Absolutely nothing.
This is being listed as a lodge with garden views, but it is a caravan, on a caravan holiday park. The photos make it look a lot bigger/more luxury than it is. We were totally misled. After receiving a message with the address (we were not aware it was a caravan site when we booked), we asked the owner whether this was a caravan and they confirmed it was not, that it was a lodge. It was not. They also made us transfer £50 to a personal account for passes to any of the facilities including bar. They said their name was Mick but the account was for a Mamoud.
We arrived late and entered the caravan, and immediately called ‘Mick’. We expressed our upset and he repeatedly shouted down the phone that it was a lodge and not a caravan because it ‘wasn’t white’. This makes me wonder whether this man has ever visited a lodge before (we go frequently).
We were told that because we had entered the caravan, we would be charged at least £250 even if we left the next morning, he then threatened that if we dare damage anything we would be charged for that (like we would).
I continued to say this was fraudulent and he repeatedly told me he didn’t care. At first, he said he was the owner and later said he was the manager of the company that owned the caravan so couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t care enough to do so. When I asked for company details he refused to give me any. He then hung up and declined my further calls. ‘Tammy’ also declined all of my calls.
I managed to call Booking.com who tried to reason with them but the ‘owners’ told Booking.com we had already left, we were then told to wait by Booking.com for a call back to either relocate or sort the situation.
I received a phone call from ‘Mick’ aka Mamoud, telling me that if we were going to leave we had ten minutes to do so, and that he had people from other caravans watching us. We saw two cars repeatedly driving past looking into the caravan which made us feel threatened.

Location fantastic and the lodge was clean and comfortable.
Nothing everything went to plan considering it was a last minute booking and we would like to say a big thank you for being able to accommodate us.

The location was good central to visit all attractions the New Forest has plenty to see and do we love coming down each year
There was nothing to dislike the only problem we had was booking we found the property at 25.00 pound different to the amount we ended up having to pay

nice accommodation
Argumentative host. you need to pay an additional fee once booked to use the park facilities - this isn’t stated in the listing

The lodge was a perfect size for a family of 4 and is finished to a really high standard, with the decor and cleanliness clearly being a priority.
The shower ran hot, and had great pressure (often an issue I run into). Kitchen was well equipped and living space was comfortable, spacious and clean.
Unfortunately there were a couple of maintenance issues which just took the '10' away from the scores given in the review. Like one of the doors not opening, and the oven needed a clean before being used.

Close to the forest an a quiet and peaceful site. 2 bedrooms. Netflix. Good outdoor space. Shop. Lockbox for key collection
No property personal Wi-Fi. Beds very uncomfortable. Very few cooking utensils. 2 out 3 lights over the worktop don’t work. Cold, unable to keep warm overnight. Very ill fitting doors that cannot be opened, and insecure. No towels provided. No usb plugs on the 3 pin plug units. No lockable area for bikes. Blinds are broken. The rental price for this property didn’t show value for money

We loved our four night stay here. The property looked attractive from the outside and was even better when we went inside, clean and tidy with everything we needed. We were amazed how big the living/kitchen area was, plenty of room for four of us. In all we thought we had made an excellent choice and will certainly return to explore more of the area.
We liked everything.

The accommodation is lovely and the site facilities and amenities are excellent. The host was very helpful and quick with replying to any queries.

Self catering - well equipped. Comfortable and warm static caravan. Good location within the park. Excellent swimming pool and pleasant bar and cafe.
Very small second bedroom with cramped space for getting dressed. Not easy to separate rubbish for recycling. Not much choice of food in the shop - mostly rubbishy toys and tat.

Caravan was very modern, spacious and well presented. Much bigger bedroom than we've had previously, with en-suite. Very quiet and convenient location for New Forest and beaches. Comfortable sofas and soft lighting in lounge area. Full size freezer in kitchen.
No clear instructions on how to work the heating. Shop on site not terribly well stocked.
4.5
Attractive and spacious accommodation with an excellent outdoor deck area
2 of the 3 blinds were damaged, shower not quite as clean as it should have been, access to on site facilities only available on payment of an additional £40
