The cleanliness and comfort within the room made the stay very enjoyable. The staff were very helpful throughout.
The prices of bar drinks, food and snacks were quite expensive. The rubbish bins outside were overflowing making the outside area unpleasant to sit down as it was a bit of an eyesore.
4.1
Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Nice food selection at night as well as ample breakfast choices. Will stay again.

Booked the hotel as it was close to Blenheim Palace (concert venue) - location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable, excellent choice for breakfast and great value for money - will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nothing to fault at all

Lovely clean and efficient hotel. Good location. Only gave it a 9 as you have to pay for parking which I always think is a bit cheeky if you’re staying in the hotel.

Staff friendliness - really great. I stay in a lot of hotel for work. The staff were absolutely brilliant on this rare leisure stay with my family. Every single staff member really friendly, chatty and helpful. Made a massive difference. Thank you

Location, cleanliness. Facilities
Only scrambled eggs. Pillows seemed hard but it’s a personal preference
4.1
Location and facilities. Tammy on reception was warm and friendly. At last- a hotel that has lights and power on both sides of the bed !!
Finishing breakfast very promptly at 9.30- the staff were rude when explaining to a guest that all they could have was whatever food was left- very unprofessional.
4.1
Hotel was lovely. Nice and clean lovely helpful staff and good breakfast
The bed was to hard and pillows where to fat and hard
4.1
Brilliant location. Only 5 minutes driving to the Bicester outlet.
Need to pay for the overnight parking on site and the water tasted funny even after boiling

New hotel is a fantastic location.
No EV chargers
4.1
Good standard, clean, friendly staff.
Breakfast was very busy and I think if it finished at 11am instead of 10am people would be able to spread out more and you would be guaranteed a table.
4.1
Easy access to Bicester and clean.
4.1
Modern and fresh. Nice room
Awful people smoking by the entrance so we had walk through clouds of other peoples’ exhaled cigarette smoke. Such a silly place to locate the designated smoking area.
4.1
Nice hotel
There is no reason to take money for parking in hotel that is not located in city/ town centre. There was plenty of parking space available because the hotel is not located in the centre of something.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Hotel. The Breakfast is like 4* We just like the whole vibe of the Hotel, all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Also I had asked if possible for the upper floors, they kindly gave us a room on the 4th, Many thanks to the Hotel for fulfilling our request.
All we could say was maybe no Carpet but we realise this is for noise.

Was really nice but not much choice
Having more staff was waiting to be served with coffee but the girl at reception didn’t want to know yet in the afternoon they was great came straight away …..
The girl in the evening even went into office

Room was sound. Chap on front desk at 10pm ish was really helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay here for work. Breakfast the next morning was good too.
4.1
Clean comfortable (see "didn't like" though ) and convenient, friendly staff, a good breakfast choice..
I see my review of our stay seems to have generated a "6" rating on Booking.com this is a reflection of our one bad stay and not of the previous stays which have generally been excellent.
We have stayed here a number of times but on this occasion the bed was uncomfortably hard (room 431) and not a good night's sleep.
I emphasise that in our experience with this hotel this is an unfortunate one off event previous experiences have been excellent
4.1
The room was good the bed comfortable. Hotel pleasant and airy.
Room was a bit small.

Rooms are clean and neat. The food from hotel restaurant is not bad.
Location is a bit far from Bicester village and there is no restaurant or convenience store near the hotel. Tap water has a strange taste and had to walk about 1 km to buy bottled water. Getting a cab is not very easy as well. On the day we arrived we couldn't get a taxi on Uber. Bicester Visitor Center at the station helped to call a Taxi for us. On the day we were leaving, the hotel staff just gave me the name of the taxi company and asked me to google for the number and call myself.
