great service, and even bring the breakfast/lunch/dinner to your house when you ask them.
Honestly this property and the staff exceeded my expectations by far. After visiting other accommodations in Nicaragua, I can say there is nothing to complain here.

When you arrive you see that it's in a great location and the rooms are nice, but you don't really understand the rave reviews until you meet the staff and they look after you like a long lost child! And then in the morning the local cow boys run the cows down the side of the property. Great stay, wish we had stayed longer.
Nothing really.

stunning setting with the most amazing view of Volcano Conception! The room was lovely and clean with good WiFi, air con and flat screen TV. nice outdoor area with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. the staff were so kind and accommodating, and even looked after our bags after check out when we went to a different part of the island. highly recommend.
Nothing! if you’re vegan just make sure to let them know in advance and be clear about what you can/ can’t eat for breakfast. I forgot and they were super accommodating. also it is about a 10 min drive from Moyogalpa so just keep it in mind. we rented scooters and it was perfect.

THE FACILITIES (THE bed was wonderful) were very clear...everywhere. THE staff was helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good and large. I will definately stay again. THE propèrty is out away from town center which allowed a peaceful and relaxing stay. Volcano view was spectacular .
Can't think of anything I didn't like!

Victoria Hotel is a small, clean, friendly place. The staff will, if they can, accommodate any request you may have. The WiFi is excellent. The rooms are clean and adequate for a few nights stay. The hammocks are great to swing in and enjoy the view of the volcano conception.
The staff couldn't do enough for us. However they could do with more plug sockets by the mirror or bathroom for hairdryers and by the dressing table. There is also no wardrobe or anywhere to hang any clothes, only a chest of drawers.

Reyna and her staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and modern, with great pillows and linen. The wifi was good and there was a fabulous view of the volcano. Excellent.
Hope one day there is a Hotel Victoria road sign outside to direct customers in from the road.

Everything ! The staff is amazing !
You need a scooter because it’s a bit away from everything. But I recommend to rent one anyway to visit the island.

I love the services provided since the first moment we got to the hotel, Reyna the hotel keeper made us feel like we were home immediately!
The power went off for a while on the first night but is something that happens in the Island although they promptly get us candels and made sure we felt cozzy

super friendly owner, and stuff! they did their best to make me feel like home and helped me with everything I needed!!
super super awesome, thank you so much!
keep in mind that there is nothing super close like a restaurant etc, so you have to have a scooter/car/taxi. but for this reason you will stay in paradise:)

The staff was fantastic Crysthel ,Imara, Reina and the security personnel. They are out there to please you and make you happy.
No restaurant no bar and transportation to the center of the city is a problem after 7:00 p.m. and back to the hotel
