About this house rental

Beach front family home in Goose Rocks Beach. The home is equipped with central AC and heat. There is wifi, a SmartTV with Netflix, Youtube, and many other apps built-in. There is a washer and dryer for your to use. The home has both ocean and marsh views. Large living room with lots of seating. Large outdoor deck with seating and marsh views, and a gas grill. Beautiful sunsets from the large deck. This home is perfect for families! All of the living spaces is on one level except the 3rd bedroom that is accessible by a spiral staircase. This is a pet free home.

Please bring or rent sheets and towels. The bed quilts, pillows and kitchen towels are provided. If you would like to rent your sheets and towels, Cottage Linens in Biddeford is a great option.

The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

Can’t beat the location, plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds comfy, nice partial views of ocean on one side and marsh on the other. Narrow spiral staircase best suited for agile teens. It’s always lovely at GRB- no matter what the weather is like!

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at this Goose Rocks Beach property. The house was unbelievably clean when we arrived and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to walk the beach- which is just steps from the front door- on several occasions. From the upper bedroom we watched the sunrise over the ocean and in the afternoon we could see the harbor seals sunning on the rocks. The owners were very responsive, jumping on a small problem with the hot water tank and getting it resolved the next day. The spacious living room was great for hanging out and relaxing after a hard day of shopping and sight seeing at the Christmas Prelude. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The upstairs room looks directly out at the ocean, and you walk thirty yards and have a gorgeous beach, seals and loons all right there. Nice house, lots of windows and light, clean and very functional.

Third time renting this location. Spotless! Hardwood floors, dining room and spacious living room to spread out people and games! Usually can see the ocean from back deck and from several rooms in the house. Nice area for sunrises, walking the beach or neighborhoods, or cycling. Decent yard and partial view of marsh. My friends and I will hope to return in 2023!

This property was as advertised with the exception of the upstairs room. There is a very narrow spiral staircase with tiny treads on it that you have to access that room with. Impossible for older adults to use it so one of our party had to sleep on the couch. Due to its proximity to the public beach access, during peak season you’ll have lots of people walking past it at all hours. The people that live next door have 2 dogs that they put out at 5:50am each day that bark constantly next to the bedroom window. The house is very clean, the kitchen is well appointed and the furniture is comfortable. We visited after peak season and found the beach lovely and quiet.

5 stars. Location, clean, bright, ocean and marsh views best walking beach, seals and birds including a hummer and many types of diving ducks , plenty of seating options, and owner communicates well. Must be agile to get to third bedroom but the view seems to keep people happy! Hope to return!

We had a great stay at this property. I have stayed at Goose Rocks before and love the beach. The location of this property could not be better - it is directly on the beach path and in season it is directly across the street from the General Store. Abigail was incredibly easy to work with and responsive from initial contact. We would be happy to stay at this house again!

We had a great stay! The house is in a great location, steps from the beach path, and was very comfortable. Abigail was a pleasant and responsive host. My only caution is that the upstairs room is accessed by a steep and narrow spiral staircase. This is fine for adults, but those with kids might take note. All in all, we were very satisfied!

The house was great for our family of 5! There is a path right next to the house which leads to the beach - so convenient, especially with little ones and all the beach gear that goes along with it! This is our second summer spending a few days in Kennebunkport and I knew we had to stay in this neighborhood. Would come back again!

The house was spotless and the location was a very short walk to the beach. Anytime you do not have to put shoes on to get to the beach it is a great location. Both the ocean and the marsh were visible from the property. Beach was great for kids.

Wonderful location on gorgeous Goose Rocks Beach. Very short walk down quiet public way to beach and tranquil ocean, perfect for family - kayaks/paddle board. The house was very clean on check in, newly renovated bright kitchen which is nicely stocked. New/clean appliances/dishwasher/washer dryer. The family room has many large windows and bright sunlight and clean comfortable furniture. All three bedrooms nice size and bright. The third bedroom upstairs has gorgeous views of beach and marsh with two twin beds. Great quiet air conditioning units in each room that come in handy on hot summer days; as well as heating for a few cooler evenings. Fun fire pit w wood and chairs that kids enjoyed. Short ride to beautiful Cape Porpois and Kennebunkport and about 25 minute ride to Ogunquit/York if you wish to explore other beach communities. Really enjoyed our two week stay, very relaxing, multiple daily walks on beach and quiet street. Beautiful “neighborhood” feel. Perfect general store for food staples/necessities. Abigail and Luke are wonderful to work with; friendly, kind, and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great rental. Can’t beat the location. Having beach access and general store right there definitely kept the kids occupied. House is fine. Perfect for a rental. Spiral staircase needs to be replaced. It’s too small and dangerous. Otherwise, really great experience.

My family has been enjoying vacationing in Goose Rocks Beach for many years and we were very excited to find this home! Everything about our experience was phenomenal including the quick responses from Abigail leading up to our trip. The kids loved how close we were to the general store as well as steps from the beach. The views from the bedroom upstairs are really special and patio overlooking the marsh was perfect for our family to enjoy time together throughout the week. I would highly recommend this as an option for anyone looking for a clean, convenient location with great views!

Great location! Perfect weather! The home was recently renovated and in the process of continued improvement. My only tip is to maybe consider providing larger pots / pans for family meals. We were craving a large homemade local seafood pasta dish and found it challenging with limited size pots/pans. I’m glad we brought our electric griddle for breakfasts. The corner store was clutch for bags of ice and beach snacks. Bringing our own sheets and towels was preferred and didn’t interfere with our vacation. Neighbors are friendly and owners are helpful with prompt communication.
