Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 4 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. This is the upstairs unit, the top two floors of the house. There is a connecting door between the two units if the whole house wanted to be rented. That would include 3 additional bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Please bring your own sheets and towels. The bed quilts, pillows and kitchen towels are provided. If you want to rent sheets and towels, Cottage Linens in Biddeford is a great choice. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required. The address is 571 Kings Highway, Kennebunkport.

We had a wonderful time. The view is magnificent, the beach is magnificent and very peaceful and the house is perfectly suited to spending a wonderful week's vacation.

Hands down the most wonderful vacation rental. From a very responsive and helpful host to the immense accommodations. The most up-to-date, modern rental from beautiful big rooms, kitchen, amenities and huge deck overlooking the ocean. Most all rooms even could view the ocean. Was only a stone’s throw away to the beach. Outdoor shower was helpful when going in and out of the beach. Quiet area with peaceful days on the beach, cannot beat the view. By far the most spectacular vacation for our family and will certainly be coming back next time! Will be recommending this to anyone and everyone!

We booked this for a girls weekend getaway and it provided all that we needed. Plenty of bedrooms for us to each have our own and space for us to relax and catch up. The deck had the perfect view and was lovely for sitting out to enjoy our morning coffee or catch the stars. Beach access was right next to the house. While we didn’t hang on the beach because it was early May, we envisioned fully enjoying this home in the summer.

If you just want to be on the sand with an amazing beach view this is the house for you. Beyond that the amenities do not meet premier status. Many missing blinds, filthy windows, filthy oven (smoked when tried to use), prison mattresses, smoke detector missing wires hanging from the ceiling (didn’t go off with oven smoke- but went off downstairs when someone “showered”)….. wrong info in listing regarding kitchen supplies. Think bare bones Pottery barn via Temu. This is the upstairs 2 level unit, you can hear every breath of the people below you.

This is a great property in a lovely neighborhood. The beach is right in front and the sound of the sea is always present. Check in was easy and the property was well stocked and clean. We had a wonderful visit with each other with plenty of space and privacy with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. I hope to get back again sometime.

This house is in a beautiful location on the beach. We did have a problem with WI-FI, Internet, and no TV. Hosts did their best to handle the issue, but it still didn’t work. This house is a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and very family friendly. Kitchen was stocked with all kinds of cooking equipment. It also had lots of large closet space and the master bedroom is decorated beautifully! A great place to stay!

My aunt wanted to see Maine as she had never been before. I decided to go all out with a beach house and this was the winner. We had 6 adults and rented the top half of this house. We rented two cars for our trip and there was plenty of space for our vehicles even once the other guests showed up who were staying on the lower level of the house. The views were amazing from the living room area and master bedroom. Plenty of room for all of us. Cooked a few dinners in the kitchen. Used the fire pit every night. We drove down to Salem Mass one day, then drove to Booth Bay Harbor another day, and got to hang in Kennebunkport the other days. It was a great central spot for us. Abigail was very responsive and kind whenever I reached out. Check in/check out was easy peasy. Not sure if I’ll ever make it back to Maine, but if I do, this will be the place to stay again.

We loved the house and the location. The house was clean, spacious and beach-y. It had everything we needed. We didn’t have any problems, so there was no need to get in touch with the owner. We had never been to Goose Rocks beach before. We were so happy we chose this beach. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We’ll be back!

Great experience right on the beach! Abigail made the check in-out process super easy and she responded quickly to all inquiries. All three generations of our family really enjoyed the property, the views, and our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Magnificent views of one of Maine's most spectacular beaches opens up to you as you enter this well appointed 4 bedroom beach house. Beautifully designed kitchen area open to the living/dining space with french doors to deck all facing oceanside. Spectacular main suite on the third floor and three twin bedrooms. Entire space recently renovated - fresh and clean. Tough to leave....we will be back.

We loved the peacefulness of this beach, the wide open views & the long sandy beach for walking. This unit has the 2nd & 3rd floors each with their own full bath, the layout suited us really well. The only downside was the guests on the 1st floor were really loud & we could hear it all even on the 3rd floor.

We love Goose Rocks Beach. This was our second rental on the beach and had everything needed including comfortable beds, plenty of space for 3 generations, spacious common area looking out to the ocean. We hope to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Incredible location and the views are stunning. We rented the entire house and had plenty of room for our two families. We lucked out with the weather and were able to walk and play on the beach. Check in and out was a breeze and the property owner, Abigail, was incredibly easy to deal with and responded promptly to all inquiries. Would very much recommend the home!

Had an amazing stay during winter school vacation with the family. The location and views can’t be beat. Nicely remodeled, clean and comfy. Abigail was super responsive and great to work with. Definitely a candidate for a repeat stay and would happily recommend a stay here.

Our family had an early Thanksgiving on one of the most beautiful beach in Maine. The house is awesome and sits on the beach. We took magnificent sun rise and sunset walks and hikes out to islands at low tide. Town is close by for visiting locally owned businesses. The restaurants were we ate were very good and employees or owners were all friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
