Loved being in this part of Santa Fe, close to anything you could hope for. Jon was very communicative throughout the process, and the house was spacious and inviting throughout the process. I'd love to stay here again!

While the property is clean and convenient there are some concerns. It requires two keys to access as it is behind a high fence on a busy road. There is really no comfortable way to eat outside or enjoy the very small yard. It is like being in a walled off compound. Also, the bed has a very thin mattress on top of the supporting mattress and is not as comfortable as a normal mattress. There is no shower in the master either.

Very clean and well-stocked place. Well insulated walls and windows (very little noise from the street). Centrally located / quick drive to different parts of time. Walking distance to Railyard. Good communication.

My friend and I had a fantastic weekend. This is a great property and owner. It's super clean, lovely, and close to the Plaza. I walked there each day.

Great. Would definitely stay again. Although on a busy corner, surprisingly easy to get in and out of. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice private courtyard sufficiently shielded from the traffic to be pleasant. Inside very comfortable and quiet - virtually no traffic noise. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Our friends commented repeatedly how much they loved it.

We loved staying at this well appointed home. Owner John communicated quickly ,
The home is conscientious to all things. there is a huge jetted bathtub, extensive collection of interesting books, very quiet 18’ walls,…

My family and I stayed for two nights. Getting there was a little scary but once we found it, it was great. The only thing I was suggest to the owner maybe some handrails for the tub. It was difficult to get my adult special needs out, but everything was more than I expected.

We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 dogs. The location was convenient, close to the main plaza and just a couple of blocks to the Santa Fe River Trail, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores.
The house itself is clean, roomy, and comfortable; we felt right at home. There are plenty of books that I enjoyed perusing, but be advised they're not weekend beach reads. If you're not an English major, bring something to read. The streaming options were adequate for us since we weren't in Santa Fe to watch TV.
This wasn't an issue for us, but the main bath has a tub only, no shower.
The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use, and the washer/dryer were both handy. The king bed was comfortable.
Yes, there's a bit of street noise, but we didn't hear anything at night.
It was cold and wet when we visited, but the heat --- and heated floors --- kept us plenty warm with no need for a fire.
John kept in touch throughout our stay and even recommended some nice places for coffee.
We'll definitely consider this place again when we revisit Santa Fe.

This was a beautiful property with a functional kitchen. The location was a quick drive to the main areas where we were going for shopping or gallery browsing. Our host was great about communication. Despite being on a busy street, the place was quiet. The heated floors worked well despite low temps during our stay. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Decent sized towels. There was a vegan Jamaican food truck across the street. We didn’t try it because we were eating exclusively New Mexico cuisine.

John is an incredible host: proactive, responsive to our questions, unfailingly helpful. The place is lovely, well located and beautifully furnished. 1,000% recommendation to stay here, if you want a wonderful Santa Fe experience.

My high school friends and I meet up in Santa Fe once or twice a year to unwind. We wanted something calming, clean and comfortable. This property was all those things. John was a great host and checked in a number of times to answer questions and make sure we were settled. It was a calming home that was perfect for our stay. It’s not as easy to walk to the Plaza from the residence but you can easily drive or walk to the Railyard part of town. We very much enjoyed the host and the house and would come back again.

This is our third visit to Santa Fe during the holidays and it did not disappoint. The casita is warm & comfortable and easily accessible from downtown, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. The one thing we wish we had known is that the master bathroom does not have a shower - just a tub with a spray hose. As a result, we had to share a shower with my daughter in her bedroom. Other than that, it was a great little home away from home for our family.

Extremely clean, great communications with the property manager, it is a very convenient location for getting to Canyon Road (art street), downtown, the plaza, restaurants, stores etc. There is a walking trail a few blocks south of the property, which is a great place to walk. The only small negative is that there was traffic noise noticeable at night and in the morning. We live in the mountains and aren't used to traffic noise, so my guess is if you live in a city and are accustomed to traffic noise you probably wouldn't notice it much, Also we were there in late December, in summer with an air conditioner running it might not be as noticeable. Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice house. Lots of room, bright and airy! Great entrance, felt very secure and was close to the Plaza. Loved the decor. The host, Tom, checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely, clean, well equipped, quiet. We were happy and close to everything we wanted to do. Had a great time!

The property itself was attractive and clean with a nice art collection. It was very close to a major Santa Fe street and the traffic noise and general busyness was a negative. Wish I could have picked this property up and moved it to a quieter street. That may not bother everyone. And it is central and a short drive to lots of galleries and to the Plaza. The building has 4 units and there was confusion when we arrived as we didn't know if we were in A B or C though the owner was easy to contact for that information.

Upon opening the wooden gate leading to the casita we were immediately drawn into a different time. The casita was absolutely perfect, roomy, every amenity available, decor very purposeful. Art collected from around the world on display, close to Canyon street and galleries. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay and thought about making it longer! Walking distance from Tune Up Cafe, where we enjoyed dinner the first night in. Close to SF and all the hiking spots we wanted to visit. Really comfortable stay with great privacy and pretty little outside sitting area! We would come again.

This casa was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable and a good shower, which is important for us. Only drawback was it is on a busy street.

Our first visit to Santa Fe was so fun. We loved this property, it was spotless! It's well decorated and cozy. The bedrooms are great size, comfortable beds and 2 full baths and a half bath! John was great to communicate with and very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to all the fun downtown places to visit! We will definitely book this place again and recommend it to others!

Really cosy, well equipped rental with some beautiful art pieces and a wonderful book shelf . Bed comfortable and bathrooms all worked well. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather so couldn't sit out in the courtyard but it would be a great spot when its warmer.
The owner was responsive and we had no problems at all with our stay.
Would visit again in the future . Thank you
