Great staff.
This hotel is a lost cause.
Humid,old and stinky rooms.
A very small window with no view.
The tap water was so low pressure, you could hardly hear it running!
The shower is cold some days.
I wouldn't go back there even if the room is offered for free.
Noisy renovation and repairs every day.
Couldn't get any worse.

No breakfast was served…
Dirty towels and dirty bedding sheets , toilet paper was almost finished and no replacement available, bathroom and bedroom had dirty floors.AC was not working and did not cool off the room during the whole night, e-mail was sent to administrators because they were not answering the phone .. he later arrived and pretended to fix the setting on the unit and then left… AC unit continued to malfunction , I also had emailed to ask for them to switch me rooms or at least bring over a fan since the heat was around 100 degrees Fahrenheit, that night in mazatlan. They of course ignored the request. It was a restless horrible night.

location was very good
the sheets were filthy (what looked like do do on one bed sheet, and sand on both sheets), no hot water, no toilet seat (understandable in a hotel that costs $25 a night) but this was a lot more, no staff! No coffee, no glasses, and the list goes on.

Location close to church and restaurants

The property has a cozy feel. We loved the open courtyard.
Three nights in a row we had guests staying up drinking, listening to music so loud and yelling until the early morning. We had hot water only one night of six and we asked the staff about it but nothing changed. Last, we had to ask for toilet paper. If we come back to Mazatlán we could stay at a place right off the beach for the same price.
