Positioned quite handsomely in the heart of West Vail, this unique duplex residence exhibits an optimal use of space and affords the most ideal location. The right-side unit abuts a small hillside which gives way to an enclosed backyard, perfect for private gatherings. Complete with grill and comfortable loungers on the lower patio and an ample upper deck which looks out on a stunning and vivid display of Vail Mountain grandeur. The decor is upscale mountain mod, but what helps distinguish this fashionably impeccable property is the candid wildlife photography throughout. One feels as if they are on a safari of sorts, as the life-like stills lend a wild and precious quality to the atmosphere, while at the same time bring a sense of peacefulness and freedom to the experience of being here. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property during our ski vacation at Vail. While some listings push the limits on occupancy, this property layout and size comfortably sleeps 10 adults with room to spare. The location was ideal. It was very close to all the activities, but the setup allowed you to feel that you were in a sheltered cabin in the woods. It was very close to a bus stop that could take you all over Vail for free and also walking distance to a local market. The kitchen was set up very well and allowed us to cook many of our meals and the laundry room was very convenient. If we ever plan another ski vacation to Vail, we will definitely try to book this property again!

Neighbor was a bit weird (she filmed us entering and leaving the property) and there was trash in the garage when we arrived- but everything else was great!

Great location, right across the street from the bus stop to Lionshead and Vail villages and a short walk/drive to a plaza with grocery stores, liquor store, and restaurants. The house was just as pictured and had plenty of room for our group of six to spread out. It was well stocked with the essentials (toilet paper, tissues, towels, etc). The primary bedroom closet had a ton of hangers too, which is a nice touch in a vacation rental, plus a humidifier. The property management company was quick to respond to texts with questions and the checkout process was easy.

We loved staying at this property on our family summer weekend in Vail. The three king bedrooms were perfect for adult couples, and the two larger suits can (and in our case did) accommodate parents and young children. The bonus room downstairs made a great playroom for young children and would be a perfect bedroom for older kids.

We had two families staying here — 8 total adults — for a Vail ski vacation. The bedrooms were very large and located on three different floors, affording everyone privacy and some quiet time after a day on the slopes. And the kitchen/family room areas had everything we needed to cook big dinners and relax each night. The location is excellent — directly across the street from the shuttle stop that takes you to Vail Village in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this home, and we will definitely be back!

Great property and very close to amenities. The town bus is at your doorstep (Red to bed Green to skiing). Kitchen is small but all we needed, bedrooms are very spacious. Great place for multiple families.

I stayed at Chamonix house with my family and friends for 5 hole days on a ski trip. We had a wonderful time at the house and at Vail. Would definitely go back and stay at the same house.

Por parte del administrador, me fue muy dificil comunicarme y que me contestaran! Trate de hablr telefonicamente en diversas ocasiones sin respuesta, pero si me escuchaban ya que me llevaban lo que solicitaba, me senti ignorada.

We expected a coffee pot as specified in the documentation but the keurig was nice but it should list that because we went grocery shopping before checking in. We loved the showers. We had a hard time operating the thermostat. It was very warm. The hiuse was very nice lots of room The decor was so cute. Loved the steam in the bathroom
